Brothers’ Giant Pizza

Small hole in the wall! This is what exactly this place is ,
My boys and I from work went to pick up some cars from repair shop, we were all dam hungry, we accidentally turn into this shopping center and found this pizza place .
The manager was making a big ass pizza as we walked in (posted Picts) seating the pizza? Our appetite grew, we all got something to eat.
The food was good, took a little long but it was all made fresh.
I liked my chicken salad, there was not enough chicken in the salad said one of my boys and one of them did not like the pizza as much.
I like my salad but my boys were not so happy, therefore I give them 4 stars
We will give them another try and see if anything changes…

Not sure how this place has received 4+ stars. Ordered 2 giant pizzas. One was margarita. Cheese was non existent. Pizza quality was not good. Had to reheat in the oven. Will not be ordering from here again. Additionally, the delivery guy made us come to his car to get the pizza. Wouldn’t bring it up.

Walked in at night and asked if slices were available. The owner said he can do whatever I wanted. I thought that was a huge plus for customer service.
I ended up just getting a 16″ one topping pizza for only 8 bucks, 9 bucks total with tax. Pretty good deal.
I’ll definitely be coming back. Hella chill here and the pizza smells great.

The gluten free supreme pizza is where its at. Straight fire yo! Delivery made it 20 min under the estimated delivery time. Yuuuup.

I will first say that the pizza is good. However, the service is horrible and the buffalo wings are terrible. They gave me a box of fried chicken with a drizzle of hot sauce at the bottom and said that they are buffalo wings. Unfortunately the owner argued with me and said that this is how they make their hot wings and the sauce is clear but they are in fact dipped in sauce. I told him i cannot believe he is insisting that these are dipped in sauce and it is insulting that he would even expect me to believe that. Overall i liked the pizza but as a result of the horrible service and wings I won’t be ordering from here again.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would! Not only did it take them over an hour to deliver two meals. When the food was delivered it was cold. Chicken tenders or over cooked fries are freezing. Mozzarella sauce freezing cold. And when I called to give a complaint about my order I got offered three dollars back I’m a $ 23 order. Which in my opinion is very insulting. Would never recommend this place to anyone else bad food and service.

Order only took about 45 minutes no big deal that’s what you would expect from a typical Italian hole-​in-​the-​wall pizza joint and also let me just say the pizza was f****** awesome, it was good s*** and who else you gonna ordert pizza from at f****** 10 a.m. THESE GUYS

We had a good experience with this place. We ordered on Unilocal.Wait time was average. They delivered right to our hotel room. Pizza was really good.

Delivery time was great — food was hot. I thought I ordered regular crust and got thin crust which wasn’t bad; I love sausage and mushroom pizza and there weren’t a ton of mushrooms. Flavors were good in the spaghetti and the pizza; the sausage is great! Would definitely go back to them.

I’ve never encountered a more horrible experience with a restaurant. We ordered a ton of food for delivery, and almost 2 hours later the food arrives and looks nothing like we expected.
NONE OF THE FOOD WAS FRESH IN ANY WAY– all the food we ordered came from a can or a freezer. I know what canned mushrooms taste like, I know what canned spaguetti sauce tastes like, I know what fake cheese tastes like (the cheese product kind). This food was horrible.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE– they refused to make up for our experience in any way. I wouldn’t be posting this if they had taken the nasty food back and gave us a refund, but the management refused to, was rude, and condescending.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT– They have a new website, so after looking at their fancy online menu I thought they may be under new ownership or expanded their menu, so we decided to try all these new yummy looking items– NOTHING IS LIKE THE PHOTOS!!! THEIR FOOD IS ALL PROCESSED, CAME FROM THE FREEZER. IT’S LIKE THEY GOOGLED PHOTOS OF THE FOOD ON THEIR MENU AND STOLE THE PHOTOS OFF LINE.
UNACCEPTABLE DELIVERY WAIT, LIED WHEN WE CALLED TO CHECK ON IT– I called about an hour and 15 min after we placed the order to check in on the status. The man on the line told me the food was on its way and would be arriving in five minutes (this place is about 10 min from my house). There is no way the order was on its way, it showed up half an hour later. Almost 2 hours for taking some frozen food and throwing it in a deep frier? seriously!?!
Trust me– don’t order form this place unless you want to be disappointed and then bitched out on the phone by a manager that refused to give us a refund, take their nasty food, or even to make up for their lies and 2 hour delivery time in any way.

One word: WEIRD. I had written an earlier post about ordering a pizza through Unilocal and it arriving without pepperonis. The owner messaged me on Unilocal countering my supposedly argue. I come home a week later on a Saturday night to find that he had driven to my house (apartment, whatever) and stuck yet another letter on my door with a door advertisement.
The letter was handwritten with an attachment of my order which showed that I did indeed order their disgusting, dry cheese pizza. The way their mobile Unilocal menu is set up is confusing and I don’t recall even finding an option to choose a regular pepperoni pizza. I clicked «pizza» and I wrote a note specifically saying that I wanted this to be a pepperoni pizza and if I could have a side of peppers. I got none of that.
And you know what? So the fuck what if I ordered a cheese pizza on accident. For you people to drive to my place on a Saturday night, place a threatening note on my door and have the nerve to hang your shitty advertisement on it too says alot. What a strange approach, I will never eat here again… wow.

Some of these reviews must be fake because the pizza tasted a tad worse the Little Caesar’s. Pizza was low quality and cheap. Save some coin and just go to Little Ceasers if you want a budget pizza it tastes exactly the same for half the price.
Also I did eat here… That’s why I am writing this review.

I went into this shop today at around 1:20 PM and the sign outside was what attracted me. It smelled very good and I thought I had found a real down home place to enjoy a late lunch. The «special» that was advertised was «2 Slices & a drink for $ 3.99» — So I took my hungry *** in and I was greeted with «I’m sorry, we only do the special until 2 p.m., so basically we can’t make any more slices.» Honestly, I felt so discriminated against and needless to say, if this is how the business is going to operate under «new ownership» I am not going back. I am a Native American U.S. Navy Veteran and I do my part to serve this great nation only so jackasses like the one working could deny me an advertised «special» — the only thing special I got out of it is an experience UNIQUE in San Diego. One that I am very much appalled by, and I am glad I have never run intobany other businesses OR people like that here in San Diego. I’m going to eat an Indian Taco at the next pow-​wow. Screw Brother’s Giant Discriminatory Lie ofba Pizza. Thanks for nothing.

Technically, I’d give 3.5 stars, but the guy was too nice. Be sure to order well ahead of time. I was told the delivery would take 45 – 60 minutes, but it took almost an hour and a half. Apparently there was some traffic.
The pizza was decent though, and the guy gave me a discount and a free two liter for having ordered so much. I’d probably try it again.

This gets 4 because their gluten free pizza crust is very very good. It’s chewy and crisp and not gummy at all, like so many tend to be.
The cheese is well-​browned on all their pizzas. Service for pick-​up was ready promptly.
There were a couple of problems. One is the stated total was quite a bit higher than the actual total should have been, if you added up what we ordered as the prices appear on the menu. My husband pointed that out when he got there and the man agreed and corrected the price.
The other is the artichoke pizza topping. They didn’t use the heart of the artichoke, but the leaves, and they were extremely laughably sparse. That was disappointing.
Otherwise, it was pretty good– especially if you like NY style thin crust.

Ordered the cheese calzone and the chocolate mousse cake. The calzone was delicious best calzone I’ve tried and I’m not a big fan of too much chocolate but the mousse cake was very good as well. They have great customer service and I will be ordering from them again. I definitely Recommend this place

Pizza had hair in it. Disappointed. Took forever to deliver as well. Pizza and pasta is good but that turned me off.

Pizza was excellent!
Communication on the phone was bit of a language barrier challenge, and I would think that a pizza delivery joint should know where the local breweries are that are within a mile of your pizza shop, so the ordering took WAY too long with these two issues, but that had no effect on the deliciousness of the pizza!!!

The pizza is good, tasty, and fresh. They have a great lunch special 3.99 plus tax for two slices and a drink. The family working here are very friendly and allow you to purchase the lunch special throughout the entire day.
