IHOP

Usually I call in orders and for the most overall they are Very rude, lazy, incompetent and slow. Messing up orders and just wasting my time. Also the prices are slightly higher than the other ihops I frequent the server named Sandra needs to learn how to smile she has the look on her face like she just hates life and that’s not good for business! My 2 cents they need to shape up or ship out.
I would recommend literally any other ihop. I even called and sent a letter to corporate to no responses at all. Figures they just want one thing money too dollar for food that is at the very best mediocre.

After reading the reviews we were debating whether to come here or not. We were very impressed with the service from our waiter Ruben. Best customer service ever! He came back every so often to make sure everything was okay. Defiantly coming back!

I went this morning to have breakfast with my boyfriend. Our server was nice but all the food we ordered was crappy and cold. They served us frozen ranch (which I’ve never seen), I didn’t know what it was but it looked disgusting. How could they serve frozen ranch? Like really? Can’t you see it’s frozen. –_​_​– then we had to send back our burnt waffles, I couldn’t believe that they didn’t care about serving us burnt waffles. I’ve been coming to this ihop my whole life but after all the errors made today I will never return. I felt like they didn’t care so I’ll take my business somewhere else that cares about the quality of the food that they serve. I would’ve put 0 stars but it’s not an option.

This place is great. We have only had one slow service but we know that it is only a certain employee. The manager Walter is a very pleasant and nice man. He wants his customers to be absolutely happy and tries to go above and beyond to keep everyone happy.

I love this place its clean. the manager its really nice my favorite plate ham & egg sándwich.

Worst place! Customer service sucks. We had to wait a long time to get served. The food was cold! The fries and burgers were dry and cold! Didn’t even give us ketchup for out fries! Horrible experience. I will not be going there again.

The wait time is ridiculous and it’s not even 11am and they are out of steak! How is that possible? Overall the server is great… Very attentive. We actually needed 5 cents to get a water bottle next door to mix it for my babies formula and he gave us the 5 cents. It’s not a lot but the simple fact that he didn’t hesitate was pretty great!

Visited this location today and had a less than pleasant experience. To start off, the manager here is super annoying and way too loud. As someone else has mentioned he treats the employees very poorly. He seriously needs a reality check. Moving on, once my nephew and I order our food, not even ten minutes had passed before our waitress plops down my bill, face up, and walks away. Ummmm, yeah we’re okay now, but jeez, I might need a refill in a while or some more napkins, or jelly for my toast!!. Needless to say she never came back after this to ask if we needed anything else. Terrible customer service! If I’m paying $ 30 for breakfast with crappy customer service, I think I’d rather whip me up some Aunt Jemima at home next time, for a fraction of the price!

Really nice waitress (Sharon)gave order really quickly and had a smile on her face which made it feel every welcoming. Would definitely come again.
