This place should have WAY more reviews!!! I stopped in just on the off chance they could repair my wedding ring. They not only found a diamond that fit and set it. They were about to walk it over to the nail place where I was waiting out the repair time (45min total!!!). I’m from out of town and this place was amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!

Just came in for a ring size to relay the information to my fiancé up north. (Been in before for a ring filler spacer). The atmosphere is so inviting and comfortable. Second, it’s makes me extremely happy to see jewelry store owners wanting the customer to have a good experience first, then honest business second.
Turned out the prices for the same ring was cheaper here at jewels on 5^th. I’ll be back in less than a month for a titanium carbon fiber men’s ring size 10. You can guarantee it.

I brought in some old cufflinks that belonged to my grandfather and had been sitting in a box for 50 years. Julie did a great job of making them look as good as new! The price was reasonable and the turn around time was quick. Would definitely go here again!

Came here to resize my newly received engagement ring. Boyfriend bought 5 ¾ ring, they measured me and determined I was 5 ¼. Picked it up after 2 days (normal turn around faster, I believe, but they said they were working on a tall order on deadline), fits perfectly now! Friendly, professional staff and cute shop with repair team working diligently on site. I’d come back again. Always feels good to support a local small business.

I got my wedding ring here and I love it.
First a little background, I was snorkeling in Hawaii and I found a wedding ring on the ocean floor. Some poor tourist must have been snorkeling, his hands got a little wrinkly, and the ring came off. Not sure where to turn it in I just kept it. Hopefully, my wedding is doomed as a result.
Anyway, I brought the ring in to Jewels on 5^th and able to make 2 rings (one for me and one for my wife). Mine is simple. Just a white gold band. Nothing fancy.
My wife, however, is a little bit of a princess and she needed a ring that compliments her engagement ring. We worked with the jeweler and came up with a wedding ring that the engagement ring sits in. So the engagement ring is sandwiched between the double wedding ring. It’s hard to describe but the point is is it looks great and my wife is happy. They were able to match the existing elements in the wedding ring perfectly. It’s truly a unique piece.
I don’t buy much jewelry. In fact, the only reason I bought this was because I had to but if I ever need another piece, I’ll be returning to jewels on 5^th

I had a great experience here. I didn’t know how hard was to find plain silver rings! Jamie was great, she customs made two silver bands for me in two days!!! She did exactly what I wanted and for the time that I needed it! Very happy with Jewels on 5^th! Thank you ;)

I brought Emmanuel some gold jewelry I wasn’t wearing any more, as well as some topazes that I had never had set. I decided that I wanted an unusual ring made from the topazes, and applied the proceeds of the melted gold toward the new ring. Emmanuel designed a beautiful and highly original ring for my – exactly what I wanted (had I known what I was looking for). He and his partner, Julie, are exceptionally creative and warm people, and I enjoy doing business with them. I highly recommend them as a place to buy unusual jewelry you won’t find elsewhere (their own, award-​winning designs) as well as their design work on new and original pieces, whether or not you want them repurposed from something else.

Got a costume made unique wedding band made for my wife here. Just make sure you get their estimate in writing. Super nice work, no pushy sales pitch, and just pleasant people with great skills, what more can you ask for?

Amazing people. Creative. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Outside the box thinkers. And great listeners. They heard what we wanted and they produced a piece of jewelry that we love. My wife and I went in looking to upgrade her wedding band for our 5^th anniversary, and Julie & Emmanuel had such great taste and a number of cool ideas that fit our budget. They weren’t pushy. They didn’t try to guilt us or trick us into buying something extravagant that we couldn’t afford. They simply heard what we wanted and Emmanuel designed something unique just for us. It came out perfectly. Thank you. I cannot recommend Jewelry on 5^th enough, and will be shopping there myself again, and will pointing my friends in their direction as well.

Great people. Emmanuel the owner has a great sense of style. He produced a awesome piece for me, much better quality and better grade diamonds than you can fined at the chain stores. His eye to detail is amazing. He has all of my business from now on!

So grateful to have found Emmanuel & Julie! I wanted something one-​of-​a-​kind and creative for a wedding ring. Emmanuel helped educate me — noting which stones would be too soft, and which metal finishes would last. The resulting design was perfect, and beautiful, and incorporated all of my special requests. Most importantly, both Emmanuel and Julie were incredibly patient with us through the entire process!

I like this store a lot. You can find a lot of unique jewelry pieces from various local designers. I had my ring resized there, they did a very good job. It was nicely polished too, looks absolutely brand new. Very reasonably priced. I’ve fixed other jewelry pieces as well, and some were without any charge. I definitely recommend this place to everybody.

The jewelry here is beautiful. However, they quoted me $ 1,000 for a service that I got done with a professional jeweler elsewhere for $ 144. The place is a huge ripoff. Plus, they said they would look up a certain ring style for me in their catalogue and email me that week. They’ve never emailed. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

If there was a six or seven or twenty stars I would give it to them. My Husband first found them a year after we started dating and had them design a custom promise ring for me, followed by our custom designed and made super intricate wedding bands and many others things he had custom ordered from them including the installation of a diamond into the wedding band for our first anniversary I just picked up from them and a beautiful set of earrings made to specification and using my parents wedding bands. They are amazingly talented, friendly, reasonable and just wonderful all around! They also have pieces in various price ranges. And a lot of one of the kind pieces that they design.

Awhile back a took my antique engagment ring to a very reputable jeweler up in North Cal ~ and what I thought would be a simple cleaning and repair, turned into a complete debacle.
I was destraught, and was not nearly satisfied with a refund of moneys paid ~ it was’nt about the money… I wanted them to say they would fix it, but did’nt dare trust them again. If you don’t know how to work with mixed metals and have no eye for the intricacies of a piece from the 1800’s ~ say so, and for Gods sake get out of the business.
Emmanuel put my mind at ease immediately, he was able to explain to me exactly what they did wrong and told me how he was going to make it right. The amount of work that was necessary to fix it and restore it to its original beauty was extensive. And Emmanuel gave me a step by step on what was going to happen as things progressed, and as a result I felt very comfortable and confident in his abilities.
The result of his patience, craftsmanship, artistry, and experience was perfection ~ so much so that it brought tears to my eyes.
The cost was reasonable and fair, and considering all the different things he had to do to return it to its magnificence ~ a small price to pay for his kind of expertise.
As you can tell I am beyond happy.

The store is full of beautiful, unique pieces made by local artists. They are very reasonably priced, and Emmanuel and Julie are so friendly and so personable.
My fiancée and I recently had a ring made by another local artist (John McDavid) for the groom’s wedding band. He custom made a stainless steel ring. When we decided we’d like to have a few diamonds set, John warned us that it may be difficult to find a jeweler who can set stones in such a hard metal. We talked to Emmanuel, who surprisingly said it would be no problem to set diamonds in steel. He then showed us a few examples of other stainless steel rings that he had also set with diamonds; after helping us choose the stones and decide on the placement of them, he went to work. A few weeks later, we came back and picked up the ring.
It could not have been more perfect! The setting was complicated for a number of reasons, but Emmanuel did it flawlessly. It was so much fun to work with them, and I would highly recommend them for any job — as small as cleaning a watch to custom building a wedding band. Fabulous!
