No buffet! When I ordered a meal deal small pizza, drink and salad. The pizza was the size of small dinner plate and the salad bowl was a joke too. Bowl was smaller then a regular bowl of your own. I paid a all you can eat price too. Wow!!! Not happy.

It took about an hour and a half to deliver an extra large pizza. Their excuse is it was busy. When I got my order the pizza had the wrong toppings and was warm but not hot like they promised. I called to complain and they said they would send me another pizza with the correct toppings. They did rush the order over in about 20 minutes but didn’t bother putting one of those plastic things on the pizza. So when I took the order from the pizza delivery guy that looked angry at me. All the cheese was stuck to the top of the pizza box. Overall the pizza is good but the customer service is horrible. If you want fast correct delivery just order Dominos they are the only place that gets the delivery right in the area.

I just called to order an extra large pepperoni pizza for my office. When I asked if a quarter of the pizza could be left without pepperoni for a vegetarian coworker I was told the restaurant only allows for half and half pizzas. I found this curious, so I asked these follow up questions: 1. Do you physically add the pepperoni on the pizza? Answer: Yes 2. Is there a cost difference? If so I can pay for all pepperoni. Answer: We don’t offer anything but half and half. 3. So it sounds like you physically CAN make a pizza with only a quarter left as cheese, you just refuse to do so. Answer: I’m not going to argue with you about this. To summarize: This Round Table employee/owner decided that he would rather lose my business than offer the most basic customer service. He could have easily accommodated my simple request, but chose not to sighting policy that makes absolutely zero sense. I cancelled my order, and will never again go to this Round Table.

Not from this area. My dad is waiting a heart transplant and wanted round table, so we Unilocaled this one. When the manager found this out he gave us a discount ! What a nice guy! I appreciated it so much, with driving back and forth from the OC money is getting tight.

The WORST customer service I have ever seen. I was cheerful and beyond nice and the man at the register(Phillip) was so grumpy and rude. He refused to help me with any suggestions. He never once looked at me in the eye, smiled or even said hello. I thanked him for his«help» and said«have a good day» and he said nothing back. $ 14 for a white pizza with chicken? That is ridiculous. Then, another customer was asking if he could change his crust type(they never asked him what kind he wanted) and the fat, obese old guy started yelling at him and saying«you don’t want sauce?! What the heck! What is it that you DO want?» It was the most atrocious thing I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant or customer service. Stay away from here. The $ 14 pizza was terrible and extremely greasy-inedible.

Why no cinnamon twists?! That’s one of my favorite things to eat at round table. -.- Anyways, the pizza is good, but way overpriced.

There is something just so comforting about round table pizza. It’s that unchanging taste that I recall from early childhood and the restaurants have something about them! Although they have never updated their look and feel, I’m happy about it! They still have good old fashioned video game machines(since when are video game machines old fashioned, right?) And this location in particular really still holds it’s charm and I have to give a shout out to the manager for helping me out with a coupon issue I had. I’ll be back. Love this place for it’s classic family feel and great customer service.

I love Round Table, but the service at this location sucks… and it starts at the top! I ask for a pizza well done and it did not come out to my liking. So I asked for it to be cooked more and got a dirty look before it was attempted to be fixed. Then that was still not to my liking! Instead of fixing it I then got a lecture about fat on top of the pizza??? Buddy just fix it. I paid for it. Just give me what I asked for. Sad part is I think the guy is one of the owners. Sad that the guy in charge does not believe in giving the customer what he wants. Don’t go here

The food here is delicious. I hate when pizza crust is soggy and that is definitely not the case here. The wings and garlic bread are also very good. Another good thing is that there is rarely a wait for sitting. I took off 1 star since even though it’s really delicious it seems just a little overpriced, but I guess it’s worth it.

Unfortunate that you answer the phone but make up an excuse that you’re closed when you actually close 1 hour from said phone call. Bring back the good old days when management was genuine and run by Ralph.

This was one of the first pizzas introduced to me since relocating from the east coast. So far, Socal has not lived up in the Pizza world. I was very skeptical the first time I walked in as I noticed the pizza was cooked on a conveyor, like you would see in some of the chains. I was pleasantly surprised that a conveyor could turn out such a good pizza. They use all fresh ingredients, and it really shows. While the prices seem a bit high, the pizza is often more than you think. Two slices usually settle pretty good for myself. The staff is always friendly, and they have some arcade games for kids to keep them company. While this is nothing compared to a NY pizza, it is very good and could be considered among the best in the area.

It’s a pizza joint. Kinda tired and dire need of a remodel inside. One plus is that they do have outside seating. I had the new Artsian Basil pizza — and I’d rate it far higher than the ‘Hut and Poppa J’s. In fact, I would choose this place over either of those two. Just a depressing interior — like eating in your grandma’s basement which hasn’t been updated since 1976… Good pie — much better to haul it home and eat. But I think they would attract more folks inside if they would freshen up the place a bit.

I didn’t know you could have a «better» or «worse» pizza delivery guy– but I definitely just had the best one ever. This guy was SO happy and elated on life, and to be delivering my pizza, that it literally made my day better and me happier. He had a really thick accent and told me about how he used to live in Brazil and be rich, left his life, and now he loves delivering pizzas in San Diego. A remarkable encounter– plus the pizza was reliably great. He said«I hope to deliver to you again,» and I hope he does as well. The delivery charge and tip was def worth it just to meet this guy.

They should specify that they close at 9:50 since that is when I called and they refused to serve me. That is not customer service.

One of the worst places I’ve ever been to, horrible unfriendly rude lazy customer service, from management to employees! Seriously BAD!!! Do not eat here.

I have to rate this place for what it is – a quick in and out lunch spot. However, I noticed a lot of other places had more stars than this location. Honestly, probably beacause of the service. Regarding probably all locations – the menu was fairly confusing – if I ordered one-time salad bar and twists it was MORE expensive than getting the unlimited salad bar and twists? Why? I really wouldn’t want to visit the salad bar more than once though – I didn’t feel like it had as many options as I would have liked unfortunately. i felt like for what it was, it was a little overpriced. The pizza looked pretty good and others in my group seemed satisfied so maybe I would try that next time.

This was my first time coming to a Round Table. It was decent, but nothing amazing. Their«twists» which were basically bread sticks were good and made fresh for us, which is nice. I got the 1 time visit to the salad bar for a little under $ 6 it seemed expensive to get such a small bowl for my one time visit to the salad bar. My coworkers seemed happy with their individual sized pizzas but it is definitely a quick stop for lunch kind of place. nothing to write home about…

One of my favorite pizza restaurants of all time! The staff at this location is amazing and the owner is such a sweet man he is always working in his store. He makes sure that all customers are satisfied and constantly walks around asking if anyone needs anything else to better their service at his store. I would come back again and again!

Won’t go there again. Why? Because their service is so slow although the place was empty Because I ordered my Ravioli without cheese but it came with Because its pricey. because its look very old fashion and old inside Because the buffet salad doesn’t look good and you don’t have enough options I think I mention all the reason why not to go.

*Disclaimer: this review is for the Gourmet Veggie, and that alone. In the 15 + years I have been going to Round Table, I have only strayed from the Veggie Gourmet Pizza once(I was young and didn’t know any better… and I only had a half hour lunch break and thought the pizza buffet was a good idea). The Gourmet Veggie pizza is a little pricey(I’d say about $ 26 bucks for the large or extra large), but well worth it. Some of the things you’ll find on this little slice of heaven are: «Artichoke hearts, zucchini, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, red & green onions on our Creamy Garlic Sauce.” —(Round Table Pizza site, 2014).(I kinda miss writing papers and throwing down some good ol’ APA citations). I usually eat about 5 slices of this when I get it. If you ever find yourself near a Round Table, just do it! It is my most favorite pizza of all time.
