Ruthi is an amazing massage therapist and wonderful esthetician. She is also just a great person. I have been going to Ruthi for over 10 years. I get massages at resorts and spas when traveling all over the country and the world. We are very lucky to have Ruthi here in San Diego. She is the best!

Ruthi is so sweet and knowledgeable! She was able to accommodate me on short notice and made me feel comfortable (so much so that I forgot what service I was getting– waxing). My skin is very sensitive but her products and methods worked well and produced no rashes! Already booked my next service with Ruthi (facial) — can’t wait! Thanks again!

I’m new to the area so trying to find new places to go can be very daunting, therefore, after I had my first appointment with Ruth, who is also my namesake, I knew I need look no further. From the time I booked the appointment till I arrived nothing but professionalism. Upon arrival at her La Jolla Crossroads location the door was open and very inviting. The owner, Ruth, greeted me with a great smile, and made me feel like I was an old friend. Ruth is not only beautiful on the outside she is equally beautiful on the inside and it shows through the whole time she is in your presence. The inside of her establishment is very clean, cozy and smells real great. I go for grooming and she really has a soft touch therefore making pain «null and void.» Her prices are extremely good and if anyone is looking for a new place, a place close by or just want to try something new, Oasis Day Spa is the perfect place for you! You and your friends will definitely receive 5 star service.

After I’ve been stressed all week coming here was the best decision. It was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Ruthi is truly talented and I would recommend coming here to anyone!

When I come to Oasis my massage is very precise and always goes deep. Good strong pressure point work along with the deep tissue.
Their therapist are always pleasant, very friendly, knowledgeable but no-​nonsense, men and women who seem to love their work. Everything’s unhurried and had an unusual slow, relaxed pace. Very deep work, but the pace made it pleasant and comfortable. At no point did it get painful beyond the «hurts so good» level.
Overall a very good experience. Excellent therapists.

I don’t even know where to begin. Ruthi is the sweetest, most beautiful person inside and out I think I have ever met. Her energy is beyond positive; it’s just something you can’t explain. I am a firm believer in surrounding yourself with good people, and Ruthi is as good as it gets. Every time I walk into the treatment room, I immediately feel relaxed, healed, and happy. She puts every ounce of thought and energy she can into her facials, and your skin shows it. Since I starting going to Oasis regularly and using Luisant (Ruthi’s product line), my skin has completely changed. I have struggled with cystic acne since I was 14, but I can honestly say that ALL of my cystic acne has now disappeared. Ruthi makes all her own products and uses them herself, which is the greatest testament to how good they work seeing as how she literally has PERFECT skin. If you want to spoil your face, visit Ruthi regularly and TRY THE PUMPKIN MILK!

Ruthie has the touch and knows her stuff, I rate her facials and massage skills top notch and always come away feeling relaxed and glowing. Her strong but gentle massage gets those knots out and her facials leave me looking and feeling fabulous.

I have gone to Ruthi for both a message and facial and she has what I would call healing hands and such a relaxing spa. The compliments I got after the facial (following the massage) was incredible. People actually saw the difference which I thought was amazing since I am in the skin care business. And every time I tweak my back following a workout — a short massage, a jacuzzi and I am as good as new.

Ruthi is seriously as good as it gets. I’ve been going to her for years. She does both incredibly phenomenal facials and massages! Her prices are good. I do occasionally stray to get a massage or facial from a spa week deal but nothing compares to her. I would go to her every month if I could afford it. Hands down the best in San Diego/​La Jolla! She is truly gifted and obviously loves what she does. Stumbling upon her is the best best best thing ever. Seriously!
They have 2 locations that she can do your treatment in. Nothing fancy here but Ruthi is what will blow you away. Both locations are tricky parking wise but sooo worth it.

Oasis Spa provides massage, facial, and waxing services. Ruthi is accommodating, friendly, professional and proficient in her trade. Prices are reasonable. Overall, a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend this spa for its comfort and convenience.
