Laundry Ladies Pick Up & Delivery Service

I had a great experience with Laundry Ladies! Asked for pick up on a Monday and all of my items were returned cleaned, folded nicely and even brought back with a pretty tulle bow the following day. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

I didn’t feel that the items I gave them came back as clean as they should have.

Whole lotta nope. If you just need your laundry done and don’t care about quality or reading washing labels, then go for it. You’ll pay an arm and a leg with no way to verify how they weighed your clothes (probably IN the wicker basket we gave them), but it’ll get done.
You’ll probably lose some delicates through. A beloved shirt I put in a bag of 7 items «to be hand washed» is near unwearable. It’s a very light fabric and unless they hand washed it with a fire hose, it wouldn’t be shedding thread. Another «hand wash only» in white has what looks like a ti-​dye/​sponge paint blue/​gray stain. Tag came off one shirt leaving HOLES. These are all items I put aside and said «HAND WASH ONLY»
There are a couple random stains on the other stuff. One shirt shrunk.
Better to just do the laundry yourself. As I said, it’s all for the convenience. If you want your clothes washed correctly, or care about them lasting at all, don’t bother.
UPDATE: put on a pair of my very favorite pants today. Light, loose fitting fabric, high waisted, long leg… COMPLETELY shrunk. I didn’t buy tight fitting high-​waters. I have officially lost more money in ruined clothing from this experience than what I paid for the wash…

Soooo… our washing machine died with sheets (still yet to rinse and spin) inside. Laundry had already piled up and of course, continues to do so daily.
Before I continue… NO, I am not above taking my laundry to a local laundry mat and washing it myself — not at all. However, in years past, I had the not-​so-​lovely experience of having my clothes come out dirtier than when they went in while washing at a laundry mat. Bleck! … and it happened more than once. :-/​

Oh my… what a gift! Whether your machine is out of order (like ours), you’re overwhelmed with family stuff, you work too much and are just darn tired of laundry OR you simply need a special treat, THIS is the place to go.
On Tuesday night, I e-​mailed a few questions and received a prompt response from the owner of the company (Melissa). The same night, I filled out the on-​line pick-​up form. Yesterday morning, I placed my laundry (not all of it, but the most important stuff) on the front door step. This morning, I was nerdishly excited to find my washed, folded and hung laundry at my door step, just 24 hours after it was picked up.
While this was an emergency kind of deal for us… I cannot imagine being more spoiled. It was SO exciting! DREAMY!!!
If you’re ever in a pinch or simply need/​want a breather from laundry, DO give the Laundry Ladies a try. You won’t regret it! It is the ultimate in spoiled.

Like many professional men, I need to have my cotton dress and formal shirts laundered and pressed properly. And over the years I’ve been disappointed with the many cleaners that have returned my pricey shirts with broken buttons, ripped yokes, creased plackets, deformed collars, cuffs pressed backwards, allergenic chemo-​starch, new ink marks, and old stains.
I’ve never had a problem with the Laundry Ladies, and I’m glad to have found them.

Spent $ 130.00 on three baskets of clothes to be done and it all come back looking like crap. The clothes didn’t even smell like fresh laundry. Save your money and do your laundry yourself. Worthless

This service is a God-​send! I am a super busy single woman who does not have the time or desire to constantly keep track of quarters and then spend 2 hours in a laundromat in the evening or during the weekend. Not to mention we don’t have that many laundromat options in Encinitas/​Cardiff, so they are always full. Katherine, my laundry lady, is amazing! The best part is coming home to find laundry ALREADY FOLDED (folding is the worst part)!!! The pricing is reasonable too, considering their service (pick up, wash, dry, fold, deliver back to your door). Thank you Katherine and Laundry Ladies for being so good at what you do!

This is a great company! It is so convenient to have them come pick up my large comforters and return them all clean and neatly folded! As a mom, this is a huge time saver. The owner is very nice — that’s just a bonus.

This was such a find! Katherine came and picked up my laundry baskets full of dirty laundry early one morning after our move and returned them full of clean, perfectly folded & separated clothing the next. She even added a hot pink bow on each hamper, which my girls loved!
I highly recommend this service and am not sure I can ever go back to doing my own laundry — sorry, Hubba!

Melissa really does a great job with my clothes. They are always folded nicely and she’s always on time. She even turns them around faster than expected. It sure frees up my time by having her do my laundry. If you want to spend more time doing anything other than laundry (which I personally hate doing) give her a call. The Laundry Ladies certainly help me.

With this company you have your laundry picked up at your home or business (can be left on your porch) and it is washed, folded, and dropped back off in 24 hours. You can also specify allergies or detergent requests. It is also possible for same day service but there is an additional fee.
