My first visit; a great location and lots of room inside. Had a doppio, it was very smooth. Tasted like perfectly roasted organic coffee beans done to a balanced medium-​rare roast level. I had a cranberry muffin, and they warmed it up for me. The establishment has great WiFi for your phone, iPad or computer.
I’m a self-​admitting espresso and coffee nerd (or snob), so, I just don’t routinely write reviews unless I really like the place.
Check it out, Tom N Toms is excellent!

First time coming here, Really nice, welcoming place and ambiance! Staff is very friendly and helpful also the caramel macchiato was very good! Don’t forget to try the caramel brick toast as well! Thank you for a nice service! Free wifi was another point for this spot!
they also sell french macarons! Woo!

Came by at 2:20 on a Monday, but the place was closed! Hours clearly state Mon-​Sun, 6 am to 11 pm. Bummed, because I paid for street parking AND I don’t get to try a new (to me at least) place. Ended up at Starbucks instead :(

Giving this place 4 stars because I had a great first time experience. Staff was super friendly and made some jokes and all had a great sense of humor. The coffee and tea served here is really good. Great atmosphere and this place is HUGE! However, the bathroom was disgusting dirty. I would rather use the beach bathrooms. Someone shaved in there and the hair was all over the sink and the toilet had stains everywhere… YUCK!

I’ve never given a bad review in my life, but this Tom N Toms location has the most unfriendly and hostile staff I have ever come in contact with. If you are looking for a pleasant, quaint café experience, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I used to really like Tom N Toms and went to this location almost every weekend. My last visit was lackluster with the barista giving me Sencha tea instead of Jasmine and saying it was the same thing.
There is some construction going on so all of the patio furniture is piled into the entry way which ruins the vibe here. Not really dying to go back any time soon.

This place is filthy! I almost threw up in the bathroom, I don’t think anyone has ever cleaned it. The floors in the coffee shop have definitely never been swept. Little flying bugs landed on my backpack. I don’t know how they meet health standards.

Come here if you want your coffee to be terrible. Staff never gets the order right and all they have are processed foods to eat. The Korean bigwigs should stop by and pay a surprise visit. They would likely fire the evening staff.

This place has such good potential, but the customer service made it lousy! I ordered a white mocha and Carmel bread and they brought a Carmel macchiato (which I didn’t even know what it was). The female rolled her eyes when I said I ordered a white mocha and then walked away without saying anything at all. My husband ended up throwing it out. So so disappointed because the bread was actually really good!

This is my first time at a Tom n Toms, and I have to say, I’ll be back! The barista suggested the cinnamon caffe mocha which I ordered a tall. I told her it’s my birthday today and she upgraded my order to a grande unbeknownst to me. What a gal! I also had a Tomndog pretzel. The hot dog was very salty but the breading was good. I’m anxious to try the pizza pretzels next time!

Convenient location below my building. Staff is always nice and the place is clean. I can trust my son to come down along and they take great care of him even though he’s a kid that meant a lot, because some places treat kids different if they are not with an adult. Just wish they had more food options like salads or wraps but hey we can’t have it all. There’s nothing more I could say really but I’ll continue to come here.

Coffee was fine.
Location is cool – great décor, nice ambiance.
Weirdest part – the wifi. I get that not every place owes me free wifi, but if you advertise it, I’ll try to use it! It got weird when: the baristas didn’t know the password (he had to ask two others), the password didn’t work (the one who knew it didn’t mention the CAPS), and then the wifi didn’t allow anything to load.
Again, I get it – the barista isn’t necessarily a techie troubleshooter. Just a note overall – don’t advertise free wifi if it doesn’t work, or just tell me that it doesn’t work when I ask.

I think this place is the best place for reading books. So comfortable and so cool. Most of the time there are no many people so you always can find a good spot to sit down and enjoy your coffee and your book. The staff also nice, one of them is singing very good sometimes.

Love this place! So easy to find. Lots of big windows and vaulted ceilings so tons of space and light which I love natural light and when its bright. I got the macaroons which were delicious! !! I love sweet so I ordered the butter pecan tominccino it was so amazing!!! The staff were very informative and nice. I’m by myself but its not so loud so you can have a conversation or focus on work there are people here that are on their laptops and reading.

On a quick break from work, I stopped into Tom N Toms for a quick pick me up coffee. This place was quite large and had tons of seating room. I ordered a simple Americano to go, seemed like a simple order but it seemed to take quite a while for the employees to get it out. The price was acceptable and the coffee tasted just okay. I haven’t really tried anything else here, but their menu definitely looks to have lots of options, including soft pretzels.
Coffee was okay, just took a while to get out.

We tried it for the first time during their soft opening. Everything was good a great addition to our neighborhood here on Cortez Hill.
Wide variety of different kinds of coffee, I had just the regular coffee and it was excellent. They also have a small food menu including some breads pretzels and a Tomdog. By the way, the Tomdog was very good.

Soft opening 24 – 30 May. The hours during the opening are 6am-​3pm.
I had an iced coffee and a pretzel. The original is the one with salt; plain has no salt.
I really enjoyed both and look forward to trying the interesting things on the menu (sweet potato latte, blue lemonade). They have both soy and almond milk!
They did a great job on their second day. I’ll be back.
*Note that the fresh-​baked pretzels take 5+ minutes to make. If you’re in a hurry, skip them.

***Now open! ***Every day I’ve been driving by this location watching the development of something good to come. Located on the bottom level of the Vantage Point apartments off 9th Ave and B Street, this will be a great addition to the residents and businesses alike. They are currently hiring in case anyone is looking for employment!
There will be several coffee items such as lattes, espresso, mochas, and the TomNccino® which is similar to another popular chains frozen blended drink. They will also have unique bakery items such as a wide variety of flavored pretzels and breads. Other tea, coffee and non-​food, coffee related items will also be sold here. I’m excited to see how it does in the area and will expand once they are up and running!
