I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years. They always get my order right. If you are ordering online they are the one with the 75 in the address the other one is the one in the second level in the mall.
FIY: This one doesn’t have a restroom but the one on the second level does.

This is a very busy Starbucks with little sitting room. Rather than feeling like a larger coffee house where I can do work, it feels like a stop-​and-​shop location. That works well for this Horton Plaza location where most people come for grab and go, but it makes this location feel like the corporate chain that Starbucks is. If I have time or want to sit down, I would go to the Starbucks just a floor up.
On the positive side, this location is VERY efficient and the staff remain chipper in spite of the high traffic. I’ve never had a cross word and they get my order right.
As a result of the high traffic, this location will run out of its baked goods and sandwiches early on in the day. But the goods are very fresh as a result.

The most energetic and friendliest Starbucks baristas I’ve met. I came in all groggy and sleepy, but left their store with a prefect flat white and a smile on my face. Great job!

This starbucks is by far the worst. The employees are extremely rude. The have know knowledge on customer service here. Please reevaluate the workers and make changes immediately.

We love this place 1st thing in the morning!
What a great way to start your day off
We love that they have plenty of people working to take orders and get you in and out
B-​feat foods are always fresh and made on the same day as sold.
Today was Pikes Peak! Always fresh and great way to kick start the day
Small seating area inside and even smaller outside. It’s on lower lever Hortons plaza in the corner by the new park.
5 stars for service, food and of course the coffee.

This Starbucks might be small but they move the line fast. This really makes it a nice alternative to the other Starbucks in the area. They also seem to have a better selection of breakfast items than other similar sizes Starbucks on the area.

Always a good cup of coffee. I get the Americano and it’s always good. They open at 5am during the week and 6am on the weekdays. Short haired barista is never in a good mood but I may come in before her cup:)

I stopped by this small Starbucks located on the street level of Horton Plaza on an early Sunday morning for some oat meal. I ordered the original oatmeal which came with nuts, dried berries, raisins, and some brown sugar (
).
After allowing the oatmeal to sit with the lid on for about 3 minutes, and after loading up the the toppings, I was ready to dig in (
). I like that they give you the toppings in little packages, so you can control the quantity. The oatmeal was quite good, but even better mixed with the nuts and berries (
). Overall a good oatmeal breakfast.
This Starbucks limited seating is con, but service was good and quite friendly. Also be prepared to be asked for money by local homeless and beggars. I told one of them I would buy them some oatmeal, but of course they turned that down… Must want the money for some libations.

Asked the barista making the drinks at the time if mine was nonfat… before I could say nonfat she said veey rudely… its right here! Then I second my question I just want to make sure its nonfat. again rudely she said… «yah its right here». Short brunette wearing a pony tail barista learn a little something about customer service please!

While staying at the U. S Grant Hotel — stopped in here on my first day after first arriving at the hotel for some caffeine. It’s a one block walk from the U.S. Grant Hotel.
The place was pretty busy late in the afternoon. Ordered a double shot iced latte with whole milk. Had to wait about five minutes for my drink to be made as there was a good number of people in line in front of me ordering a variety of espresso drinks.
Drink was strong and delicious!

I frequent this Starbucks 3 – 4 times a week. Excellent, excellent staff. Fast, friendly, efficient, and also ACCURATE! They have never messed up a drink for me. So why only 4 stars?
It’s small, minimal seating, no bathroom, and there’s often a long line. But that’s because it’s in such a convenient location.
They do well for their size and amenities, but if you’re looking to get a coffee and stay in the store then this isn’t the Starbucks for you — it’s more of a grab and go kind of place.

Staff is moderately friendly, often crowded, but not as crowded as other stores, who are typically 4 times the size.
It’s Starbucks, the stuff tastes like the rest of them, so if you like Starbucks you’ll like this one.
Spend a combined 10 dollars in stores at the mall to get your parking validated.

I frequent this Starbucks quite a bit and the staff is very kind quick and efficient when it comes to their drinks. I tried my first cake pop here which has to be my new favorite treat so I bought one for my son and he loved it! Additionally, they have peppermint chocolate cake pops for our upcoming Christmas holiday and a new line of holiday mochas and drinks that are really flavorful my personal favorite is the cinnamon Dolche Latte… so amazing can’t brag enough about it!
Other treats you can find here that are simply delicious: Very Berry Crumble Cake, Cheese Danish and many new holiday items that are pleasing to the taste buds!
