Been here a handful of times now, food is consistently good & the staff is always SO friendly! Very sweet group of people

Smash fries are super yummy. I get a create your own burger. The seasoning on both the meat and fries is flavorful, just thinking about it makes me drool.

Second time here. We both devoured our burgers and fries. I must say. I was impressed both times. I will be back for more.
I just got the Cali one. With avo and bacon.
And the second was the mushroom burger.
Bomb bomb bomb.

I would never have thought I could get something that wasn’t a hamburger here. Since I don’t eat beef, I was assuming I wouldn’t be able to get anything besides some French fries. To my surprise they have chicken burgers! There are some great combination options and then you can build your own. I built my own with spinach grilled onions and goat cheese. It was delicious!!! I’ll definitely come back!

This place isn’t all it is hyped to be. You order & wait for your food. It’s like a fancier in & out, only, in & out has more flavor to their burgers.
–1 for the customer service. the cashier did not smile one bit, and «welcome to smash burger» was so unappealing. she glared at me as I ordered as if I was speaking another language. her tone and presentation was not «professional» at all for a fast food restaurant.
–1 for $ 1.29 add-​on avocados because I only had 2 slices. what is that? also, I added bacon which made my burger overly salty. yuck.
would I come back? no.
would I recommend this to anyone? no.

Excellent customer service! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The burgers were delicious and the service was quick! I definitely recommend this place for a great burger before or after seeing a movie, or whenever!

basically writing this review simply to complain how ridiculous it was that on the day before halloween — their featured shake was not pumpkin but peppermint and their was not halloween decorations on the counter but a tinsle sleigh. dear smashburger get a calendar.

I have eaten here a few times as I live not to far from here. The food is good but the service is generally slow.
They have good shakes and good fries and the place is directly next door to yogurt land.
The environment is good and clean and their is outside seating.

I waited way too long to go to this place! It’s delish. Fast, friendly counter service. Ordered the original with blue cheese and sweet potato smash fries. They have a huge topping and sauce menu. I prefer my fries on the ‘hearty/​thick’ spectrum and went for sweet potato with rosemary. Check this place out for a good quality, low cost meal.

Burgers made fresh and hot upon ordering, no pre-​made patties here. Not too greasy, just the right amount of sauce so the bun doesn’t fall apart as you eat. Order from the menu or build your own!

Smashburger… smashburger…smashburger. You were a favorite of mine from the moment I laid eyes on you. Maybe I was mesmerized by the glisten in your sense of presentation… maybe I just straight up liked your burger!
It saddens me to come back here after being away for many months to find that the bacon is no longer strips but rather, three tiny pieces. It’s even sadder when you tell the guy at the counter and he responds ‘it’s three pieces’ as if the ‘same quantity’ is going to make up for the old quality.
If that wasn’t enough, i then had the pleasure of finding out that your smash sauce is now ‘mostly mustard’. I could swear the last time I ordered this on my burger that it was delicious; which this was not.
There was even so much of this ‘smash sauce’ that I had to sift my hand through it to find the bacon after I put the buns together!
When I left, I really felt the urge to never come back. I started writing this review with three stars in mind but have now decided to just give you one. if it makes you feel better, you can just have your employees cut it up and still call it ‘three’. It may even make your wallet fatter at night.

Currently sitting here while making this review. Just finished my food and I believe it was very satisfying. I’m a little iffy about this place sometimes I don’t like it and then there’s days that I do. I feel that it’s a little on the pricey side with what you get, but it’s okay.
I had the San Diego chicken smash with the smash fries. Absolutely love the smash fries. The San Diego chicken was good. I got the crispy chicken. And it was a good amount of crisp. Also it was nice and juicy, not dry at all. The avocado was a nice addition.
Service was good also.

Haven’t came here in a couple of years so I was excited to come try this place and leave a legit review!
If you don’t know this is in Hazard Center near Joe’s Crab Shack. There’s plenty of parking spaces and even a parking garage. Friday evening no line yay!

I got the bbq bacon and cheddar burger with no veggies, a side of smash fries and a vanilla shake! So much food! (a photo has been posted of this delicious masterpiece)
There’s also a new birthday cake shake available which I’m definitely gonna try next time!
The burger was delicious, juicy, mouth watering and perfectly cooked. The only thing I did not like was how sweet the bbq sauce was. I was hoping for a more masculine burger I guess you could say? But overall a good burger.
The smash fries. I remember it being more flavorful a few years back. It was still good, thin cut and very crispy; Just the way I like it. But it was probably slow cooked in olive oil to get that crisp and was just way too oily for my liking. But it was still delicious no doubt.
The vanilla shake was the best shake I have ever tried! I could drink it everyday. Usually I never finish my drinks but I actually consumed the entire shake. Yum!!!
What’s even better was the wait was only 5min or less! Fresh out the kitchen.
On my receipt it says to become a smashclub member. I wish I got some insight to what that was but I’ll probably check online later.

Smashburger is my guilty pleasure when I’m in the mood for fried chicken. Yes you heard me, the only sandwich I come here for is their fried chicken sandwich; Baja style to be exact. I always order it with a side order of their skinny smash fries that is cooked perfectly. I don’t normally deviate from my usual chicken sandwich because I think they make a pretty tasty chicken sandwich that is extra cripsy the way that I like it. Mmmm… absolutely flippin’ delicious, fried chicken and all! The reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because I have had experience with slow service even after calling in my order ahead of time.
My husband loves their burgers and the option of building his own burger as well. Overall, we love eating here. Clean looking establishment, friendly employees and tasty burgers and chicken sandwiches.

I had the build your own burger, which is awesome because you can pick what you want for your sandwich and make it your own. The ingredients were good quality and the burger was cooked well and seasoned well. Good alternative for a quick meal

One of my favorite burger joints. I love the egg bun they use and how juicy the meat is! Their smash fries is everything.
If you sign up for their emailing list they always send you coupons like $ 2 – 5 off or free items :)
On the bottom of every receipt there’s free smash fries as long as you do the survey first.

Just like all burger joints. Well all burgers taste the same to me regardless where you go.
I dont get that «mmmm omg this is sooooo good’… its just like any burger you would get at Bjs, TGIF, Chilli’s, True North, etc.

Smashburger is one of my favorite burger chains, consistently great service, clean restaurants and excellent food!
I love their veggie burger as well as their salads, they are great about letting me add and modify items to make the perfect burger or salad.
Love the fried veggies, but the standout service is really what keeps us coming back.
I am glad to see them doing so well and expanding all over, they more than deserve it!
