I think it’s about time to give up on Micky D’s. I got alot of food for 9 bucks, however, it wasn’t good. The fries were really greasy and the ¼ lb burger was super dry and overly salted. The only good thing was the sweet tea but who goes thru a drive up for a soft drink?

Thanks guys!!! I forgot this McDonald’s is no longer 24hrs. I work the graveyard shift. I needed coffee badly before my shift. Every Starbucks(seriously I went to 6 or 7) was closed by(11:00pm). Then I remembered that McDonald’s has McCafé. But they had just cleaned the machine. Because they were closing shortly.(I could NOT win tonight) So instead the two guys closing brewed me fresh hot coffee and put lots of cream & sugar in it. And so I didn’t burn myself checking if the taste was to my liking, he just filled a bag with cream and sugar and coffee straws. I’d like to add that these were young men. Early 20’s or very late teens. My point being, I’m sure they have lives and could’ve totally blown me off and been dicks about it. I work in Security. Where I work I do not have the luxury of a working break room. I can’t make my own coffee. Let alone reheat it. There is no coffee pot available. This is the second time this McDonald’s has had awesome customer service in the wee hours. Thanks!

Rolled through here today with my dad. It’s friday during lent so we were going for filet o fish. Imagine our surprise when we were told they were all out. Are you serious? How do you run out of fish during lent? You know youre going to sell the hell out of fish filets so you double or triple your supply. Ridiculous.

This place is gross. I always drive thru and order to go, but today we came in to dine in and it’s disgusting. Nothing looks clean, even the debit/credit card machine is full of dust, grossness and ickyness. The staff sits around just talking about the customers when they could be cleaning. One star for always being quick through the drive thru, and one star for always getting my order correct. But do NOT go inside to eat. It made me lose my appetite. Never again.

Poor customer service, the person put me on hold and took the order from the line next to me who came after me. Then an extremely long wait for breakfast items in the evening. I had to wait 12 minutes after paying.

Have kids who like Happy Meals? Watch out!!! This is not the place to go unless you want to eat expired food! I ordered two Happy Meals since I have a set of twins, both wanted gogurts(yogurt for kids). Well the gogurts were expired by five days!!! What’s worse is I called and the manager and he failed to hold himself accountable, he didn’t even care. I’m not even convinced he was the manager!

It’s McDonalds! For a drive through, it’s not that fast. They may want to hire a few more people. The food is good and predicable. I wish they gave me a few more napkins and a little less ice and more ice cream on their ice cream cones. Great value for the money though.

Came here to get a bite to eat at midnight, Friday the 11th of February. Waited 10 minutes and no one would answer the drive-thru, then somebody came to the window and finally said they were CLOSED. How can they be closed when it says that they’re open till 4am???

If you live off lake Murray I would advise you not to eat at the mc Donald’s. Co-workers throwing food at each other playing around. That’s not how you conduct yourself at work let alone handling someone’s food. I’m disgusted

Normally use the drive thru and they are not that pleasant here. Today they were nice but then my order gets messed up. Not the end of the world but disappointing.

Eh. The food turns out good; it’s your normal Mickey D’s spot. But service? Always a hit or miss here. Well, mostly miss. I have dined in and gone through the drive-thru and it’s easy to see that the drive-thru is their priority. It took more than 15 minutes to get some nuggets when I dined in and the cashier forgot to give me condiments I asked for just 2 minutes earlier when I went through the drive-thru. Both times I was 1 of only 2 customers there. I know it’s just McDonald’s, but I’ve gotten better service in other branches. This one is just another typical unhappy burger-flipper hive.

Very fast drive thru service. We never order anything special, so they always get our order correct. Unlike other fast food restaurants in the area. Overall, we always get what we want, and it usually hits the spot.

Is it conceivable that this restaurant perhaps should just close it’s doors. I haven’t eaten here often but every single time I drive through this joint they screw up my order, and I mean every single time. I ordered TWO items and they screwed it up. This occurs at this location because I notice the employees are always distracted talking to each other constantly about their personal lives while taking orders, bagging the food, taking the money from the customers and so forth. I’ve only been a drive through customer and witness this time and again. I don’t give a crap if it’s an entry level job, we’ve all had our entry level jobs and many of us who had entry level jobs were taught by our employer that we better perform at the highest standards or you were gone. I appreciated employers that expected the best from me when I worked entry level jobs, it taught me early on to excel. Training entry level employees early on what’s expected in the job market will help these employees the rest of their lives and they will move up the chain of any organization much faster. Additionally, business owners who don’t expect nor train entry level employees to perform at the highest standards shows the customer you don’t care about your product, if you don’t care about your product you should find another line of business. Stop treating high school kids and kids just out of high school like ten year olds and life at work is a party. Train, mentor, and teach these young adults the importance of performing their jobs to the highest standards instead of allowing a high school party atmosphere, they will appreciate it down the road. At least train your employees to focus enough to get the orders correct, I hope that’s not asking to much. In the mean time your restaurant performs far below standards and always has, but I’m sure nothing will change either.

After months of being treated badly by their employees at the Lake Murray Blvd. Mcdonalds, I finally contacted the company and told the secretary about the way their employees treat me, I got an apology and a card for a free sandwich from the company. Next time they are rude to me, I know who to contact.

The girl at the window always has an attitude(pink eyeliner), not cool when your getting a little meal for so much money! Hell, I’m still hungry and my tea taste like water! One of the worse Mc Donalds… I should have went to the grocery store and cooked!

I don’t know who is doing their customer service training, but GIVETHATPERSON A RAISE!!! I have NEVER received the level of customer service, and going through the drive-thru no less. The person on the other end can be clearly understood, introduces themself and it honestly sounds as if it is their delight to be taking my order. At the window, the same polite service and teamwork in handling orders. This phenomenon has happened on two occasions so far. So I’m thinking it wasn’t just a fluke. They are doing something absolutely right!!!

Great food & nice staff. No power for laptops, and you need a quarter to use the bathroom.
