Food was ok. Found better food at HR in Orlando. Watch your bill– they sneak charges on. We ordered nachos– they charged $ 3.00 extra for guac that we never asked for. The server asked did we want mushrooms on the fajitas– we said fine– she never told us they were $ 2.00 extra!!!

I’m the pickiest person I know and I fucking loved this place. They did awesome tonight. The food was spot on. Parmesean fries are money!

Amazing experience. Tony was our bartender. Born and raised in San Diego and gave us all kinds of Great ideas of things to do during our stay. Spring rolls were delicious. The best Hard Rock that I’ve been to.

Good experience. Walked in on accident and received greeted. Tried sangria and mojito, ok but nothing surprised.

Interesting visit. Was told to wait 15mins for a table when there was clearly 5 set tables ready. This was way past dinner hour. Extremely slow service. Watched every table around us, including us, wait almost 30 minutes for food to come out. This poor senior couple waited so patiently for a single hamburger for so long. Then it was delivered to the wrong table. Food was good when it finally arrived. Just be prepared to wait.

It was an OK experience. Walked in, got greeted. There was a singer with guitar playing, that was fun. But after he’s done, the place was kind of boring. Was not offered to sit in ‘happy hour’ section. Got the table and menu, the waitress did not come back for awhile. Once she was back, told her we just wanted to sit at the bar and have some beer… she wasn’t happy about it. She was being sarcastic and we just moved. Had some beer and took off. The bartender lady was nice but didn’t make good conversation. It was not a good place to hang out.

We took our two kids to eat while on vacation. We all had cheeseburgers (16 $) and fries– I had onion rings, but after the huge burger I had no room for them, but they were good. My husband had the garlic fries, he didn’t like them at all but I did — you gotta love garlic to enjoy these, they are super seasoned! Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. The kids got kids meals (7 $) but for 3 $ extra they get to keep the guitar plate and cup. It was a fun vacation eat, but it was exorbitantly expensive — 60 $ for a family of 4 before tip. That did not include dessert or drinks.

I love hitting the Hard Rocks the world over any chance I get! I’m a fan of grabbing a t-​shirt or a jacket, depending on what’s available, and what fits. ;)
THE SETUP
In San Diego, and I get to come to the Hard Rock Café for an event. But that won’t distract me from the gift shop where I can purchase my beloved memento of a good time in San Diego!
On this occasion, I’m going for a comfortable t-​shirt, black, short-​sleeved, and one that will be conducive to the lovely San Diego clime. *SUCCESS* And I pull the trigger on my $ 27 acquisition.
THE LOW DOWN
Some people collect spoons (and good for them!) I collect t-​shirts. ;)

Walked in here almost on accident. We were seated quickly and it wasnt that busy. A waitress walked by our table three or four times within 10 minutes serving tables around us. No one spoke to us in ten minutes while we were sitting at the table.
We got up and left!

Unlike Planet Hollywood, Hardrock is having a slow and painful death and this San Diego location is a great example of that.
Granted, I came on a Sunday just at lunch time which they served brunch and I really didn’t want anything on this menu, but it was rainy, we had already parked, and we didn’t feel like finding something else when we realized the restaurant we wanted to go to had a 45 minute to hour wait. Apparently, not very many people wanted the Hard Rock menu as the restaurant was nearly empty the entire time we were there. I counted 6 tables total. Guess they weren’t going to open that extra room in the back!
Going towards the bathrooms I noticed they had a larger than expected selection of booster seats and high chairs. Really? Hard Rock Café? The choice of young families? Oh boy. The bathrooms are really nice though.
I came back to the table and tried really hard to pick something that sounded appetizing off of this menu and after talking to our server, I chose the breakfast burrito. It was 2 stars (like this review) even though the server was really excited about it and said it was part of the new menu roll-​out. This is the new menu?
To her credit, I would say that the server was extremely attentive and very friendly. I think we were one of 2 tables she had and she was also the host who sat us. With the lack of business they had, she may have been our cook too! After taking our order, she suggested we take some time to walk around the restaurant and look at all the fun music displays. I turned around to see a headshot of Gene Simmons in KISS with his tongue sticking out at me. That’s always appetizing. I think I’ll pass on the music memorabilia, thanks.
Luckily the food came out pretty quickly, we ate, and after declining dessert we paid, took a quick look at the store (which had no appealing merchandise) and headed out the door.
It wasn’t an experience full of fond memories. Poor Hard Rock. You were so cool in the mid-90’s.

The Service: Very attentive~ Love their customer service!
The Food: Love their burgers! Nice juicy beef patty with all fresh ingredients.
The Parking: Park at the mall across street from the restaurant. 3 hours free with validation.

It has been quite some time since I have eaten at a Hard Rock. I seem to remember that the food here was ok and that the atmosphere and service was what made it memorable. OH BOY has that changed. I came with a party of 3 about 3 in the afternoon on a Friday. The restaurant was very slow. Unfortunately, the service was WAY slow too. What should have been a 30 – 60 minute meal was 1.75 hours. Had to keep asking for refills, our food, and the check. The food was awful too. Overcooked meat patties that resembled leather was the course for the day. YUCK! salads were small and uninspiring. Expensive for frozen food with sloppy and wilted produce. Major disappointment. Memorable … not in a good way.
Sorry but this is a pass and on to the next place.

A wonderful start to this 4 day weekend. Emi, you and your friends did a great job. I really liked the game you started with. It got me to meet so many more people then I probably would of.
The burgers and garlic fries were yummy. The servers was excellent and informative. A+ for a clean bathroom.
Thank you for the gift bags and the lei’s were a special touch. ;)

I am a Hard Rock Café fan. I like to collect magnets and go to different ones across the world. We ate here burgers and wings. Ok to average nothing to tell mom about. I would not come here for the food but some princesses in our group was hungry and I wanted souvenirs so I killed to two birds with one stone. Our sever was a gem. Straight outta Compton. Not professional at all. Would not come back to eat here!

Great place for late night happy hour. The bartender makes you feel like a ROCKSTAR & Can’t forget the awesome music videos

this is surprisingly the very first time I have been to a Hard Rock Café. it was very last minute. we walked by as we were trying to find a place for lunch and stopped in. it was dead inside; only 2 or 3 tables sitting down. we were in a rush so ordered quickly. I tried the strawberry basil lemonade mocktail which was good, although very sweet. for lunch we had the jumbo appetizer sampler and our friend ordered the honey mustard chicken sandwich. as we looked over the menu, we noticed the high prices. all burgers were over $ 15 and salads were about the same. even the macaroni and cheese was $ 17.95.
our server was good with refilling water but our order took almost half an hour for a chicken sandwich and a fried appetizer platter. it seemed odd since we were one of the only 3 people in the entire restaurant who already had their food. overall, I wouldn’t frequent this restaurant but did enjoy the meal we had.

We went here on Valentine’s day for lunch. This review is mainly for our server, Lauren. She was so friendly and had really great customer service. She cared so much and was very personable. She even noticed that one of the spoons on the dish had a little sauce from the dish on it, and cleaned the spoon before serving it. That’s being really attentive to the customer. Overall, just a really nice gal. Knew the menu really well too. The food was great. We ordered an appetizer platter and salad to split. I like the merchandise at this Hard Rock too. They have really great t-​shirts that are super soft.

I love a good Cobb salad so when my friend suggested we go to Hard Rock before our concert I was happy. The salad did not disappoint. I know it’s a pretty basic salad but you’d be surprised at how badly that can go. Our server was friendly and helpful. Very energetic which is what you’d expect for Hard Rock. She did try desperately to sell us alcohol, and eventually took our «no» for our answers.
I’ve been here several times over the past years and I think it’s time for an update. It’s looking a little worn. The memorabilia is fun to look at and the music and videos are cool too. It’s a safe place to go in the fashion lamp. Not to terribly exciting, but sometimes that’s what works.

Die Location war (gewohnt) gut und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider waren die Portionen eher übersichtlich dafür geschmacklich gut. Das Kinderessen ist günstig aber schlecht (Hamburger verkohlt, Fischstäbchen naja). Wir haben recht lange auf unser Essen gewartet. Die Auswahl an Bieren, auch von lokalen, ist groß. Man bekommt auch kleine Kostproben angeboten, wenn man sich nicht entscheiden kann. Der angrenzende Hard-​Rock-​Shop eher klein.

Beautiful guitars and rock memorabilia line the walls. I have always admired the décor of each Hard Rock I have visited. They always play good rock songs too. The food on the other hand…
BBQ ribs had that sitting around for a while and warmed back up vibe. Not much good flavor except from the sweet and tangy sauce hiding the oven baked rib flavor. Pulled pork was tender but it was also missing authentic bbq flavor. Fries were crunchy and had ok flavor. Reminded me of Burger King. I found the bbq to be average and over priced. Service was really good though.

Typical american restaurant themed chain. The theme of course is obviously rock and roll so you will be surrounded by music memorabilia. The food is alright I ordered a bacon cheeseburger but I wouldn’t say its the best.
I think this place is great for people who want to eat in a place filled with pop culture and rock and roll.
Highly recommended for: tourists and rock & roll enthusiasts.

What a fun restaurant to enjoy live music at with incredible food/​drinks !! My son recently had a privilege of performing here with one of their «Youth on Stage presents» Saturday live music performances featuring three different artists/​bands. This really is a party atmosphere here with their giant fully stocked bar featuring local beers. I literally had a blast enjoying their appetizers followed by a signature burger (mushroom Swiss burger) with Mission Hefeweizen Beer.
This is a fantastic place to enjoy some excellent food — drinks– live music !! Five Stars =)

Wir waren zum Abendessen im Hard Rock Café. Anfangs waren wir verwirrt, weil wir uns den Tisch selber aussuchen durften/​sollten, aber alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Ein Teil der Karte sind Standards, die es in allen Hard Rock Cafés gibt. Zu empfehlen ist der local Burger mit mit Parmesan überbackenen Pommes — sehr lecker :-)
Wer ohne Auto unterwegs ist, sollte auch unbedingt die lokalen Biere («craft beer») probieren — es lohnt sich.
