I requested a spot to do some work with an internet connection. He directed me to FedEx Kinko’s because the gamers are particular about their connection and they have limited bandwidth.

Review is for their associated pc repair. Don’t know about the gaming center but the customer service for the pc repair is an incredible disappointment. No return calls for messages. No email follow up. Poor follow up. Poor service. Don’t believe the Unilocal reviews. Just bring your laptop to geek squad. At least they’re backed by a bigger company. I like supporting small businesses but if the business does not take care of customers they will not return and tell people. I would give zero if Unilocal allowed the option. David Pence was the technician in charge of my repair. For an IT guy he can’t seem to figure out how to use email. horrible overall experience.

One of my external hard drives decided to tell me to format its self and I knew that was not a good idea as I have very important files in it. I searched around and found PC Help. I was quoted pretty much all the same prices, but John K who was assigned to assist me helped me out a lot by working with me on the price. Got my files back and couldn’t be anymore relieve that my files are back. Thanks PC Help!

Wicked place to get your computer fixed! Brought my computer in and they quickly contacted me a few days later saying that my graphics card had died. Their technician was very nice on the phone and offered to install a graphics card he didn’t need anymore free of charge. Computer still runs like a champ! 10⁄10 will drop by again.

Very professional setup. Really fun atmosphere. Nice place to chill. Really friendly staff. Highly recommend. U can even bring your food! Come by for some cs go or league ;)

With $ 6/​hr rates and high speed internet, this place was awesome! I’m not a big gamer myself, but I had a paper, presentation and final to do and basically spent all day (about 10 hours) there. Everyone was helpful and even would check in on me every now and then. I was even allowed to get food delivered there. They were very helpful and accommodating (and they even recycle!). The gamers who came throughout the day didn’t sound disappointed either! The staff also offers computer help and they are quite knowledgable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Found the issue with my PC, told me how to fix it, and no charge! All within half an hour! Everyone was so nice and helpful and i couldn’t be more grateful!
