We came here on a Tuesday night for their $ 10 dollar ribs. Everything was super good. It even came with one side. Both my husband and I got the ribs with one side. I got a baked potato and he got the fries and both were good. We are here on vacation so we probably will not be back but if we are ever in town again we will come eat here on Tuesdays!

Had a very good meal at Tony Roma’s Wednesday evening. Both the baby back ribs and the BBQ chicken were good. Service was also good. Our only complaint came with the bill. Being Wednesday, it was half price for a bottle of wine. Seeing this sign as we drove by and as we entered the front door, it seemed obvious any bottle of wine would be half price. The bill reflected the full price and it seems you must catch this yourself and bring it to the attention of your server who then must get the managers approval before the discount is applied. So, if you happen to miss this minor detail, no discount for you. It all seems a little underhanded to me, hoping you won’t notice the charge. Just beware!!!

Whats with all the negative comments? Its a Tony Romas people. Had dinner here while on vacation. Decided to check it out since I hadn’t been to one in a long time. We had the ribs and a burger staff was excellent and our waiter Carlos was patient and super friendly. Would go back if I lived in the area!

We had the the Tuesday $ 10 rib special(1 lb of ribs and a side). The baby back ribs were tender & delicious. The service was pretty good. The hostess was friendly. I’d go back for those ribs for sure! Daily from 3 — 6 pm. they have ½ priced appetizers.

The one beef rib, posing as a version of a succulent southern dish, was disgusting. The tipsy waiter changed my meal options 3 times. We ate here for the Veterans Day special of a complimentary meal of ribs, and when we got the ticket, the ribs were full price. The half sloshed waiter said he didn’t know why so many people were expecting a comp rib meal.

This place is great! My boyfriend and I wanted to go to red lobster last night but the traffic from PB to there was insane! So we last minute pulled into this place, and I’m so glad we did! Great customer service which I feel like is hard to find these days. The server checked us a few times to make sure everything is good, and the food was amazing! Everything we got was delicious, we will definitely be back! Oh and we spent way less here then we would have at red lobster!

I hadn’t been to a Tony Roma’s in over 25 years, so I had low expectations for my visit, but I have to say, I really enjoyed it. I’m not a big rib guy, but I figured«when in Roma’s» and ordered them. They were fantastic. Melted right off the bone in your mouth. We had a table outside, which was nice. The service was good. They screwed up one of our dishes and knocked it off the tab with no hassles. I’d definitely go back.

We are from Northern CA and all the Tony Roma’s here have closed so we were so excited to see they were still in Southern CA. Decided to try this location and all we can say is yuck! The food was horrible, we felt sick and had indigestion/heartburn afterwards. Service was good and that’s about it.

Our party of 20 was served by friendly and efficient staff. We were loud and the staff was accommodating and kept the drinks and bread baskets full. The food was amazing after a long day of basketball games. The Rib Special was great for $ 10. Tyler was a hit with the basketball team. Thanks Tony Roma’s!

There’s always complaints. People always know how to leave a bad comment, but many times a good compliment is never given. People take 70/30% of their time giving negative feedback less than positive. Today, service was great. I’m always the type of diner that holds high criticism due to the fact I always think of a way to sway the dish. The ribs came out exactly as I imagined and remembered it to be, friendly, welcoming service and accommodations. Five stars today for my server/bartender, for the amazing baby backs as I always envision it to be, and for the good-tasting and poured drinks… 5 stars to Jorge Jr, and Edgar Mozo!

I came in for lunch on a weekday and had one of their $ 7 lunch specials. I ordered the chicken ceasar salad. The salad was fresh and chicken was tasty. Our server was very friendly and attentive along with the rest of the staff. Everytime an employee walked by they made sure if we were doing ok or just glanced at our waters and bread to make sure we had enough. I think the restaurant could use a remodel because everything in there was old and had a smell of an old building. We chose to sit outside which was a bit loud with all of the passing traffic and people walking the streets. I would go back just because the service was great and a $ 7 lunch is a good deal.

This was our first time at this location and our first time having lunch at Tony Roma’s. We were very happy with the lunch selections. We sat outside which would had been lovely if there wasn’t a construction guy drilling into the street. The chairs were rusty and the ladies room was sandy but I guess that’s the way it is at a beach location. The food was great as was the service. We came here because we gave up trying to get to a restaurant upstairs and it ended up being a nice choice.

Good food. Good service. And relaxing location. We got to try the rib sampler and it is enough for me and my wife to share. Onion loaf is a must have here. Will be back. They have parking at the basement get a ticket and they will validate it. Will be back here if we crave some good ribs!

We used to love going to Tony Romas when we lived here. And we came back for my moms birthday and won’t come back again. Tonight we were seated right away with out any utensils or plates and my seat was filthy from food left behind. After sitting there for over five minutes we were finally greeted and asked what we would like to drink. Our server said they did not carry Odouls. He brought us something else instead. Our salad was delivered right away as if it was sitting in a fridge already prepared. It took over 20mins for our food to arrive and when it did the potatoes were raw instead of baked thoroughly. No one came back to see how our food was or to check on us until we stopped our waiter to take away our uncooked baked potatoes. He did replace our sides but we were almost done eating by the time he came back with a new side of veggies which were good and another uncooked baked potato and he didn’t check on us again until we had to again ask for our bill. When we got the bill it showed that we were charged for an Odouls. We had been told they don’t serve that in this location and we had not been served an Odouls. We got our box and asked for BBQ sauce to go and he returned with our change and no sauce. I had to ask again for some and waited another ten minutes just to get his attention. We saw the manager walk by twice and he didn’t check on us after we sent food back or to help his staff with any of their guests. The restrooms were filthy and out of supplies. There was no toilet paper because it was all over the floor and the napkin dispenser didn’t work. As guests we left feeling ignored and unimportant and our food was distasteful. On the other hand parking was free and the bussers do a better job then anyone else there.

Well, the food smelled good, I can’t tell you how it tasted though because no one ever bothered to serve us… We showed up on a Tuesday night and was told it was a 15 min wait. No problem. We ended up waiting around 25 min(it happens…) and when we were led to the dining room we were shocked to see it was less than half full. So many people waiting and the place was almost empty. Not a good sign. We were seated and handed our menus. After about 7 or 8 min a waiter poked his head from another table and said«ill be right with you» and we were already aggravated because no one had even bothered to take our drink order. We saw the waiter a few more times after he told us he would come over, but nothing. My 4 year old kept asking where his food was and we had to explain we had not even ordered it yet. After around 15 min we finally got up and left, not a single person noticed and when I went to the hostess desk to say something, it was of course empty. We were on a tight schedule to begin with and wasted way more time than we had getting nowhere at this place. I would recommend everyone avoid this place, or at least this location(are there more?) the service is an absolute joke.

I remember coming to the Tony Roma’s location as a kid in LA and was super excited to try it again now that it has been at least 10 years. The bartender/server were funny and definitely had their regulars that they knew very well. Came here during happy hour and the drinks were cheap and good. I don’t remember was I got for my main exactly but I know it was a sandwich of some sort and wasn’t very good. Me and my buddies got the onion rings thing to start which from what I remember is the best thing offered here. Definitely gotta start with that Might come back for some happy hour drinks but no rush.

I come here a few times a week. Generally for lunch for their rib special which a awesome barging for a half rack and a side for 12 bucks. Super friendly staff and an awesome happy hour. Great gluten free menu. Come between 3 and 6 any day and get half off wells and apps and every night they do specials. I haven’t been in a franchise that ever felt so family owned and loving to their customers. If your in pb and want good bbq and comfort food or some great sea food come to tony romas

My father was in town and he always loved to go to Tony Roma’s to get baby backs with Carolina honey sauce. Well, we couldn’t have been more disappointed. There were 7 of us and the wait wasn’t bad. The short wait was the best part of the meal. The service was non-existent, the food was horrible. We were actually all served ICE cold baked potato’s(like refrigerator cold) along with semi cold/room temp old ribs. Ironically it took almost an hour to get the food. When we told our waitress, she was completely indifferent. She didn’t offer to get us warm/hot food, nor did she even apologize. Epic fail Tony Roma’s! Even tourists have standards!
