I purchased my first paddle board from them when they were still at their old location. My friend told me about them and how awesome their boards are. Their boards are definitely worth the price and the designs are nice as well.
Im currently contemplating if I should purchase a long board and a kahuna stick from them. I will probably pay them a visit soon!

Andi (the owner) is dedicated to quality customer service and an impeccible product. Her passion is spreading the word about SUP and the health benefits of a lifestyle that includes YOLO boards and YOLO yoga on paddleboards. She offers many unique designs, as well as sells her older rental boards for a discounted rate. I would and do recommend her rental service located on Rosecrans in Point Loma or at Humphrey’s on Shelter Island for anyone curious about SUP. You will be addicted!

I recently was notified by Unilocal that they were removing a review of «mine» as it was a personal attack on this shop. Huh? not sure how to track this down, BUT let me say not me.
It might be that I use other shops for my SUP needs, but IMO the folks at YOLO are solid, have good boards and involve themselves in the community. nuf said

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Carried in my own new paddle, not Yolo brand, asking to get it cut to fit my size. Maurice was so helpful, friendly, and generous imparting knowledge on paddle size and technique for what I needed for flat water touring. First time in the store and I will be back for future paddling needs based on a positive first experience.

What an amazing experience! My girlfriend and I have been looking for a new board for about 3 months for her. We have two older yolo boards and were sure we wanted a new yolo board.
We arrived at the store and were greeted by Andy. She was very nice and immediately was telling us about the many options they had available for someone of our ability and size. We were given several options and good practical advice. We found the board we liked and went to discuss and get our tie down straps.
We returned the next day and were ready to purchase. They wrapped the board in bubble rap for us and even helped us to the truck. We were treated like family and left with a huge smile on our faces. Yolo not only has great quality boards, but the service and experience was truly amazing! Thanks again to the yolo staff!
