Just had a horrible experience on Wednesday December 30th, 2015 at this location. I didn’t even get to eat because the rude middle –older aged woman kicked me and my service dog out. The employee said «all service animals must be crated» Then she went on to bark out «look it up! Call your congressman!» Really? Because there are NO RESTRICTIONS for service animals you silly uninformed idiot. She made a scene and started to argue when I brought this fact to her attention. How the he** did I get through security without a crate if it is law? No restrictions. And anyone that attempts to impose such stupid restrictions or deny people with service animals is moronic and just trying to be malicious. I guess she was happy so she could go back to standing around and taking to the other employee in this empty restaurant. All I have to say is shame on you!

What? No local San Diego brews at the Prado? For an airport that prides itself on being local (case in point, they have The Prado, a local restaurant at the airport), it is a shame that the owners of The Prado can’t support local craft themselves. Very disappointed with the beer selection Cohn Restaurant Group, you can do better!
