This place has really great customer service along with fresh burgers! Rafael grilled our burgers, and gave us complimentary strawberries for being patient! That is excellent customer service. Thank you Rafael!

Unilocal 100 Challenge 19⁄100 I’ve been to almost every amusement park in the US and have been to Sea World several times before, but I always forget how much I like the food choices and beer here. Of all the places, I really like the Shipwreck Café for their menu options and their portions. The food is really fresh and tasty and they don’t hold back on the portions. You can easily share meals if you’re a normal eater. The roasted chicken plate comes with a pile of homemade chips and is plenty of food for two, especially after adding a side or dessert. I highly recommend paying for the all day dining plan. If you buy it with your ticket online it’s only $ 20.(It’s $ 35 if you buy it later) This allows you to eat at one of their 7 main restaurants throughout they day, as long as they’re 1 hour apart. Just one meal can cost you $ 20 so you’ll make all you money back and then some after 2,3 or more meals. They serve so much food it was hard for me to eat more than two times during the day. But you can use your allotment to get drinks, coffee, snacks, etc. You don’t always have to get a complete meal. It was interesting because I didn’t see many people wearing the wrist bands indicating they had selected the meal plan. Either most people don’t know about the plan or they think they won’t be spending that much eating. That’s a mistake. You’ll always eat and drink a lot while walking around a lot.

Good food for the money. We got fish tacos and a fish plate. Fish tacos(2) had a big piece of fried fish AND2 shrimps each. I opted for the home made chips rather than rice. They made my accommodation, no problem. This is like a buffet line to grab your food and head out. Food was filling — when compared to what others bought at the park our food was more for less money. Park food is expensive in the big picture, so when you can get filling food for the same price someone gets a hot dog, you jump on it.

Worst food ever. Me, my wife a daughter went for lunch after the water ride. I got the combo rotisserie chicken and ribs basket with house chips. The chicken had very little flavor to be found. It was plain like hospital food. There was no sauce packets to help it out of any kind. The ribs were tough, had to pull apart. It felt like I was eating Orc meat. My wife’s salmon tasted fishy, and her white rice had a funny after taste. There was again, no soy sauce packets for the rice. Who eats white rice plain? The only good thing was my daughters chicken nuggets. They tasted slightly better than McDonald’s. I don’t recommend coming here. A complete waste of money. Your better off bringing you own food to seaworld or leaving to park for lunch.

Yikes… We will never return here. It was like the staff wasn’t prepared for a crowd. Yet, its SeaWorld? Its a high volume theme park. We waited in a cafeteria line for 35 minutes before we even approached the counter. How is that possible? The food is premade. We wanted to go here for their healthier options. The rotisserie chicken wasn’t anything to write home about. The burgers were okay. The homemade chips were amazing! Next time, we’ll go to the taco stand around the corner. The barbecue smelled amazing!

So this place is like cafeteria style where you grab and order whatever you want and place it on the tray, then paying for it towards the end. I order the chicken tender penne pasta Alfredo and my boyfriend order the rotisserie chicken that comes with chips. Both were about 13.99 per order. The food here was a bit overpriced(but it is a theme park). The food was really good, I think because I was starving by that time. The pasta was very creamy as for the rotisserie it was moist. The seating’s were outside where they had huts covering few of the sections. It was located around shipwreck rapids so we were able to see people on the rides. It was a nice experience however, I think they need to have some more seating because when I went it was raining and it took awhile to find seats.

The food was pretty tasty, but overpriced. However, not unexpected since the restaurant is in SeaWorld amusement park. The Berry Parfait was way over priced as well as the shrimp salad. The best was the ¼ chicken and rib platter, which had enough food and a nice flavor.

Salty pasta with chicken tenders. Sampler was mediocre. More potatoe chips than anything on the plate. «Best place» at sea world. Just bring outside food

Excellent value with the wrist band. Get the sampler and get good(but salty) rotisserie chicken and very good ribs. Plus a beverage, a side, and dessert. I wen through a few times to get lots of ribs since they don’t let you order the ribs with the wrist band. Go during the shamu show and it’ll be empty

Best variety of food in Sea World. Expensive of course you are in a theme park. Ribs and chicken were both good and the serving size was enough to feed three. I broke two forks trying to cut up the chicken, it was moist however so I think it might be more of a statement on their forks rather than their chicken.

We were so hungry and excited to eat. We had come here to eat our last trip to SeaWorld and had some awesome bacon cheeseburgers, so we were looking forward to the same thing. When we got there we were disappointed to find that the menu was different. The most appealing thing was the chicken and ribs, so that’s what we ordered. I ordered the chicken and ribs combo plate that came with chips and it was about 15.99. My husband ordered the ribs plate that came with chips and that was 19.99. Ok, they are ribs, so I guess it justifies the price. I wouldn’t be upset about the price if it weren’t for the fact that the food was cold and the ribs were tough. You could tell they had been sitting under the warmer for quite a while. By he time we got to our table, 5 minutes later the food wasn’t even warm. Disappointing.

One of the nicer places to eat in Sea World. Food is still over-priced but edible. Chicken Teriyaki $ 11.99 3⁄5 Seafood Salad $ 12.99 3⁄5

I just recently had a great experience at Ship Reef Café. I was complaining about the fact that most items couldn’t be purchased a la cart and of course the prices, when an employee overheard me. The guy met us at the cashier and gave us the 3 kid meals for free. I was really surprised. We were grateful. Just happy to be able to provide my kids with these experiences even though these places are getting overly expensive. Thank you Mister for the help.

I was looking for something a little healthier to eat mid day that wouldn’t completely bog me down when I came across this place. I hadn’t eaten here before this trip, but I noticed several people coming out with fruit cups that looked really good, so I decided to get something. I had the Mediterranean Salad which consisted of an iceberg lettuce with carrots, loaded with fresh fruit(grapes, dried cranberries, strawberries) and had the raspberry vinaigrette to go along with it. It was in the $ 10 range with tax. It was exactly what I was looking for. They had other salads, sustainable salmon dinners, as well as other options and sandwiches. This is a pretty neat little place for a theme park place. I know I shall be back next time. Very glad to have found it amid all the fried food and pizza places.

It’s hard for me to be positive on Seaworld in general. I just can’t stand the place. It’s amazing to me that there is an amusement park based on trained large sea animals, mixed in with patronizing messages around animal research and sustainable sealife. I’m forced to come here due to my child, her little cousins along with the rest of the family. But about the food… I think this is about as good as it gets on food at Seaworld if you’re hungry. Yes, it’s cafeteria style. You go into a line, pick out and grab your dishes. If it’s not already laid out for you, place your order with one of the servers. They prepare it in front of you. I got fish and chips for 10 bucks. My wife got ribs for around 16 bucks. Overpriced, but edible in a college dorm kind of way.

This place is sucks. Very slow service and no body cares about customers. Food is very bad and I think is leftover from last month price is outrages. I will never ever eat this place again no matter how hungry i am. Again food is taste like garbage. I wish I can give this place 0 star.

Eh it’s ok. What do you expect for park food? I ordered a turkey sandwich. DH had the rip off fish and chips. The kids had a hot dog and chicken nuggets. Turkey sandwich was dry. They didn’t bother to put any condiment on the bread. The cheese and lettuce wasn’t inside the sandwich either. I usually won’t complain but the sandwich wasn’t made with 2 slices of bread. It was on a wheat roll — one that wasn’t cut all the way so it was hard to stuff everything into the sandwich and put condiments on the bread. Also, why are kids meals limited to the row items above? So disappointing!

I think it’s normal that amusement parks charge extra for meals, but this is just a disappointment. At least for other amusement parks, if I get a 12 – 15 dollar meal, I’ll get full and sometimes a few leftovers. For Shipwreck Café, my party got $ 10 Fish and Chips and a $ 12 Bacon Cheese Burger. The Bacon Cheese Burger was quite alright. The portion was decent, but nothing special. I was really disappointed with the fish and chips though. The portions were small and the breading/batter on the fish was too thick. It only came with 3 pieces of fish. And a handful of fries. I was barely satisfied. So yeah, maybe a nice stop because the ambiance was cool and all. You would see random workers with cool birds. The seating is right next to the rapids, so you can watch them all happy or screaming in horror. Overall, this place is alright. Not the best option if you’re exhausted, hungry, and saving money.

Be careful what you order. Certain items here(like the fish & chips) have very small portions for the price you pay. Other items like the burger or sandwiches seem much better. But the food is tasty and I love the outdoor seating area. I especially like sitting near the sea turtles. They add a nice little touch of life to your eating experience.

There’s a party in my tummy, in my tummy. There’s a party in my tummy! The aroma of fresh turkey legs got the best of us so we wandered in to find something to split. Decided on the turkey sandwich & it was great! The roll was toasted, but soft, the turkey was freshly roasted & carved, and the muenster cheese was the perfect accompaniment. It is amusement park prices($ 10) but at least the food was good & a decent portion size. We’re happy & so are our tummies!
