Terrific organization. Sony professional technical rep Mnark directed me to Sony ES Facebook page, which helped in a buying d”.ecision. Sony n Japan technical rep Sagamura Kaku showed me his Sony smart phone loaded wnith all the Sony ES product since day one. He was appearing with co-lead and principal chief designer Yoshiuki Kaku appearing at the 2012 Total Home Entertainment Show at John Wayne Airport in Newport Beach/Irvine, CA showing his $ 27,000SS-AR1 Loudspeakers. Dr. Kaku was most patient with his time at the T.H.E. show exlanaining the intricacies of hi art as a high-end loudspeaker designer. Bravo, Sony. USA for the high level of cutomer support at the Newport Beach Show this year.

I purchased a Sony Action Cam from Sony booth at an sporting event and few days after purchase I tried to call the number on the receipt to return it. Since then, I’ve probably talked to 2⁄3 of their unprofessional, undertrained and overly confused customer reps with no luck and they can’t even track the purchase! It’s sad that such a great brand is now down to an epic failure.
