This is by far my favorite Subway location. The food is standard for a Subway but the employees are what makes this location special. They are also friendly and engaging. I have not had a bad experience in the years I have been coming here.

This store has rude employees. Two females were on break and when I asked for napkins to clean a table(every table dirty), they started calling me horrible names in Spanish. I guess they thought I couldn’t understand them. Never coming back! I’ll go somewhere that appreciates my hard-earned money!!!

This location is walking distance from my work so it is very convenient if you need something for lunch but don’t want to drive. I really enjoy their special that they have before 9 am everyday where you buy a breakfast sandwich and a drink and get your lunch sandwich for free. The workers are always friendly and nice and the location is very clean

Parking can be bad at lunch. However, food is always fresh and the staff can make those subs quick and to your liking.

So, just like most chains, this is honestly how I feel… You go to one, you know them all… what truly makes a difference is the service provided at each establishment… that’s where it truly counts. I came in here on my lunch break with a few of my coworkers, and I was more than pleasantly surprised with the service I received… everyone on the line was friendly and willing to laugh at my super corny jokes… They even didn’t mind my indecisiveness on the way I wanted my sammie prepared… Can I just mention how amazingly fresh this location’s produce is?! I mean, i’ve had a few subway sammaches in my day, and when it came to produce, it just always looked unappealing… this was not the case at this location however… from tomatoes and spinach to banana peppers and cucumbers… I loaded the hell out of my sammach… The service was definitely on point and this location was not dirty or grimy like other subways that I have encountered in my past… I look forward to future encounters…

This is a nice alternative to the other Subway down the street on Clairemont Mesa. It’s generally not as busy, and parking is definitely easier. Food is typical Subway fare. A bit light on the meats and cheese, but it’s fine. If you are a regular here, you seem to get more food and better service. During the 20 minutes I was there, I saw several people come in that seemed to be on a first name basis with the employees — these regulars got to see much better service.
