Since attending Jill’s class I noticed a significant change with my core strength. As a yoga instructor, I’m very particular with alignment and she is very mindful with that. I highly recommend her classes! Great for beginners!

I have been going to this location now for a few weeks with lower and mid back pain along with a sciatic problem and Jill has definitely been able to significantly reduce my discomfort by working on muscles that rarely get a workout. She’s very welcoming and easy to talk to and seems to knows exactly what I need strengthened. I would recommend her to any of my friends and i’m proud to support a small local business. im now able to bend down without strain and walk with less nerve pain in my sciatic. if you haven’t tried everything else for your aches and pains and nothing seems to work, pilates is a simple and easy to learn workout that even the most athletic and fit people can still benefit from.
