$$$$ what you get for the money is weak! I will never come back. How are you going to heat up roast beef lunch meat and call it a beef cheese steak! Weak

The food is always great and the people that work here are always friendly. Couldn’t ask for anything better. The app makes ordering and picking up my lunch easy as can be. Thank you !

I love customized sandwish, ordered a cheese steak sandwish with yellow mustard. They do offer lots of varieties, and you can add tons of veggies in your diet. This location’s staffs are wonderful, super friendly and always have great attitude. Come and check it out!

An ehh experience. I love me some sandwiches, and the turkey one I got was good. But unfortunately, the workers were kurt and not helpful. I’ll give this location another shot, but I’m hoping for better service in the future

This is my favorite sandwich place. The food tastes fresh and the sandwiches are delicious. The milkshakes are extraordinary, some of the best I’ve had. The custom sandwich options make it easy to tailor it to your taste but still allows you to keep it simple if you want. Service van be fast out slow depending on how crowded it is. Definitely give this place a shot for a lunch. A little pricey but still great. Bonus tip: They hang the sandwich bags on a clothes line and slide it across as they make it. If it’s crowded, mark the back of your bag so you can see where it is and how close they are to finishing it.

I came here for a late lunch on Saturday and it was still pretty busy. It took me a while to decide what I wanted because they have a fairly extensive menu, but in the end I went for a small chicken sandwich on wheat bread with hummus and other vegetables. The service was pretty fast — I think I got my sandwich within 7 minutes of ordering. Unfortunately, I felt that the sandwich was at best average. The bread was on the drier side and the chicken… well this is my fault but I didn’t realize that it would be deli meat(I was expecting grilled chicken or something — again, my fault). Overall though, I was underwhelmed. I’d heard great things about Which Wich and was super excited to try it. I mean, the sandwich wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t anything special either. Would I come back? Most likely not for a special trip, but if it were in the area with nothing more appealing to me, I’d be ok returning to this place.

Modern looking place. Staff is friendly and make you fill comfortable as you walk in. Good quality food, great concept. Food lacks some flavor, willing to try a second time. Also we arrived around 4 pm, place seemed a little quiet. They play good music Overall, again concept gives subway a run for its money, however chicken seemed dry and flavor blend. But the bread was bomb

Why are people complaining that they have to write down their order? This place is awesome! Plus, that is the whole concept around this business! It’s like going to Chipotle and complaining that you have to point at the ingredients you want in your burrito. If you want something easy, go to Subway. If you don’t want to make decisions, get a controlling boyfriend. Problem solved. Maybe I should be making your life decisions from now on???

***I am not an employee of Which Wich.*** so why do I feel like I work there? You have to write your orders down on the sandwich bag, give it to the guy, and then he confirms everything I just wrote? I don’t understand why I can’t walk up and order normally? Sandwich was mashed together, and for some reason the honey mustard sauce made it all over the outside of the sandwich. That was a fun surprise. All the veggies were mushy and hot, kinda nasty. The floors had stepped on food reminisce, as did the tables. Luckily I was giving the opportunity to clean my own table. While washing my hands of other peoples food crumbs, I noticed there’s also food crumbs and veggie chunks in the bathroom. Seriously, its a bathroom, weird. No customer service, no welcome, no have a nice day. No one cleaning– except other patrons. $ 31 for two sandwiches, two chips, two drinks. You can to a delicatessen and get huge sandwiches for that amount, or go to the store and make 5 or 6 sandwiches at home. I don’t mind over paying if the service and product is worth it. This is not. Plenty other options in the area.

Worst buffalo chicken wrap I’ve ever had. It wasn’t fried, which made the bread taste soggy.

First I’d like to start with saying that I love the fact that Which Wich lets you customize your sandwich in every aspect, however despite this amazingly robust customization I would have to say that it falls short in some of the quality sadly. When I compare it to Jersey Mikes it falls short. I ordered an Italian grinder sandwich with many of the ingredients of a Jersey Mike sub, even the oil and vinegar. I had the sandwich and I did not taste any vinegar, either there wasn’t any or there was very little. It was a good sandwich but it falls short of the best in my humble opinion. Maybe I need to try another one?

After a disappointing morning/afternoon, I was walking around the Carmel Mountain Plaza looking for something to eat(and trying to get a signal on my phone to find Unilocal reviews), and came across this place. Decided to stop in and see what this place was all about. This place has an interesting idea of ordering your sandwiches, there is a row of bags each with a meat on it. Each meat has a list of pre-made sandwiches, or you can just pick your own toppings/bread/etc. I opted for the #8 bag«The Reuben,» because I’ve been looking for a place with some really good pastrami sandwiches. The sandwich itself wasn’t too bad, pretty good tasting meat, just needed a little more of the dressing. They don’t really have that much other stuff on the menu other than the sandwiches. They have a kids bag/menu offering PB&J, grilled cheese and a few others. The last few items they have is the usual soda fountain, some ice cream shakes, and some cookies. Overall this seems like it would be a decent place to grab lunch if you’re local, though I wouldn’t drive all the way back down here for a sandwich.

Grab a bag and check off all the goodies you want! There is a great selection and I didn’t feel the pressure like I do at the other sub place. They gave us great customer service even though we had 5 kids with us. Did I mention pellet ice!!! Love!

The whole idea of writing what you want on your bag is different. They don’t tell you that you have to write your order on the bag until you actually order. I don’t know if I want to be touching sharpies that tons of other people have been using especially kids. I think writing it down may save time and probably mistakes on making the sandwich. I ordered a Cuban it was pretty good, a nice size and good bread. There weren’t a lot of people in the store at the time which I thought was weird because it was around lunch time. It’s pretty small inside but there a few tables outside with umbrellas to enjoy your sandwich. I don’t know if Which Which is better than Jersey Mike’s but it’s better then Subway. They also have a few desserts like milkshakes and cookies. If you want something a little extra you can add bacon to your milkshake. Overall this is a decent sandwich shop with somewhat helpful employees, decent sandwiches and bacon milkshakes so yes I will be back.

Ordering style is kindov weird. At the end of a long day I think it would be nice to not have to pick every single individual ingredient. Some ppl are into that, but nights like tonight I felt overwhelmed with all the possible combinations. In the end I ordered a small chicken pesto sandwich and I loaded it up with lettuce, carmelized onions, cucumbers, sauerkraut, etc. i thought I was being innovative, but as it turns out I didn’t know what I was doing. My sandwich didnt taste like it had pesto at all and I didn’t really see the chicken. The table I sat at was a mess of crumbs. One cool thing I noticed is they have a paper hung up for customers to read and then put back when they are done. Overall I ‘m not super impressed. I should’ve just gotten a turkey sandwich from Sprouts deli across the parking lot. Sometimes a sandwich doesn’t have to be complicated to be good!

It’s better than subway but I am not sure I would say it is better than jersey mikes. The customization options are endless here which is nice. The freshness level I believe could have been better, but I would still eat here again in a pinch.

I had passed by this place many many times, but for some reason the name of the restaurant just didn’t sound very appealing to me… which wich? But I have to say that I’m very happy that I finally tried it – my belly was not disappointed! You write down on a paper bag the sandwich of your choosing. What I ordered: Chicken pesto White bread cold wich Provolone cheese and mozzarella Caramelized onions Avocado(additional charge of $ 1) Spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, black olives, mushrooms, salt and pepper and oregano. This was such a great combination!!! Seriously, I devoured this sandwich in 5 minutes! The avocado, cucumbers, and black olives are what really made it a great sandwich! The bread was fresh and tasty too. They also have a frequent buyer card where you buy 10 wiches and get one free. You can also order online! The service was fast and friendly. I will be back!

Easily 5 stars with the wonderful customer service and spectacular food. Been to this location a few times and have tried 4 sandwiches are their menu. So far so good. Every time I come here, it hits the spot. You’re greeted by an employee within seconds of entering the shop and are asked if you have any questions or concerns with the menu and how to order. Liked the concept of having a custom made sandwich to order. Lines can get intense but definitely worth the wait. Their variety of combinations are limitless. Several toppings to choose from! Try their hummus with any sandwich. Guaranteed delicious!

The first visit can be a bit overwhelming for a Which Wich n00b due to the vast amount of options available. After adjusting to the inundation of the yellow signage, brown paper bags, and red sharpies, ordering is a breeze and the best part of the dining experience. Just choose a bag, grab a sharpie, and pimp your sandwich! Fun fact: under the«Oil and Spices» section, they have a GARLIC option. This location is always nice and clean, and the quality of the sandwiches is consistent. Customer service is ok. In the three times I’ve visited this location none of the employees were very welcoming — no harm done though, as long as they can make my sandwich correctly, I’m happy. In comparison to Subway: Which Wich doesn’t offer as many bread options, however they clearly make up for it with everything else they provide: fresh tasting ingredients, great tasting bread, and a more pleasant ordering system in contrast to shouting out«lettuce, tomatoes, and onions please» to an employee on the other side of the counter. Also a 7″ at Which Wich is about $ 5.75, so Subway with their $ 5 footlongs is a bit cheaper. I’d still choose Which Wich over Subway though. Sorry I’m not sorry, Jared.
