Matt’s Hauling and Removal

I totally in agreement with the other Unilocalers rating Matt a solid 5-​***** stars for his professionalism, attention to his clients, reliability and in my recent case FLEX-​I-​BIL-​ITY !! We had asked him to move a refrigerator we were replacing (but still good) from one place to my moms.
To begin, Matt’s quote beat other firms’ prices handily. Although I NEVER go strictly low-​bid, he related on the phone that he was with professional moving companies for several years until starting his own business — which sealed the deal to go with him.
This turned into a Murphy’s law case, however, as we had him all set to go one Saturday, coordinating his pick-​up with the delivery of the new fridge. However, the new fridge came (after a 5-​week special order period) damaged – so we had to cancel Matt at the very last minute. Although he had reserved this day/​time for me he took this in stride and said he’d be on stand-​by. When a replacement fridge came 5 – 6 weeks later he offered to come one SUNDAY (NFL league championship game Sunday no less) to work around my schedule… and then due to another new fridge install problem we had to push back until Monday. AGAIN, he took it OK and was promptly on site by 8:30 the next day.
When all finally went down his SINGLE-​handed handling of our two fridges through narrow doors, up /​down stairs & around corners was VERY impressive and shows his professional moving capabilities. My 83-​year old moms was also very happy with his services and will definitely use him again for whatever moving needs she has… as will I !!!

I am so impressed with Matt Cox and his services! I hired him at a very competitive rate and got more professionalism out of him and his partner than I thought I could expect. They very carefully wrapped my furniture and unloaded it in my house so fast that my jaw hit the ground! I thought any movers I hired would take their time being «careful» and run up the bill on me, but not Matt!

I called Matt early on a Sunday morning to see if he could help me move a couch that I had just purchased. Even though Matt was really busy with a few other jobs, he found time to help me on that exact day!!! He called me to keep me informed of his arrival time and he showed up just when he said he would! He is a true professional… and his wife who assisted him is a sweetheart too!

I hired Matts Hauling & Removal to clear out debris from a remodel. Matt and his crew showed up ten minutes early to the jobsite ready to work. Prior to their arrival I received a courtesy to let me he was on his way, in which I apreciated it. These guys worked their asses off !!! Thanks Matt!
