Ok… there was so many problems w/this place that I do not know where to start… but just to name a few… the service was painfully slow… get more wait staff! Our order was forgotten(adding to the slow service). The waitress tried to apologize & told us she had a complimentary poke salad but it ended up being a mediocre wakame salad. My BF noted a hair on one of the dishes :(There was not enough wasabe(& we love our wasabe). Unfortunately we sat outside which my BF thought it felt like an aunt’s backyard w/mix matched tables & chairs. ;) And most importantly, the sushi was okay. Just walk past sushi daddy or drive down to Kiki sushi instead… which is easy to do since the entrace is small(inside bamboo lounge). Update: this place is now known as ami sushi

The sushi here are just ok. I didn’t like the rice in all of the sushi that I ordered; it was on the dry side with larger grain than typical. Other than that, the sushi quality was average. The prices were reasonable but it could be better based on the quality offered. I had a coupon so that helped out with the cost but I would not visit here again if I did not had a coupon since there are better places out there. Service was a bit slow also.

Finally a restaurant owned by a woman. Sushi Daddy, located in front of the Bamboo Lounge isn’t your ordinary sushi bar. They make creations like you have never seen. Even if you don’t think you like sushi — you will be amazed at the wonders these sushi magicians make. Try the«double crunch» — it’s awesome. Sushi fans will be amazed by the creativity of the chefs and just let them make you a roll and you will be hooked.
