Konstrukt Design and Remodel

Worked with James, Troy, and John on the needs of our remodel due to flood damage. They worked hard with our agent to try and get us all of the items covered at their rates, as best as they could. They did their research and due diligence and we appreciate all of their efforts! Good people to work with.

A big mistake to hire Konstrukt. We were hoping for an honest, trustworthy company to do our remodel, and although our initial meeting came across as a company that would met our needs, unfortunately our experience working with Konstrukt was one negative experience after another. Our 8 week deadline turned into a 9 month job with one problem/​delay after another. It appears that Konstrukt tries to do the bare minimum when it comes to quality. When bringing this to their attention, Konstrukt comes up with one excuse after another. In addition, the standard practice of a courtesy call to offer apologies and refunds for botched work and major delays does not enter Konstrukt’s vocabulary.
I can’t help but believe that the positive reviews are written because of the gift card incentives Konstrukt offers customers after they submit a review. Don’t be fooled by this ridiculous $ 25.00 gift card.
Bottom line– I would not use Konstrukt. Konstrukt does not live with integrity, does not act professionally, does not care about the finished quality, nor the satisfaction of the customer.

They did a great job on our condo water damage issue. We received timely updates on when and how the work would be done, they were able to stick to a tight schedule and we are very happy with the results. In addition they were very accommodative on performing additional work at a reasonable fee that would protect against future damage. They also worked to coordinate the new water heater install so we were able to have our condo back to normal with Hot water when we arrived! We will definitely use them again.

I just finished having my kitchen remodeled and Ryan N. and Chris with Konstrukt in North County is without a doubt the number one person I have worked with in the past several years who has tremendous pride in his workmanship. It shows in everything Ryan does from his customer service to his skill. I found Konstrukt through my order with Lowes and I will be asking Lowes to partner me with Konstrukt on all of my future home projects.

Konstrukt Design and Remodel is serious about doing the job right and pleasing the customer. They have just completed the second major (in my opinion) job for us and we are very pleased. John was on top of the task and checked in with us periodically to update us on the progress. The work was accomplished competently and on schedule.

I work for State Farm Insurance and we refer our clients to Konstrukt whenever we can. We have had the opportunity to see not just how they perform once or twice, but over and over again, over many years. Our customers are always happy, and the work is done properly and on time. These people are friendly, knowledgeable, and extraordinarily competent. I would give them the strongest recommendation available for our customers, and anyone else who needs work done on their homes.
