I have never given any place a one star review until now. I think it is important to make an informed decision when choosing and using a business. I made an appointment and had Jerry come out to my property. My insurance company asked me to put in stair railings on my back two stair cases. I also needed hand rails on my front stairs but the insurance company was giving me a bit more time for those. I let Jerry know at the time I have several more projects for him down the road. The hand rails were installed the work was great the installers were quick and pleasant. I was pleased.
I returned to have the front railings put in. Again remember my insurance company had asked me to get them and I had made Jerry aware of this on our first meeting. He came out measured and was then going to make the drawings and get me the estimate. Same as before right? Wrong. Nothing, he disappeared, I reached out was told it was coming and then finally was ignored. A returning customer, someone that had multiple projects ahead, I did not hear from him again. Extremely unprofessional.
Crazy as I may be, I thought, «Maybe something was going on in his life and he was just overwhelmed. I mean I liked the work he did when he did it.» So I reached back out about 8 months later. Another gentleman received my email, an employee, he was apologetic after reading the full story and realizing their part. He asked that I give them another chance. Well great, maybe thats what I was hoping for after all. This time there was no second visit from Jerry or call, he emailed me and said he would finish the estimate. I supposed based on the old file with measurements and from what he remembered. I did receive drawings on March 13, 2015. I responded and he needed to alter one thing on the drawing before we moved forward to install. This is something that would have been avoided had come out one more time prior. I believe I had earned at least that much attention. Poof! He was gone again, 11 months later… nothing. I know I shouldn’t have been but I was surprised. I have been patient enough. There was no remedy to the first situation, instead a complete repeat.
If you have a deadline don’t use Jerry. If you are required to get railing installed on a time frame, I wouldn’t recommend using Jerry. If its a referral to a client, it may not be the best risk. If the work is done, you will probably be pleased with it. In my experience you just don’t know if it will be done, if you will be valued, or if you will be forgotten and ignored.

I am in the midst of bathroom renovations in our new home and I had to stick with the faucet brand to not have to rip up the whole bathroom. When replacing the faucets in the bath deck we were stuck with a big problem because the new faucets were longer than the prior ones, (despite sticking w the same brand). Jerry’s crew were able to cut it to the exact length desired and you could never tell it was cut, it is smooth and perfect. At a reasonable price.
SO I have used them to cut other pieces as well.

They can do fences and anything, their work looks fabulous.

great people, very serious, professional, reliable, responsive, great attention to detail excellent quality of the work they performed. the work got delayed 1 day and compensated me by cutting the price. It is a pleasure to deal with people who ahave such a strong sense of responsibility towards the client. And the job they did was great!

One of the showers in our new house is a corner shower with a funky shape. After searching the internet for a corner shower rod that would fit, but with no luck, I went to Industrial Metal Supply. They sold me a piece of aluminum tube and referred me to Jerry’s Welding. I gave them a drawing with dimensions and they made me a 90 degree shower rod with ceiling support that fits perfectly. They were very friendly, the price was very affordable, and they did a great job!
