They’re a great store and all, but they never have the shaving brush I want in stock. Otherwise, they’re very helpful and the products I think are of good quality. It’s my closest location, so I do come in when I am at UTC if I need any soaps.

I just got introduced to their products over the holiday through a beauty blogger. They had a set of limited edition lotions online that was sold out. Today was my first time going into their store. I already knew what I wanted. It must have been a popular product since it was in the front window being advertised for $ 12. I chose the ROSES Hand and Nail Cream. It smells like a fresh rose garden and feels lavish on my skin. I recommend it and every lady should have one of these hand creams in their purse. There’s a variety of scents to chose from. I like the product and how it comes in a ointment style container with twist off top opposed to a flip top or tub of lotion. It makes my skin look better. Overall, the store is very cheerful. The customer service is wonderful. However, I was offered a large bag for my little purchase and was told thats all they have after the holidays. It was going straight into my purse anyways. I recommend coming here for the luxury lotions.

I love their lavender soap. that’s the only soap I have been using for YEARS now. I really enjoy this location because they are not on your back from the minute you step into the store. She greeted us. and she totally left us alone until we were ready purchase. LOVEIT. She allowed me to update my personal information that they have in their system. and now I’ll be able to enjoy more lavender yumminess. Only thing is. I’m used to getting my bag filled with little testers. at leasts that’s what they did in the Rancho Cucamonga location. I looked into my bag. no testers. I was a little sad. But no worries. I know where to go to get my soap fix!

This is a happy place. I’ve loved all the L’ Occitane stores I’ve been to, and this one is no exception! A solid 4 stars for: ~Friendly employees who check up on you but aren’t smothering you. ~Vegan friendly with sustainable, organic ingredients and recyclable and minimal packaging*(not everything is vegan due to some products containing beeswax/honey) ~Yummy smelling natural scents(no fake sugary scents here) ~Great little(and big) gift sets *Their website even tells you how you can recycle each part of their packaging: If there prices were a bit more affordable, and everything was vegan, they would deserve 6 stars!

Ooh La La! Damn the Four Seasons for getting me hooked on their products. I love their shampoo and conditioner. Their soaps are great. Wifey loves the verbena soap and I love their milk soap. It’s not your usual soap stuff. It’s like the fine China of soaps used for special occasions. Okay not really! So in my case it’s I’m smooth but not rich. Their lotions keep my skin soft and smooth while the store empties my hard earned dough. It’s so worth it!
