Our instructor Courtney was so sweet and accommodating considering Paddle Into Fitness had recently started at this location and they didn’t have weights for the SUP’s yet. She was thorough and made sure to find out everyone’s Yoga experience levels. The owner of the store is a nice/​cool guy also. My husband and I really enjoyed the class and plan to return.
