Says the online ordering for pick up is offline for maintenance since December. When will you be able to order online again?

Second time at Stacked and I have to say both times have been excellent! I love the whole concept of the place– customizing your food and ordering using the good ol’ power of technology(aka an iPad). Appetizers and Drinks: Started off with some chips and salsa which was good. Chips were warm and crisp and the salsa was nice and chunky. Hubby ordered a Not Your Father’s Root Beer Float which was probably the most heavenly thing I have ever drank(yes, I ended up drinking half of it because it was that good!) My son ordered a chocolate shake and it came out in a perfect amount, not too much, not too little. Main Courses: I customized my mac n’cheese with pulled pork, roasted garlic, and mushrooms and it did not disappoint. The mac n cheese was creamy, the pulled pork was plenty and the dish was filling! The hubby got a burger with bacon, cheese, mushrooms, onions and BBQ sauce. The burger was enormous and considering my husband ate the entire thing in about 5 minutes I’d say he was a fan of his creation. One of my kids ordered the kids pizza and declared it one of the best pizzas he’s ever ate. My other son ordered mac n’ cheese from the kids menu and this is the only part that disappointed. Rather than being served the same mac n’ cheese base that I had, he was served what looked like Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, you know the stuff that comes out of the box. My son was disappointed but ate it anyway and deemed it okay. Dessert: We customized an ice cream sundae and I’m so glad we did! It was pretty much chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate and it was delicious. We asked for cherries and strawberries on the side and the sides were plentiful! Overall: Service was great, atmosphere is cool and the kids were given Wicki Stix to play with instead of coloring books which earned the hostess a big thumbs up. Great place to hang with friends or family. Love this place and will definitely be back!

The food(chicken pesto Mac n cheese) was DELICIOUS!!! Because it was my birthday, they gave me a free ice cream sandwich(it’s like a build your own!) Their custom Moscow mule is also completely on point! I love this place!!!

Mediocre burgers. Extremely inefficient ordering and service system with touchpads. You have to tip before you get your food and the service stinks. I am still here waiting ten minutes for my darn receipt for this subpar burger. Total fail.

Food here is great, good variety and awesome burgers. Sweet potatoes fries are the best! The service however… lacks. We might of just got a bad server but she was forgetting everything! We felt bad for her at one point. Hope your experience is better, still a very good place!

I work at Fashion Valley and this has become my Sunday afternoon spot for lunch. It’s happy hour at the bar during games, with both food and drink specials and TVs hanging on all the walls. You’ll always find a mix of fans here, as its close to Qualcomm stadium. I stick to the happy hour menu on Sunday and order the Burger Bites(cheeseburger sliders) or the Three Little Pigs(pulled pork sliders) and a side of sweet potato fries. Either meal will leave you feeling full, but not too full and the sweet potato fries are always fresh. My advice — stick with those or onion rings, the other sides tend to be a little on the stale side. Beyond the happy hour menu however, they are all about building your own burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, macaroni and cheese, salads and even milkshakes and ice cream sandwiches. If you like to put your own spin on your favorite meals then definitely stop in to Stacked. The pulled pork sandwich is one of the best I’ve ever had(add cheddar cheese and pickles) and the chicken pesto Mac and cheese is fantastic.

Stacked is a new and hip way to build your own burger, milkshake, salad… pretty much anything. I love how easy they make it for you to order and pay… makes things quick, simple, and less stressful for you anti-social type. I appreciate the management of STACKED… they’re accommodating, understanding and truly desire to give the customer an enjoyable experience. My husband and I went to the location in Huntington Beach for our 2nd visit… delicious. We will be returning. Margherita Flatbread = INCREDIBLE.

Just got out of Star Wars. All that running made me hungry. Luckily, there was Stacked nearby. This was a new experience for me, since you order everything from an iPad at the table. I did like the«Stack a Burger», which allows you to make your own, which saves the server trouble of «holding this» and«adding that». I had a double turkey burger patty on a lettuce bun with caramelized onions. I was going to get ghost pepper cheese and horseradish sauce, but decided to try this first one plain. Besides, THEREWERESWEETPOTATOFRIESTOBEHAD. Along with garlic aioli, butternut squash aioli, and Sriracha mayo. They are not kidding about the butternut squash aioli. The sweetness is strange at first, but keeps you dipping. And garlic aioli with sweet potato fries is just classic. The turkey burger was as expected, the lettuce bun was a bit much(I was expecting a lettuce wrap, but it is a legit BUN). All in all, definitely need to remember to have fries for here, and fries to go. Loved it!

I was satisfied with this visit. Although, I had to hunt down someone for utensils and a napkin. I used the Unilocal offer and my appetizers were reasonable price. Very convenient when you’re shopping in the mall.

I like coming here for all the comfort food — mac n cheese, pizza, fries, shakes… a few of my favorite things in life! The mac and cheese is by far my favorite thing here. My boyfriend and I order regular mac n cheese with the parmesan breadcrumb topping. The noodles are in a creamy cheese sauce, and the parmesan is crunchy because it’s baked on top! Because we don’t add any toppings, this is less than $ 5. Whenever we customize our pizza we do pesto, mozzarella, mushrooms, and whatever other miscellaneous toppings we feel like. Adding protein on top is a little pricey(you can see the price change with every topping you add) — so we usually avoid doing that. The side order of fries is a decent size, and you have to remember that burgers/sandwiches don’t come with any sides and need to be added to the order separately. Unfortunately they’re a little greasy for my liking, but I’ll admit I can be picky sometimes. It’s also great ordering from the iPad and not having to interact with a waiter/waitress. It sounds anti-social(which, it probably is), but it’s nice to NOT have someone checking on you between every bite you take. Less incentive to tip, but of course we always do! Also, make sure you send in your drink/appetizer order while you’re ordering your entrees so it’ll come out of the kitchen while you’re fiddling around on the iPad.

Forgive my ignorance, Stacked is the place where I had the best burger in San diego. I’ve been here from time to time when I want a big burger. Here we build the burger by ourselves through an Ipad. Also, we could order everything we want by this Ipad. Move your finger and pull what you want on a picture of burger, yes its that simple! The burger tastes super good :) so are the drinks! Their shakes with alcohol are creamy and delicious! It’s one of my often-go restaurants in San diego!

Recommendation: burgers! Mac n cheese is pretty good too Came here for happy hour on a Wednesday, and the place was pretty empty. Got two $ 5 long islands, and ordered chili cheese fries, Wake Up Mac n cheese, and a customized burger for two people to share. What’s fun about this place is that you use an iPad to order! It’s definitely an entertaining place for the younger crowd to go to. The chili cheese fries were Sooo yummy, but even the deliciousness of our appetizer couldn’t mask the wait time for our main meal– maybe we were just that hungry LOL The burger was seriously so delicious! It was super juicy and full of flavor. The Mac n cheese was pretty good too! My friend and I got grilled chicken in it, and there was surprisingly a lot of chicken in it! The meal was super heavy… Carb overload forsure haha but worth it for a cheat meal! Three alcoholic drinks from the happy hour, chili cheese fries, a burger, and the Mac n cheese came out to be around ~$ 50 after tax. A little on the pricy side, but it’s alright because of the alcoholic beverages!

It was a beautiful morning in Fashion Valley, but my AmEx needed a break from all the exercise it was getting.(Damn you, Macy’s, and your dirt-cheap Levi’s 511’s!) Stacked seemed like the perfect place to refuel. The place was pretty busy as lunch, but it didn’t feel crowded. There was plenty of space at the bar, where I took a seat, and the bartender immediately handed over their iPad-based ordering system. Sigh. The iPad. I guess this is what makes Stacked famous. To keep their salary expenses down, Stacked only keeps a skeleton service crew on site, and makes the customers do the work of ordering via iPad and then dispatching their requests to the kitchen via the magical wonders of wi-fi. Whether this is a good or a bad thing is a matter of personal taste, but I’m not a fan. It seems like a scheme to extract full-service prices/tips from customers without actually being full service. Also, the iPads tend to freeze and crash. C’est la technology. My grumbling about the iPads at Stacked stopped when my food arrived. I had a «Gobbler»(turkey burger, jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, cranberry mayo) on a whole wheat bun, and it was absolutely fabulous — juicy, flavorful, and very satisfying. Maybe Stacked over-did it with the lettuce, but that was an easy fix. Also fantastic was the generous side of onion strings — yes, strings, not rings. They were crispy and not greasy at all. I think I may have found my favorite place to grab a bite in Fashion Valley.

Build your own burger or pizza using a tablet from your table?! How exciting is that?! Being located with the mall parking can sometimes be a bit challenging, but it’s a busy mall so you kinda already were expecting that, right? You can always pull into the valet parking located right out front. As busy as this place always looks, I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a table. Once seated the staff will offer a quick lesson on how to use the tablet at your table to place your order. Get started right away by selecting some drinks and hit the send to kitchen button first. The app for placing your order is very user friendly. With pictures, descriptions, and even a regular laminated paper menu to assist you, you’ll be building your burger or pizza creation in no time. Pizza’s are personal sized and if your order extra everything(cheese, sauce, toppings) be sure to add extra heating time. If you’re building a burger don’t order the extra patty unless your up for a challenge. But do add the fried egg(yum!). Order sides, order a dessert. when you’re done, pay right there on the tablet. No more need to wait around for someone to bring you a bill. Convient and fun, Stacked is where it’s at.

I love stacked. I love the concept and their food quality is top notch. At this particular location it is located near Cheesecake Factory and nestled in a corner of the outdoor fashion valley mall right in front of vallet parking. It can get a little busy from time to time but since you can order from an iPad it cuts out waiting for your server and just skips to when the runner comes out for your food, like I said the idea is fantastic! When ordering from an iPad, there are preselected burgers that are customizable and burgers where you build it the exact way you want it. Apple smoked bacon is delicious btw. All in all, when I want to indulge in a good burger I always think of stacked!

This place is awesome. It is unique in its own way. You don’t have a traditional paper menu, your menu is on a IPad. The IPad is also how you order your drinks and food. I started with the nutella/banana milkshake, my only complaint is that it is not bigger, the flavor was about the best I have ever had I just think the shake should have been twice the size, what can I say… I am fat. I got a custom hamburger and cheese fries, both were awesome as because of the way the ordering is set up you can customize the food exactly the way you want it. Only con beside portion size of the shake, is that some of the customizing of the food can be a bit pricey. Any ways this place is great and I go back often.

After shopping for a particular item that we couldn’t find, we were exhausted. I remembered this burger place being nearby so we went in. It was packed! Luckily they offer to send you a text once your table is ready. We were able to browse around the mall a little further and had a table ready 40 minutes later. It was our first time here and our waitress explained to us how to order and made great suggestions. My daughter had a great time choosing her own meal and sides. My husband and I really enjoyed choosing our toppings, omitting certain items. When our daughter’s meal came out and saw her shoestring fries we were jealous and ordered a small side for ourselves. Our burgers were very good and flavorful, my husband even mentioned how he preferred the burger at Stacked over Slaters 50⁄50 because the egg on his burger tasted better. I have to agree. My burger was very flavorful and sometimes it’s a hit or miss at the other place.
