KFC

False advertizing, doublicious or chicken bacon sandwhich is online, but not instore. Last trip they charge us anyway and gave us nothing. This time they offered the lite. Bread and mayo taste better than chicken.

When I ordered, the guy read back my order incorrectly. I corrected it, and double checked my receipt to make sure it had been fixed. It had been. But when I got my food, my side dishes were completely wrong items. Ridiculously incompetent for a simple order, I will NOT be going back.

My favorite splurge is the hot sauce but the hot wing quality is dead after a second visit where flavorless dried meat and skin crumble into my mouth. I will not be ordering again unless I have 20 min to wait for a fresh batch. A third visit failed to swap mashed potatoes for cole slaw… Strike 3 you are out.

The absolute worst. For 10 years I order 10 piece meal 8 piece plus 2xtra piece just chicken. I went 12:30 Sunday Nov 15^th this confused a young girl so badly she wanted to call the Colonel, told me only 8÷12÷16. THEN I get to the assisted living facility where I bring it and it is SIX pieces and no biscuits PLUS I paid $ 3 more than usual, I was 8 miles away by then. They have only kids working here without adult supervision, go to another KFC if you can.

I don’t come here much, but the staff are friendly, the speed is a little better. the young man he does (evenings) since I like to come Friday’s after work. I’ve seen him a few times, I believe he’s new, any who he is especially friendly, great customer service. Im not sure what his name is but he’s tall, black hair and small eyes, beautiful smile. I would like to say maybe In his 20’s or a teenager. Great customer service thumbs up!

We came thru the drive thru and they were out of dark meat for the original recipe, we had to wait about 15 minutes for it to be ready, but that wasn’t the main problem. Main problem was the chicken had a gross gewy texture, didn’t have a «fried chicken «fresh and yummy feel. It was dark, and like a shake and bake feel. Nothing like the pictures on here, no golden brown and slightly crunchy, it was more dark brown and soft mushy skin. It looked and tasted slightly old. Oh well.

9 out of 10 times I come, ask for hot wings, and am told they just ran out. I stopped coming. I’m here for the first time in two months. Imagine my complete shock when I was informed that wings were not going to be ready for 8 minutes. At least they have them in for a full minute before I requested them. I have been told so often that they’re not ready that I know it takes 9 minutes.

Ay I came here yesterday and it was awesome I got a whole meal for 5 $! Then on top of that I got some extra gravy for free!!! So awesome the lady was nice that’s why they get 5stars nothing really bad to say about the service it was fast and the food was tastey.

I boycotted KFC until they brought back Popcorn Chicken. They now have Popcorn Nuggets so I have returned! I went through the drive thru around 11am and was greeted by the most pleasant employee, I think his name was Nick. Give that man a raise, eff it, give him his own franchise! The dude knows people skills! Thank you for making me smile! :)

Super slow service. I waited in the drive thru– ended up going inside. It didn’t help. If you have somewhere to be plan according otherwise you’ll be late

Not that people go to KFC because of the reviews, but this was consistently the worst place I have ever been. They are always out of everything, never got an order right once. Was missing 4 biscuits once, my sides were all coleslaw although I didn’t ask for any — it’s just sad. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendy’s or Roberto’s/Valerie’s across the street if you’re this desperate.

Grabbing some food here after a long day of work is good with me, decent prices specially with their $ 5 meals. So yea not bad for KFC. Just that their big meal deals a bit pricey in general not sure why if its just chicken, but then again its not the food that sells itself but the name of the company.

Not a great place! The menu is confusing and the lady was getting mad I was taking long. Then they forgot ½ my meal and I had to ask for it. I ordered 2 rolls but they only gave me 1. The food was dry. Not hot and not very good. They need to do the undercover boss show at KFC. I think ALL the KFCs are going down hill. I would go to pollo loco if you wanted good food. They have the same type of food.

Well, this is KFC. It’s never going to be five stars. This location… well, they’ve got work to do.
–When we came in, there was a lady and her daughter who had an enormous catering order and instead of having two people on the cashier tending to new customers coming in, all the workers were busy (1) on the drive-​thru; (2) making new chicken; (3) working on this catering order. Then the lady bitched about the total, because the order was huge and she had a coupons and was overcharged by about $ 4, and they’d shorted her a biscuit or two. Okay, I don’t want to listen to this when I’m starving and need to eat. I drove all the way from Los Angeles and need food in my stomach right now. It took about 15 minutes between the order time and the time the food was on the table.
–They were out of grilled chicken. I had to just take the regular. It would have been 15 – 20 more minutes before the grilled was ready. Automatic two-​star strike.
–Management was OK — I liked how they came out after about 10 minutes and offered us more napkins and wipes and some mints. Wow, I thought. Nice touch. But what they didn’t do was control the huge Mexifornia family who was taking over the whole dining area with their three little pipsqueaks who were running around like chickens with their heads chopped off (don’t you love the irony?!). The parents of the family couldn’t even control their own kids! If I’d been the manager at this store, I would have asked them to please leave after they were done eating.
The reason I’m giving two stars is because the food was actually good. I hadn’t had KFC in probably 7 years and it was a stroll down memory lane. Maybe if KFC can get it together, I’d come back more often.

Very slow service, chicken is not always ready, it can be an ordeal just to pick up a quick meal. However, management seems to understand this, and has made efforts (such as giving a waiting customer a free beverage) to improve the circumstances. Overall, not a great KFC, I would go somewhere else.

Ugh. Out of Mac & Cheese. How does that happen???

Ya, I know. SO bad for you, but once in a blue moon ya just gotta do it. It’s greasy, it’s small, it’s…oh who cares?! It’s yummy, but my tummy says only once in awhile.
I love how they changed it to KFC, so no one is saying the big bad word FRIED out loud! Too funny!
I love to have an original recipe breast with an extra crunchy wing which I crumble the crust onto the potato with gravy. Oh yeah, that’s how I roll baby!
PB location is closest to me. Get some chicken and head down to the beach, Now THAT’S a romantic evening!

I don’t know why I’m reviewing a KFC. But the employees have always been very nice to me and I always enjoy the delicious fattening food. My order was messed up once and the manager was nice enough to refund me. Quick and yummy cheap eats.

2.5 stars. 2 for service/​experience and 3 for food so overall a 2.5.
With 5 or 6 employees and no one waiting in line, you’d assume things would be moving quickly here, but such was not the case. They were incredibly slow, and we waited a good 3 – 4 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were waiting to order. After they took our order, I’d say it was a good 10 minutes or so before our food was produced, even though I was watching the chicken sit behind the glass waiting to be shoveled into our box and get eaten.
Being that we were not in too big a hurry made this tolerable, until some Lakers fans came in to place their order. We had been TIVO’ing the game and had not watched any of it, and they happened to come in at halftime… and of course some douche bag asked how the game was going, which spoiled the first half for us.
So KFC, we wasted a grip of our time and you ruined our viewing of the first half of the Lakers/​Magic game. Thanks a lot KFC!!!

After the Wendys issue we hopped next door to KFC and got some dinner.
No one in line, lots of people working. Yay.
You cannot go wrong with a mashed potato bowl so I was in good shape. They even put the extra corn I asked for in there. Sweet.
Bf ordered some nasty looking ‘buffalo boneless wings’. They take regular little ‘nuggets’ and dunk them into the ‘buffalo’ sauce and flop them into a serving container. That sauce tasted like butthole and hell. Gag me. Like rotten Tabasco. Good thing I didnt order them. We will def stick to Chilis for these apparently.
Other than that it was a nice little dinner before bed and great entertainment watching the enormous guy next to us cradle his bucket of chicken like his first born.
