jI used to go here regularly. But the quality of the drive-​through food has gone down considerably. I just ordered three burrito Supremes and three crunchy tacos. The tacos literally had one or 2 tablespoons of meat in them and one or 2 tablespoons cheese and lettuce. I won’t be going here anymore.

WORST TACO BELL HANDS DOWN! Poorly managed and horribly ran by employees that could care less. I waited in the drive thru here once for OVER AND HOUR and was locked in by other cars. The employee on drive thru had no apologies for me and couldn’t have cared less that I waited so long. They had one employee on food prep and one on drive through at their busiest time of day. This has now happened more times than I care to admit. I will never come here again!

Wow what can I say about this place, first off all the workers, especially Ben were extremely helpful. I order a Chalupa under the recommendation of Ben and it turned out brilliant. It might have been the best Mexican food I’ve tasted in all of Southern California. Authentic! I believe this establishment is comparable to the Micheal Jordan of food. I couldn’t get enough of Ben. Thank you Taco Bell, for changing my life. Thank you Ben.

Don’t go through the drive thru for some reason the guy there always asks if we need salsa with the food and slams the window in our faces. I get that your cold kid and if you gently close the window I wouldn’t mind.
Then the same guy never ads the sauses we ask for to the bag he didn’t even add a fork for my salad, and don’t think you can ask them because after passing you the food he shuts the window and walks away…
We had to pull over and go grab some sauses and a fork which defeated the purpose of driving through. .
And my taco salad shell was broken so that’s lame

This particular Taco Bell is a dump. Walk in and it smells. Floor dirty. Soda machine a mess. Tables with glop. Staffed with folks who don’t care about the place, which makes sense as the owner and mgt don’t care either. Taco Bell not doing their job in oversight. Place is GROSS. Avoid!

This Taco Bell is good, sometimes the staff seems a little grumpy and that makes sense considering the clientele in this area. I mean it is Taco Bell, it is pretty consistent no matter where you go as far as the food goes. The interior of this restaurant is the older layout, you know, purple, pink, red, and teal serving as its dining in colors. For nostalgia reasons, I enjoy it. The speed of the service is average but the amount of patrons they get here I’m actually impressed. All in all… I would come back here and bring friends for lunch.

It’s clean inside but I wouldn’t recommend the bathroom. The drive through line which I use the majority of the time is never too long and moves quickly. Received a wrong order once out of maybe 100 times. Open late.

While the people are nice t this location and it has helped me when I was so hungry I couldn’t think straight, this location has the WORST drive hey ever.
Literally the worst.
It is so slow and the line just crawls along. It’s always this way. Most people hit up the drive thru at a fast food joint to get a quick bite. Roll in and roll out. Here you are apt to get stuck waiting while you wonder why you even decided to come here.
They are still nice but the drive thru is very annoying!

I drove through here last night on my way home from Coronado, every single thing I ordered was disgusting. We had one burrito and for soft tacos and within two minutes of driving away, everything including the meet was ice cold. It was almost like every single thing in our bag was pre-​made several hours prior and just tossed in a bag when we drove through. The lettuce was wilted and disgusting and eating ice cold me maybe sick to my stomach. Inexplicably, we spent almost 20 minutes in the drive-​through which made me assume the food would be made as we were ordering it but I was mistaken. Save yourself the pain of biting into ice cold food and find a different Taco Bell!

As nice as the staff is how many times do they have to mess up BEEF crunch wrap?!? I even state please make sure it’s meat aka beef and not beans and what do they do… give me BEAN crunch wrap.
I ended up throwing it out — guys please get your act together especially when it wasn’t busy.

Not only did you not give us anything we ordered, you also had us wait 20 minutes to get it. Then realizing we were waiting a ridiculous amount of time, gave us an apple shit pie. Which ironically was the only thing correct in our order. Thanks so much. We hate you.

Coming here after working a hard day, came in with 20 «1“s and the cashier asked if I was a stripper. Also, make sure you to put your car in park, it will save your foot in the long run. Burritos muy bueno, especially if they wanted to put the correct number d burritos in my to go order.
Now for the real reason that they’re getting a one star. As I was ordering I got a chulupa supreme without sour cream. Now being a responsible Taco Bell enthusiast I repeated myself a solid 3 times, and she told me that I she got it. Fast forward to an hour later and what may you ask is on my chulupa supreme? SOME MOTHER FUCKING SPUR CREAM CUM SOLUTION. NEXT TIME JUST STICK A GOD DAMN DICK IN MY CHULUPA NEXT TIME YOUR WANNA BE MEXICAN FOOD CLOWNS

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant, this one is only ½ mile away from home and unfortunately it is the worst one I’ve been to. The food it usually good but the service is always so slow and the place seems very understaffed. There’s often more than 5 people waiting for their food at a time when I visit. Unfortunately I have to keep going back because I love T. Bell so much :)

Employees are friendly. The place is clean and food is served promptly. Stadanard Taco Bell food except my daughter didn’t like her usual cheesy bean and rice burritio. She said it was too cheesy and the beans didn’t taste homemade. However she knows that I do Unilocal reviews and I think she was getting all ‘food critic’ on me. Honestly it probably tasted fine. Where else can you feed 5 people for 16.35?
So close to Torrey Pines so it’s a good stop off afterwards!

I understand that this is a fast food restaurant, but they should still adhere to some sort of standards. Service was bad, I got a quesarito and it was cold, none of the cheese was melted. They had just plopped it on a freshly wiped tray without the paper cover so the wrapper was all wet from that nasty dish cloth they use to wipe them down. They hadn’t even closed the burrito so the insides were spilling out of both ends, making it a mess to eat. I eat here now and then when I’m in the area, but this will definitely be my last time at this second rate establishment.

Come here when I’m desperate for food, usually when I forgot my lunch or don’t have time to make breakfast. It’s close to work, quick, and cheap. I stay away from Taco Bell in general as it definitely cannot be good for you. Usually order one bean burrito, can’t go wrong with that. People working here are always friendly and going through the drive thru is quick and painless.

As this is the only Taco Bell where closest by my house, I go to there for lunch or dinner sometimes. In fact I had been worked at there for almost 7 years at long time ago, I know how are they doing although the manager, the workers even the area coach are completely different, so I don’t expect they are doing very good work just hope them to do the best they can. Now I go there just as a regular costumer, I can tell that they are now in a issue of short people, they are now really need some new people and the people who can really do the job, as this location of Taco Bell is the busiest one especially during lunch time, as I went today (2-​2-​2015) at around 3pm, although there was not busy but just only 3 or 4 people included the manager to handle the jobs of the whole store really is not enough.
I’m rarely to write review on Unilocal,but for my old work place, I just want to give some of my opinion.
