Let’s give Ayad a round of applause for his amazing customer service and dedication to his work. His food is absolutely amazing, he caters to the customer like no other and is a real family establishment. My only wish was that it was in a better part of town but hopefully he will become successful enough to move. Thank you so much for treating our family like your own and making our experience there one of a kind! Don’t hesitate to ask him to customize your meal, we always ask for thin crust which is not advertised but he always accommodates!

Great pizza and FRESH! very happy. Love supporting local mom and pop. Good people and love and care about what they do. Yes, making pizza is an art.

I decided to try this place out a couple weeks ago just because it was so close to my house. I can say the pizza was sub-​par. There was alot of bread and little sauce. I wanted pizza, not a topping covered breadstick. I’ll stick with Domino’s for now, or if I want to drive, some other places in Hillcrest. Wouldn’t go back to this place even though it is convienent.

I’ve ordered from them four times. The first two times everything went smoothly. Their white pizza is delicious.
The third time I ordered from them, they quoted me one price but attempted to charge me a price different from the one quoted. I told them I had a door tag which said that the price was guaranteed through march 15, 2016, were they going to honor that or not? They added in a gratuity and delivery charges without telling me. Even though the door tag promises a free delivery in orders of $ 15.00 or more. I had to challenge that, also. Attempted Customer Fraud. BTW I had an Extravanaga pizza and it was good.
The fourth time I ordered from them I went on line. I placed my order, the time came and went and no food. I called them and they told me I had to contact
to find out what had gone wrong. I told them that since they chose to do business with them, they should be the ones calling and taking responsibility. They refused. Then I attempted to place my order over the phone but the punk kid wouldn’t take it and I had to insist. He asked the owner who told him to take the order. Then this order was fifteen minutes late. Iver all I invested over two hours trying to get a delivery. Finally, my order was wrong when it finally did arrive.
When I called back to report that there was mayo on my Philly cheese steak, I was told the melted cheese only looks like mayo as if I am too stupid to know what mayo tastes like. I asked for extremely crispy fries and mine were very limp. Finally, the antipasto salad was made with iceberg lettuce and who on earth does that? But I was promised that in order to make things right, when I called back the next time, I would get a free order.
In order to be certain that
wasn’t going to charge me, I called them only to discover they had no record of the order. I was informed they would have their tech people look into it.
It’s just not worth the hassle to deal with them. Yeah, their pizza is better than Pizza Hut, but it is just not worth the hassle.
Updating my review two weeks later: I have downgraded my review from a two star to a one star and to an «I’ll never do business with these liars ever again.»
I called last night to take advantage of my promised free order. It was about 8 Pm or 8:15 PM. They close at 9 PM on Tues evenings. First of all, I asked to speak to the owner or manager and was told that he was not there. Then I said that I had been told that the next time I ordered I would have a free order and gave my name. The young woman I spoke with said that they have a whiteboard and when such promises are made the name, number and address of the person are recoded there and there was no such info about me Which I thought strange considering the owner had promised me.
I mentioned the attempt described above to order online which she claimed to know nothing about as she had not taken the order. I said I knew she had not as I had spoken only with men. She then went ion to describe my order in specific detail, including the request for no mayo and that I received it with mayo, including the request for very crisp fries and that I received them limp and my complaint about the iceberg lettuce.
If she knew nothing at all about my order, if there was nothing at all on the whiteboard, how did she know all the details of my last order?
When I said I wanted to give them a second chance and take advantage of the promised fo the free meal, she had to consult her manager whom she had told me WAS NOT THERE. As I could hear his voice I knew he was the exact same man who had promised me the free order.
He REFUSED to honor it. He said it was too close to the time they closed but they didn’t close the kitchen until 9 PM and we all know restaurant staff stay around afterward, finishing tasks, such as cleaning the kitchen, so even if I called as late as 8:15 PM there was plenty of time to spend the fifteen minutes to make my sandwich and fries and deliver them.
Instead they demonstrated a number of things:
1. lied about giving me a free order for the one they messed up
2. lied when she told me owner/​manager wasn’t there
3. lied when she told me she knew nothing about that order they messed up
4. lied about not having enough time to deliver a simple order of a sandwich and fries
5. refused to honor their promise of a free order
6. see above where they attempted to charge me a price higher than the one on the menu
7. see above where they attempted to add-​in a gratutity without telling me about it. Found that out from my finanacial institution
8. see above where they attempted to charge me a delivery fee even though orders above $ 15 have no delivery fee
This restaurant does not deserve to stay in business. They have no ethics.

This place has an incredible owner. Ayad has a lot of heart behind what he does and genuinely cares about people and the art of pizza.
If you come here you will be greeted by very genuine and kind staff. This place has awesome food and is also working on having a new look.
He also has donated pizzas to a local church who feed the hungry.

I am not a usual first visit Unilocaler, that being said… The pizza was great! Delivery was quick and the pizza was HOT. Mushrooms and jalapenos were fresh, the pepperoni was plentiful, cheese was a great quality, yummy sauce, good crust (I prefer it a little more thin), nice delivery guy, they accept credit cards, even AMEX! This is my new «go to» pizza delivery spot.

This place is a great deal! It takes a little bit to get your food, but the delivery is free and you get so much food! How can you complain?
This is easily a better option than the dominos down from our house.

The only problem with this place and maybe I’ve just hit the rush hour every time but what’s the point of calling in an order in advanced when they just wait for u to get there to start your order? There a new place and maybe they are just getting situated but they really need to learn how to keep the orders filtering thru without long amounts of wait time especially when I ordered in advance. 30 minutes ago.

Ordered delivery after they put a flier on my door. Ordered online just to check the experience and it was great! They did not have an option to include the deals they give you with the door flier but the only difference was about $ 1 so didn’t really matter. They do offer up other deals so it would be nice if they did have those deal options when online ordering. But on to the Pizza. We got a basic 16″ X-​Large with Pep, Bell Peps & Fresh Tomatoes. I really like how they put full slice tomatoes rather than diced. They also space everything out well and really give you a good amount. The sauce wasn’t super duper fantastic but it was good. The crust was really good but a tiny bit under-​cooked. The pepperonis tasted yummy delicious.
The pizza arrived warmer than warm so that was cool. I’m near the bottom hill of Linda Vista right before Morena BLVD. Overall I say this place’s pizza is a great deal when matching pizza quality to price. Its a great ratio of goodness.
I’m definitely interested in trying these guys again and also experiencing more of the menu. Once I taste a few more items, I will update my review.

It’s was good not great. I love NY pizza! Unfortunately this is not. If I had my choice I would eat Long Island mikes or Bronx pizza. Delivery time was about 45 mins.

I received a flyer on the door for Serina Pizza and decided to give it a try. I live in Bay Park and pizza delivery is mostly limited to the big chains, or not so great local places. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The pizza was hot and delicious when it arrived. I ordered online at 4pm on a Friday and it was here in 45 min. I will absolutely order from here again and Serina will most likely become my go to delivery for a night in.

I’ll start by saying this place recently changed ownership. We had to give it a shot since it’s right down the street. I ordered the special they had advertised which was a large pizza and a 2 liter soda. I added a few extra toppings (for an extra cost). The pizza was prepared to order and came out quickly. It was hot, looked good, and tasted fresh. I was very impressed with it and consider it a great value. You won’t be disappointed.

Delicious! They delivered in a timely manner. The quality of the pizza was great. The wings were good as well but I would prefer extra sauce on the wings. Their customer service was outstanding. Even though they could barley understand my words in the phone they were patient and got my order completely perfect. I suggest all to give them a try!
