Its pizza hut. Are there better pizzas out there? Yes. Is pizza hut good in a pinch when you don’t feel like cooking? Yes! They usually have great deals like any 2 medium pizzas for 6.99 each. Really cant beat that.

Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza franchise because of their crusts, especially the Pan style!

Ordering online is easy & they have your pizza ready in 15 minutes! Customer service is good at this location & they give plenty of utensils, cheese, & pepper.

I walked into this location asking what the specials were and the guy at the front, Blake (he deserves a raises) was MORE than willing to help me! He told me what the carryout specials were BUT he was nice enough to tell me what the specials were IF I ordered via my phone (THEY WERE WAY BETTER).
So I started to process of ordering on my phone and of course sent it to the store… I went back into the store to make sure my order went in correctly… and NOPE it didn’t b/​c my picky butt wanted ½ something and ½ something else… while he was nice enough to fix it on his end (same guy that greeted me at the register), I asked if the specialty pizza’s were part of this 2 for $ 7.99 each pizza deal I was doing and he said YES, do you want to change your order!!! OMG. YESSSSSSSSS! He was soo nice he fixed my order and did it all for me!
While I waited the manager «Jerry» of course I asked his name b/​c I wanted to pay him a compliment on Unilocal,talked to me about their advertising (b/​c that’s what I do for a living) and about where he’s lived… He was very personable and really seemed to enjoy his job. His team really seemed to like working with him.
The store was clean.
It smelled great
They gave GREAT recommendations.
The price was PERFECT!
The attitude of the employees was OUTSTANDING

My pizza was great, my service experience wasn’t. Then is it hard to hire help that doesn’t look like they haven’t showered in a month? Lol I don’t know why, but ordering food from a dirty looking staff makes me question the establishments sanitary standards.
I ordered in person a large stuffed crust pizza with chicken. They told me 15 – 20 minutes. Then 5 minutes later, I noticed them advertising the Hershey chocolate chip cookie and I decided I’d get that as well. So I let them know I want it, and he charged me $ 7. The sign said $ 4.99 with purchase of a pizza. Tell me it isn’t common sense to honor the special cause I literally bought a pizza 5 minutes ago. He blamed it on the computer, but sometimes you have to be smarter than the screen you’re reading. Ultimately I was happy with my pizza, maybe I’ll order by phone to minimize my interaction with the staff.

Wanted to try the bacon and cheese stuffed crust pizza. Had it with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. This review is for the pizza only as I picked it up.
The pizza was okay. The bacon stuffed crust was kind of meh. Not enough bacon. The taste of the pizza itself was just average. I’m sorry to say that I like Domino’s Pizza better. It tastes better and is a bit cheaper. Those gimmicky crusts just don’t do anything for me. If you want to try something, how about flavored crusts like parmesan, garlic, butter cheese, etc.
Pizza Hut used to be so good, but they are trying all of the gimmicky things. If you want my honest opinion, just go back to the basics and keep the menu simple.

Only pizza hut that doesn’t have our pizzas ready by the given time after ordering our meal online for carry out.
Service is average. It’s so average that I don’t have much to say.

Order pizza from here twice and both times screwed up our order. They insisted we ordered a Pepperoni Lovers with NO pepperoni… really? Not according to my email confirmation! Then we ordered extra sauce but they didn’t deliver it and all the delivery man could say was, «I don’t know.» NEVER AGAIN!

Can’t ever seem to get their quoted time right. If you order from here, show up 10 – 15 minutes later than quoted. Never get their discounts right but cashier doesn’t say anything and hopes you don’t say anything. In my experience of different Pizza Huts, this is got to be one of the worst. One thing they somehow seem to get right is the order… But shouldn’t that be expected? No love for this place but they’re unfortunately the closest to my house.

First time ordering pizza here for carryout. I placed the order online. I ordered the new three-​cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. When I finally arrived at the place about 15 minutes later than I planned, there was another guy picking up his order as well. The guy running the register was nice and professional. I asked for some parmesan and red peppers, so I got some. I never had this new pizza until that night. It was definitely good. I look forward to ordering it again and maybe some wings too.

I have to say everytime I do carry out here, the workers are fantastic !! So so so friendly. I drive a little out of my way to come here because of the service and because pan crust pizza is my guilty pleasure !

This has got to be the worst pizza hut ont he face of the planet bar none. I saw an ad for the slider pizza’s today and knowing that I am about to abuse the hell out of my body in two days, I decided hell, I have eaten fairly well for the last 4 months, lets pound down a slider pizza, the little girl can have a couple and we can call it a night. I call them and order carryout, 3 with jalapeño, mushroom, and pepperoni, three with ham, pepperoni, and extra cheese and some bread sticks.
15 minutes for it to be ready. Walk in, it literally looks like the woman behind the cash register stood in front of someone that blew a pizza sauce load all over her face and shirt. She even looked unhealthy, in a crack queen kind of way. The only thing missing would have been a cigarette hanging out of her mouth with half of the ash still hanging on it. Two people in front of me. First guy makes an order, he leaves as it will not be ready for 20 minutes. Next guy comes up, three pizza’s. They screwed up every single one of them, then ask, «Do you want us to redo them?» I am sure the guy was thinking, «No dumbass, I want to pay for the pizzas that you made for me that I did not ask for,» he kindly said yes and had to wait for 20 more minutes.
I come up, grab my order and go as apparently the people behind me allowed their two kids to have a screaming contest at the top of their lungs inside a closet sized store. Crack Queen screws up the amount to be paid, then has to call the manager, who came up and fixed everything. We walked out, I gave the two kids screaming the stink eye through the window and then made the slit your throat sign. Little girl and I ran to the truck and came home. Only to find out that we ended up with Mushroom and cheese sliders, and bacon bits and pepperoni sliders. Been there 3 times in 5 years. You would imagine that this place would have fixed their issues, but no… they have gotten worse at every turn. Pizza hut should investigate this franchisee, because he/​she is obviously not doing what it takes to project an iconic brand.

I’ve been using this location for about 4 years now. At first it was typical for the chain then when they had Justin as a driver he was the best now in the last 2 months this business and quality of food & service has just spiraled down hill and is one of the worse pizza delivery experiences I’ve had in my entire life. I will never order from this location ever again. Especially since the prices have gone up and time to deliver takes an hour no matter what time of day or day of the week you order.

Pizza Hut is not my favorite pizza place in the entire world but it passes for a quick pizza fix on a weekend garage sale kind of day. They have the any large for $ 10 special so that was an easy decision to make. When I came into the store, the staff person was über friendly and nice. I’m glad I went there for pizza and not the Domino’s across the street. Thanks!

O.M.G. Do not ever use this horrendous Pizza Hut! We ordered delivery on a Saturday night. I don’t know… 8pm maybe? Wanted a stuffed crust. They were out. Wanted regular crust. They were out. Really. OUT. Like you call a pizza place (a CHAIN nonetheless. not a mom and pop… and they are basically out of pizza!!). So we had to get the thin crust stuff. Which I generally prefer… but not from Pizza Hut.
However long later, a burned pizza showed up. Like SO burned that, from afar, I thought they had mistakenly put toppings on it. Nope, that was just how charred the cheese was. Not ok. We call back. Order another. They say they will throw in a free order of Cinnesticks. Why thank you, Pizza Hut. Or so we thought.
Delivered us a second pizza that was also burned. Almost more than the first one. And cinnesticks that were clearly microwaved. Like hard as a rock. Stale. Cold. And clearly had been «warmed up» for like 30 seconds before they started their journey in the car.
When we called back, we were told they could only offer a $ 20 credit. Apparently that’s all corporate allows. Guess what Pizza Hut? F that and F you. You owe me two pizzas and a good order of Cinnesticks!
My friend called back– she was still slightly calmer than I was at the time– and said, «are you serious? this is crazy.» he HUNG UP on us. I called back and told him he is being rude and that he owes us double and that he should act like a manager. He couldn’t handle it.
I have never been treated so horrendously by not only a major company, but some entitled little freak who calls himself the manager of a business. UNREAL. Way to lose 5 customers in one night, because none of us are going to ever order from you again.
