i only joined this site so i could write a bad review about it. I had to purchase their service because of the apartment complex i live. I read the review that Jen wrote before i they came over, and i asked if they send a monthy bill, if you can pay online, etc. they said«yes» so i figured they had changed how they did business. UNTILLTODAY! when i get to my apartment and i get this«Disconnect Notice» that they left on my door. Of course i called right away and OFCOURSE no one picked up. I totally forgot about this cable company because i had not received anything from them in at least 3 months! horrible service, horrible company

There are other choices out there now! I have finally had it with this sham of a company. They should not be in business and everyone that lives in UTC should switch to ATT or a company like DirectTV. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with! Do yourself a favor and look at alternatives if living in this area…

Completely agree with Jen. It is a monopoly on the complex’s cable lines — which means we can’t get bundled offers for tv, internet, etc. Instead we pay ridiculous rates and a la carte. I thought it was illegal to have one provider of cable lines?

I fucking hate this company. Its practically a scam. Yes, I live in a UTC apartment complex that falls within their death grip. Which means, I have to get cable turned on by them first. I can not get Time Warner until I set up service with them. They only provide basic cable for $ 56/month. They only have 2 people working for them. One that«turns on» your cable and one that answers the phone at the office. It is practically impossible to get an answer when you call their office. The other one is a young guy that just flips a switch in the cable room of the complex. I hate this company with the fire of a thousand suns. They also dont send you a monthly bill, so its easy to forget to pay. They also dont take online or over the phone payments. S if you forget to pay, they are very very quick to turn your cable off. They also charge you a $ 35 reconnect fee too. And its very hard to get them on the phone to connect it back. I love my complex but I hate this company. This is possibly the worst company ever/
