Chicken was dry, potatoes wedges were old and dry, bisquit were doughy.dissapointing.

I came inside to dine in the dining area with my little
Son. The First thing I noticed was the disgusting smell of sewage. For my little three year old to notice and Make a comment, you know it was bad. I mean over whelming! The place was also old and dirty. I should have left. My son I and stepped into the restroom to wash our hands and the restroom was truly disgusting! The toilet was filthy as if it had not been washed in forever and the sink are disgusting! It was the icing on the cake– I will never come back here again.

You were extra patient with the elderly couple ahead of me… You maintained a professional demeanor when the lady questioned the final price of her order.
THEN, you helped me save money with my order by presenting me with an option that KFC offered, which gave me more chicken for the price…
You Knew your menu without having to look back to verify your offer, and did so with confidence!

Second time they ask me to get off the drive thru
Park and wait 5 minutes for my biscuits because they ran out. If you have 5 biscuits left why don’t you start baking more.

I ordered popcorn chicken and potato wedges. It tasted bland. Nothing is fresh and the chiken tasted old. This place is always empty inside. Overpriced as well. KFC is not what it used to be which explains why its failing domestically. Cook your chicken at home because Harland Sanders would be pissed if he knew we were eating tastless chicken.

Came to eat dinner and was helped by Carlos. He was nice, and excellent customer service. He also gave good customer service to all the people that came in after me too. The chicken was hot and fresh.

I know it is KFC but this store is over the top

Beware of a $ 0.49 charge when you use your ATM whether in the drive-​thru or at the counter. That sucks. I really like the chicken but the portions over the years have dwindled down to kids meal size. The breast I got looked like a cornish game hen. Very disappointing so I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Today, my mom and I decided to get KFC for lunch because we literally hadn’t had it in years! I got the $ 5 popcorn chicken meal box. The chicken was awesomely crispy of course and the sides were as expected. My mom also got a meal box but with chicken strips instead. However, we were extremely disappointed because they forgot to give both of us cookies! That’s one of the best parts of the deal… I just don’t understand how they could forget it):

Stopped by the drive-​thru and the cashier is talking on a personal phone call while dealing with customers. Very unprofessional and I didn’t appreciate her talking about personal matters and someone being «butt-​hurt» & «bitching» because she told them you put your two weeks in so why you here. Yeah heard the whole conversation practically with a minor within ear shot as well. Hope KFC does something about staff handling personal business while working. I would put zero stars if possible!

I haven’t been to this location in years. I ordered a 2 piece meal original recipe white meat. I get my order and check the box when I get to work and I get one piece that was about the size of a chicken mcnugget! The other piece was ok in size but the fried part was very soggy and sub par! I don’t I’ll be back to this location again.

My family and I went to go to this KFC after our evening activities. We wanted to eat there in the dining area rather than eat at home. When we went in, we noticed that the dining area was not well kept. The tables were not wiped down and the floor was filthy.
When we went to the bathroom to wash our hands and it smelled like a sewer despite their sign saying that they check the bathroom every thirty minutes.
For a usually KFC, they lack many essential aspects such as not having honey for the biscuits! They also do not serve apple turnovers.
We usually go through their drive through and order from there, but now we realize why no one is inside eating in the dining room.
For the quality of food, the chicken was not at the right temperature and the sides were not adequate. The mashed potatoes and corn were very dry. The gravy bowl was not wiped down from the drippings.
The employees had glum faces. We noticed (when we got to our car) an employee only wiped their counter and not any other table especially ours.
I would not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a KFC in San Dimas

KFC food is average at best. The food is only worth 3 stars. This applies to every KFC, not just this location. We come here about twice a year just to get our fix of greasy fried chicken. The service this time was worth 10 stars. Young girl at counter really impressed me. As I wait for my food, the rudest and most demanding lady shows up. She orders piece by piece, as in a la carte. She does not look at the menu or try to figure out a meal deal. No, she wants it her way. Bill comes to $ 10.65. She complains, but pays it. She than stands in front of the register and wants every single item hand picked. Her biscuits must be soft. That chicken in the basket looks like it not fresh (from 15 feet away), can I have a fresh batch, and on and on. Another customer comes in, lady in her 70’s. Miss Rude continues to block the register. Her food is finally delivered. New customer is trying to order her food. Miss Rude stands in front of the register and unpacks bag, inspecting each piece. 70 year-​old lady is still being blocked by Miss Rude. Miss Rude finally asks for 2 mustard packets. She gets her mustard repacks her bag and finally exits. I was standing behind her the whole time. If I were the manager, I would refund her $ 10.65 and suggest she take her chicken business elsewhere. At the very least, I would have insisted she step away from the register and do her inventory at the pick-​up counter. Young Courtney was a trooper. She kept a smile on her face the whole time. Of course, Miss rude would never leave a tip. She expects the world to put up with her selfish, inconsiderate, demanding, lousy personality. Nobody else fits into her world. This happened at 5:40PM on Sunday, 9−28−14. If you are that demanding customer, I hope you choked on a chicken bone. This would be God telling you to act like a decent human being. Of course, this would never happen. Miss Rude would file a lawsuit against KFC because she is too stupid not to choke a chicken bone.

Could this place be any slower? Are they raising the chicken in the back or something? Meal was not too bad. But how can you really mess up a 3 piece. The drive in looked really slow. I usually would go to Popeyes but I don’t know if there is one around. Steve Justice signing off!

Friendly fast good service here with no attitude. Hot food fast and the 5 dollar special comes with a drink and a cookie (that was really good by the way). good location in the lowe’s parking lot.

It is what it is… KFC. I went thru the drive thru and got a 3 piece meal. You may have to splurge for a breast, the pieces are a thigh and drumstick. I need more than that…

I made the trek out this way because of the two near my house, this one has always been better. After what I got last night, I’m not sure which is the lesser of two evils.
I pulled into the drive through and didn’t have to wait all that long to give my order. Service was OK at best, not rude but not welcoming either. After ordering, I pulled up and waited maybe a minute before I pulled up to this window. Once there, my card was taken almost immediately with a little more than a smile. After a minute or two of trying to swipe my card (it’s time for a new one), it looked like my card wasn’t going to work and she asked for another card. I handed one over, she swiped it, and handed it back with the receipt without a word. I got my drink the same way, then the window was closed as I waited for my food. I waited for two or three minutes without anything from the employee. Wen she reappeared, she was taking another order through her headset and didn’t say anything to me again. I asked for sauce (again with the sauce haha) and she quickly grabbed them and gave them to me, again without so much as a word.
The food itself was ok. I had the mini snackers, or whenever the new sandwich is, and the new bites. The bites were flavorful and crispy, albeit a bit overpriced. The sandwiches were ok but on the small side and a little bland. Good thing I had my sauce! I always get mac and cheese as a side and I remember it being better than it was. This particular batch was lukewarm and a little bland. One upside is that it came with a reusable plastic container.

Well KFC was exactly as I remember it. Tasteless slaw, greasy chicken and the potatoes just the way I remember. I have had better fast food fried chicken at other chicken joints so 3 stars is about all I can give. Service was acceptable and the people where friendly enough.

Worst service anywhere. Always messing up our orders… I swear, the number of times they miscount on the number of pieces of chicken makes you think of what kind of people work here. One of the employees even had the nerve to place gravy in our bag without closing the lid. Ridiculous!

Oh my god this place sucks. Every time I come here they are out of some kind of chicken. How the hell do you run out of chicken when all you see is chicken? Also would it Be asking to much to have one of the kids working there to clean the place? No one wants to eat in a place that looks like a bomb went off.
