Pizza Hut

Not the wings I was looking for… Poor sauce, had the buffalo mild. Poor chicken taste and texture, all for $ 8.50.

1. Took 1 hour 47 mins from order ’til delivery
2. Delivery guy knocked on the door despite my clear instructions to call instead. I wasn’t in range to hear the knocking, forcing my grandmother who has trouble walking to answer the door.
3. This one is just miraculous. They somehow managed to deliver my pizza COLD. Not room temperature. Literally COLD.
4. No sort of compensation whatsoever, despite my pizza sitting in their store for over an hour before the delivery guy left (I know because I called)
Lesson learned. Fuck this place.

$ 10 for any large carry out pizza?! Hello? BEST DEAL EVER!!!
We veered from our Pizza Hut favorite — stuffed crust and opted for their other best, deep dish. Customized halves, extra sauce on everything, and Hut Special crust.
Softer bite than Domino’s with that spongy, greasy, slightly crispy (processed) crust we all know and love (thank you Book It)! Can’t complain about the new (ish) BOLD toppings (the marketing paid off!) — Peruvian Hot Cherry Peppers… Yes please!
It’s nostalgic, it’s flavorful, it’s dependable. I’ll take it.

Well, it’s a chain. This isn’t a sweet old granny in the kitchen making recipes from scratch with love.
A co-​worker was headed here for lunch already and I caved on my diet and added some cheesy bread to her order. When she returned from picking it up, it was overcooked and dried out to the point we had to be sure we hadn’t just ordered regular bread on accident.
A quick phone call back to PH replaced my disappointment with cheesy goodness, but I had to take the extra time to return for pick up (we had ordered pick up initially).
I likely won’t be ordering here again but I appreciated that the replacement was easy and actually cheesy.

We like to order delivery from here because it is close. But they are SO expensive. I know this is probably a corporate issue, not store issue. lol But still. $ 3.25 for delivery 5 blocks? Sometimes we can’t leave the house for pick up and this sucks. Please start having deals on chicken wings… we love them, but they too are very $$$ for the lack of sauce they put on.
Thank God Costco is down the hill and $ 10!!!

This place is a joke. I’ve been here a few times and I always been treated poorly. I did learn my lesson and started to just get it delivered, but I was in the area and thought I might give them another try.
This was the tipping point. I walked in. There was a lady cooking in the back, never once did she greet me or acknowledge me. I figured she was busy, so I was patience and tried to get her attention to help me but nothing. While all this was going on the phone was ringing non stop and no one bothered to to answer it. I thought this lady was a line cooking, but come to find out I heard two people talking in the back.
I looked back there and one guy was eating his Thai food from next door (I know this because we walked in at the same time and be didn’t even bother to tell his coworkers that I was in there waiting). There was another lady in the back doing something I couldn’t really tell, but she for sure wasn’t answering the phone or helping me.
Because of these incompetent workers representing Pizza Hut they lost business and left a loyal customer. I’ve never had issues at any Pizza Huts besides this one.
I really hope they make some changes with their staffing.

What a crappy pizza. We have used Pizza Hut for way too many years to get a $ 23 pizza that looked worse than had we got it at Cosco and heated it up. Attitude of phone rep :we dont have any specials anymore” to what we got as a pizza was awful. I have to say after this long, we will be looking for another pizza delivery place. Whuzzzzzz up with that? Shame on you!!! How do you expect to keep your company open?

Look… its pizza hut… the pizza isnt going to knock your socks off. I would say its decent enough and you cant really beat the price. Everytime ive ordered here the pizzas been correct, hot and fresh. The service is friendlier than most other pizza huts as well. While they may not win any nobel prizes in pizza awesomeness they do get the job done.

I came in to order 2 pizzas togo. The service was friendly and quick and my pizzas were hot and delicious when I got home. What more can you ask for?

Well it works for me when you have to feed a group of 6 and not spend a whole lot. The pizza was ok, and the pricing was perfect. We only come here when we have to bring pizza for a good sized group. Kids aren’t picky when it comes to pizza.

Got another gift card, and my boyfriend and I were craving pizza so we decided to have Pizza Hut as our first meal for the New Year [: The girl behind the counter was really nice and helpful. At the last minute I busted out a coupon for free breadsticks and she voided our previous order without any attitude. Was she happy about it? Probably not, but she was still nice [: Pizza came out about half an hour later, when we were told 15 minutes, but it’s fine. I wish our chocolate dipper actually came with chocolate, but they still tasted good by themselves. Pizza wasn’t piping hot when we finally got home to eat it, but it was still pretty good. I love their marinara sauce that goes with the breadsticks, really delish!

As far as Pizza Hut goes, three stars. But minus a star for broken hopes. Seriously. If the chick working the register says she’s gonna give me a few more wings cause of the extra 15-​minute wait on my carryout order, and even goes to the length of asking me what flavor I’d like those extra pieces to be, at least deliver on the hook up. Woe was me back home when I discovered Medium was a no-​show at the Garlic Parmesan party. Woe was me.

Love this place! Fast service and the best fast food pizza ever!

Some boys don’t have a very high bar on which they judge their pizza.
Hence the case tonight — when my roommate (let’s call him ATTM) and his buddy who is staying with us for a few weeks (let’s call him AND) offered to «take care of dinner tonight.»
It arrived warm (good start). Chock full of meat (good, because I’m a total carnivore girl) and cheese (my ultimate favorite food). A bit greasy. I can’t pinpoint what it is w/​the crust. It almost seems deep-​fried. It’s got that «as-if-it’s-been-fried» texture. It baffles me.
I really felt as if I was just totally going to town on some serious processed food. Don’t get me wrong though– I throw down the happy meal every now and again!!! I’m just saying.

Considering I dorked out last night and busted out a «comfort food» dinner of baked chicken stuffed with spinach & garlic and some baked macaroni and cheese and a green salad — well, I can’t help feeling a bit bamboozled!!!

This was my first job I’ve had. i started working here when i was in high school at the age of 16 and gave them 6 years. This was a fun job, especially with the people I worked with. We would work and then go out and drink and have some fun. Several people from high school worked there at the time. It was great. Let me just say this «Never mess with a person that makes or serves you your food»
