This is the best Phở I have ever had in US. I am originally from Vietnam so my standard for Phở is very high. Here is the details after my first time at Phở time — Phở: good portion, tasty broth, very authentic. Beside beef and chicken, they offer veggie broth. — Broken rice with grill chicken and fried egg is a bomb. — Smoothies is delicious and made with real fruits. Other places only use high fructose syrup flavor. If you haven’t had vietnamese coffee in authentic vietnamese way before. Try it because the coffee is made fresh at your table with a Vietnamese coffee filter. You will have change to see how it is made, smell its aroma(the best part of this), and finally taste it in a very authentic Vietnamese way. I will definitely come back soon with my pals.

Always excellent service with excellent and quality food. Lots of favorites here to choose from and very clean and fresh. A must try if you are a phở snob like me. Love this place!

Not bad! Easy place to pickup food when you just want some phở at home. The restaurant looks nice but I’ve never dined there

I’ve tried several things on their menu and it’s all only OK. The only reason I go back is for the Banh Mi.(which isn’t on every Vietnamese menu).

One of the few places with delicious veggie broth and a bunch of vegetarian options. Quick and easy and always the same great taste.

Came here for my first Phở experience and they did not disappoint. I believe i had the #17 with beef and brisket and i loved it. The service when i went in was a little slow would be my only complaint. I have also ordered to go a few times here and the quality is just as good as eating in and they have it ready for you super fast.

Great phở, great location, and great service! I have been several times, had many of the items on the menu, and have always been impressed. Fresh, tasty, great service, authentic flavors, great portions, and inexpensive! I really like the veggie phở with veggie broth, and am getting hungry thinking about it now! Highly recommend!

Good, cheap phở and side dishes. Nothing to write home to momma about, but each dish is well portioned and prepared. Additionally, they allow you to flavor your food just the way you want with a good selection of sauces at the table. Friendly staff, although you may occasionally feel a little neglected. Oh, and pretty tasty Shrimp Spring Rolls. Overall, a budget-friendly, solid lunch/dinner phở joint.

Phở Time is a solid choice for phở in PB. If it were in City Heights, I might rate it a 3 to 3.5, but City Heights is a long way to go when you live at the beach, so if you need a phở or general Vietnamese food fix, it is good enough to keep you around. I usually get one of the rice vermicelli dish combination plates and particularly like the shredded pork/grilled pork combo. When I get phở it is usually eye-round steak, flank and tendon. The portion size is good and the value great.

I am satisfied with my meal & experience from this restaurant, but nothing more than satisfied. Although the service was quick, I felt rushed at a few points in my meal. I was immediately asked to order right as I sat down, I hadn’t even opened my menu yet! I ordered the standard beef phở without any vegetables or anything in it, and it was delicious! They also had a couple different sauces and add ins for my phở as well. I paid a decently inexpensive price for my meal & it’s a great spot to go to if you’re looking for a quick meal, but not if you’re looking for a complete sit down & relax dining experience.

I am vegetarian so many times when I get phở the veggie broth is kind of bland. But this restaurant had the most flavorful vegetarian broth I have ever tasted! They even package the to go phở very nicely so it is easy to eat when you take it away. I wish this place was closer to me but I stopped here on my way back from San Diego to LA.

I have been on a hunt for my new phở spot in PB because I just moved down. This is the second place I’ve tried and I was kind of let down again. Maybe everything will pale in comparison to my original favorite. The ambiance is bad in this place, it feels like an overly quiet lunch hall with bad lighting and decorations. The vibe of a restaurant is half the battle in my reviews. Though I did think the fish tank was neat, but those are pretty typical in a lot of phở joints. The food was eh. Eh because it’s slightly under mediocre but I would eat it in a crunch again. The steak they put in my phở was more like medallion sized jerky. The broth was very good. My espresso and condensed milk(which I order frequently) was disgusting, the condensed milk to espresso ratio was way off. I hate to be a picky a**hole, but don’t mess with my espresso. The egg rolls were again were eh. Our server was capable and friendly. No complaints there! I’ll keep looking for my old reliable, wish me luck.

Can’t go wrong here. We pretty much come here once a week or once every other week and get the same thing. Tai nam for me and house special for my boyfriend. The broth here is clean and flavorful and I think Northern Vietnamese style?(correct me if I’m wrong) Sometimes we get crispy egg rolls which are great but usually we get regular spring rolls(one time I got grilled pork and that was soooo yummy). I get the regular size and my boyfriend gets the large and we split some spring rolls. I’ve had their Bun Bo Hue(spicy beef noodle soup) here and that was really good. Also their chicken phở is traditional and has some extra aromatics in there which is really nice to see that they didn’t just throw phở noodles in chicken broth. Time Vermicelli special was super good too with grilled pork, grilled beef, grilled shrimp and an eggroll over vermicelli. Come back for the food and the quick waiters. Don’t expect atmosphere(no music or TVs to distract) or extra attentiveness. Expect to heal any ailment with good olé phở broth done right.

The quickest service! I usually do take out, but this time I decided to sit and eat here. We ordered, the guy walked away to the back and came back with our food(less than 5 minutes). The food is never a let down and is such great portions! Pretty inexpensive as well.

They are good. Quick, affordable, huge portions, good food. My Mom was in Vietnam and she said they got tiny portions compared to here. I recently discovered their coffee-it’s very good and strong, served with condensed milk

Good Phó but it’s not a complicated dish. I’ve come here several times & the Phó has been good. The amount of meat is on the slim side though. The service is the same as a walk-up counter not a sit-down restaurant; i. e not good. The waiters don’t ask what we want to drink first they just walk up with an order pad & stare at you, signaling that it’s time to order. I just give them both food & drink order. Every time I’ve eaten here I have to ask for the check so now I’ve just started walking up to their register & giving them my table # to pay. At least this way don’t feel obligated to leave a tip!
