Very nice guy but not 5 star on Unilocal worthy. Very disorganized. Had to remind him about our appointment when he didn’t show up. It wasn’t in his calendar. Left my tracks filthy after I told him how important clean tracks was to me. Then called to say he was there to clean my windows weeks later after he already did. I would have paid more for a better quality job.

After reading the reviews I contacted Sean from True Light Window cleaning. Yikes, Do Not Waste Your Time. Coordinating with Sean was unprofessional, his multiple text messages were emotionally charged. He seemed desperate, or anxious, or just disorganized. We decided to look past the unprofessionalism and scheduled service for Saturday at 8:15 am. At 7:30 am on the day he was scheduled to come he texted «AS OF NOW I HAVE TO CANCEL. MY KEYS ARE GONE AND I HAVE NO WAY TO DRIVE SORRY»
We are putting our house on the market in two days and feel totally dumped.
Beware. this is not a business that is deserving of your hard earned money, or time. How darn Sean try to sell something he isn’t not capable of providing.

Sean came and cleaned a home that I listed for sale. I had asked him to clean the windows and pressure wash the exterior. He showed up 5 minutes before the appointment and did an amazing job! His prices were lower than others I had talked to, and his communication was top notch! He was a true professional, and I highly recommend him. I will be using him again!

Sean is great. We needed all our windows cleaned and some pressure washing done on our stucco as we are getting ready to sell our house. In fact our agents recommended True Light so we gave him a call.
Customer service is excellent. The best communication you would want. He gets back to you right away. Keeps you updated with texts and makes the whole process so easy. Of course his work is great and quick. The windows now shine again and of course you wonder why you waited so long to do this! Also our stucco looks new again.

I’ve used Truelight for the last 2 years on my home and have always received a great service!
Last time they cleaned my windows it was a week before Christmas and I had a party on Christmas Eve that I wanted my windows cleaned for. Of course True Light scheduled the cleaning the 23rd regardless of the holiday week.
In the last 2 years I’ve never encountered any problems with their service. All the employees are very friendly. I trust these guys so much that I’ve let them clean my windows when we weren’t home.
I recommend True Light to all of my friends and acquaintances so I thought I’d let the internet and Unilocal know that they’re a great window cleaning company!
