I’ve worked on base for almost 4 years and wasn’t aware of this gem (next door to the gas station). This place is great. They have a few televisions and air conditioning … the food is great.
You can also call your order in for pick-​up. Fast service and very friendly staff.

This place is great! Simple and only available to those who have access to Point Loma Sub Base. My wife works on base and I had the opportunity to eat here recently. I was suprised how cool this place was as it is not just a diner… They have an Open Mic night for the Sailors on Mondays, DJ night on Thursdays and other stuff not to be expected from a «public» place. I really like this place. I wish I had some places like this to go when I was in the Navy…
Every day there is a $ 5 speacial that includes a drink, and I am told the MONDAYS!!! ARE!!! THE POT ROAST BOMB DAY!!! I went on a Tuesday and shared tome street style tacos with the wife and they were good. I was not expecting this whole experience so I owe this place a better review.
