It has potential for a local bar, but the drinks take to long. Not sure if it’s becuase it was Sunday or just my luck but everything I asked for they were out. Food took too long to come out and was cold once it reached our table. Wait staff were very nice just slow. I probably would not come back… come on local business make me love u!

Good place to have a brew, watch sports, get a bite and stay close to home. Waitresses and bar tenders are supper friendly and keep the place live. Food is good I especially enjoy the hot wings. Many locals come here. The only downside is they close too early.

I’ve only been to this place twice a few years ago, I recently went again and the service was freaking horrible! They have a sign saying «Please wait to be seated» but they have no hostess what so ever or anyone near by. Once you seat the waitress takes forever to attend you instead walks by us several times. Food takes way to long as well and COMES OUT COLD! it’s like the waitress never bothers to check on your food. This restaurant is the worst in the whole valley!

This goes directly to the owners. Me and my husband have been coming here since this place opened. The first few months were bad but that’s to be expected with a new business. Then it got a lot better. You had a GM by the name of Patrick and he was good, because he made sure our experience was always good. You got rid of him and got another GM named Chris and he was a lot better, because he would always have a smile on and he really cared a lot for this place and his customers. Then you got rid of him. We came back a few months after and we met your new GM named Heavinly and she informed us that her father was one of the owners. Now that being said you would think that she would actually care more than the previous managers but that was not the case. She was terrible and this no surprise seeing as she was a terrible server before she was a GM. Now we come back after so many months only to see that you lost all your staff and your New GM is not any better than Heavinly. Your prices are a joke for food that looks like crap and truthfully we took a bite and just could not manage to keep eating anymore. We paid our bill and left. The point of this review is to tell you that this business needs to shut down. Its obvious the owners are a joke since we use to see them all the time in here drinking and not running their business. You have changed staff over and over yet your business still continues to fail. So it obvious that its you as owners and your daughter that are ruining this business. The sad part is that most of your employees have no problem speaking with customers about how you don’t pay them and that has been going on since you opened. So please if you read my long review, just don’t bother coming to this place. Go some place else and spend your money.

Came out tonight for their taco Tuesday. Menu says $ 2 Tecate and $ 1.50 tacos. Called before we came and the girl said its actually $ 3 Tecate and $ 1.50 tacos. When we arrived the young guy who was our waiter said, «it’s $ 3 Tecate and $ 1.75 tacos. Took 40 minutes to get our tacos, came out cold and tortillas were stale and cold and flaky like they had been left out. Another guy came out and asked how things were. I told him tacos were cold and he offered 5 or 6 free tacos on him. We waited another 35 minutes and no free tacos, finally asked the young kid for our check because we were so frustrated. The young guys brought out check which contained an extra $ 12 charge for 2 baskets of fries we never ordered. Our bill was $ 50 and after he removed the bogus charges it went down to $ 36, what a difference. When I told him, he said oh sorry I mixed up your tables. Note, we were here last summer and we found extra charges on our check at that time as well. Very disappointing service, food and quality. They don’t even care about you here. TV’s were frozen on the laker game. I’ve tried to support this business on several occasions and it’s always the same, BAD. Please be careful and watch your check when it’s time to pay. I hope something changes soon, because the potential this place has could be great. We won’t be back to find out. I will say as I finished writing this the 5 free tacos arrived, same horrible quality and cold. So sad.

Chilli cheese fries, no chilli. Bacon Avocado burger, no avocado. Wings, only boneless. Seems like every time I’m here they’re short on food items. The staff is friendly but not attentive enough. And the food is a bit pricey for what you get. I really want to like this place and be a regular, but they have to step it up.

Turrible service. Forgot our orders and didnt even provide utensils and napkins. If only I can give half a star. Oh and handed the check before the drink order. Dah fuh?

I’ve noticed the changes and am quite impressed. The lemon pepper wings are bomb! The irony of it all is that wing stop is around the corner lol. The lemon pepper wings are much more delightful when they’re eaten extra crispy.

I feel I have the right to write a negative review after waiting 3 years of countless attempts to give this place a chance. I strongly believe in supporting local business and our latino community. Viva La Raza!!! This place has/​is owned by latinos. This is why I’ve tried to be patient.
FOOD: I never expect high quality from a sports bar, but if you’re going to continue to charge restaurant prices for fast food quality items that we all know came from a box and popped in the fryer, then the prices are unfair. After 3 years, it amazes me that a place called «wing pit» is not known for it’s wings. If you’ve had cheap wings from a store or restaurant that doesn’t claim to have good wings, that’s what these taste like. You know the taste. They’ll hit the spot after 9 beers, but what cheap wings wont?
SERVICE: I’ve been trying to give the service a chance for 3 years!!! I live right around the corner and every time there’s a good game on, I think, «damn, its so convenient to go to Valley Wing Pit, maybe if I just get a beer and hide in a corner, I’ll avoid a bad experience.» NOPE! I can’t tell you how many bartenders I’ve met, waitresses I’ve seen running around, everyone seems to hate their job. OR, everyone seems like a family member that got hired, and therefore can afford to get away with crappy service. Stuck up managers, condescending owners, everyone has no concept of good service. Always waiting, bartenders always forgetting, etc. Today (my last time going) I ask a new bartender that I’ve never seen, can I have my check? She says yes, and takes forever talking personal chit-​chat with a friend. I leave, go to the bathroom, even pretend I’ve dined and ditched, but nope, I come back and there she is, still talking to her friend. I ask her again knowing she’s completely forgot, «can I have my check?» and she looks like she doesn’t recognize me at all. This is nothing new.
ENVIRONMENT: Such a waste of a cool huge place. T. Vs are poorly set up. The bar is too high for the chairs they use. The big screens are cheap screens, and if you’re lucky, you’ll get a game on a good t.v. that isn’t broken down.
Valley Wing Pit, I wish you understood how hard I’ve tried to like you. I have no problem with dive bars. I’m a simple guy, but Jebus Krist, please read your reviews and make some big changes.

Food was okay horrible service we got there and cholos were fighting cops got there and we go kicked out

I’m not usually the one to write Unilocal reviews, but I wanted to for this. Buddy of mine suggested this place since he lives fairly close. Had to question the pick due to all the bad reviews on here. But I went with an open mind since he said he could vouch for the place. And I was really there to catch up with the friend and watch the Dodgers game during the postseason.
Right away someone approached me with a smile on her face asking where I would like to sit. When I told her I was going to wait on my friend, she came back a few minutes later to check and make sure I was good and if I was ready or not. Noteworthy only because a couple reviews complained about not getting seated.
Once we sat down, our waitress regularly checked on us. Drinks came out quick, food came out quick. The wings were decent; not the best, but I’d say above par. Their hot wings were rather mild, but the Chipotle BBQ ones were really good.
Overall, I’d say that while I wouldn’t be jumping at the chance to go back there, but I was happy with my experience. And if I lived in the area, I could see it being a great neighborhood bar.

Waitress forgot about us the Manager had to take our order like 40 minutes later. The order was wrong and I was given the wrong bill. The audio was off sinc on all tvs so it just sounded like a bunch of noise. Wouldn’t return to watch an event there. I’d rather pay and go somewhere else.

Horrible place to come to. It took 50 min to bring us 24 wings from frozen. Why were they frozen on a Dodger game 5 vs Mets night is beyond me. I heard a rumor from a waitress that the cook is a Mets fan and delaying the dodger fans their food. The wings are not great from frozen. You are better off making your your own frozen wings at home from your local grocery store. Buffalo Wild Wings out does everyone with taste with their wings. It’s too bad we have to drive further because there is no place in Sylmar/​San Fernando like it. To make matters worse their menu is outdated and they could not honor the price on the menu. What a joke.

Last year me and my cousin went to eat. I had 2 bites and noticed something weird. My cousin saw that her wings weren’t fully cooked and when I looked through my order, they weren’t either so we stopped eating. That night I woke up and had to go to the hospital because I wouldn’t stop throwing up. I was there the whole night, I rarely throw up and this time a was throwing up every 20 minutes! so I knew it was from the wings. This placed ruined wings for me and now a year later I won’t touch a damn wing. So yeah, I will never return to this place (doesn’t even deserve one star)

I came here twice. I figured I should give it a second chance – boy was I wrong! The service is slow, food is either burned or ice cold. The «new clean» cups were dirty. I’ll stick with the fries and bottled beer if I were you.

Sept. 5, 2015. It is 11:40 and I just came back from this horrid place. Its suppose to be a sports bar and I should of realized when I called asking if they were showing the USC game and they asked me what channel it was on. I get there and I didn’t mind the ufc fight but it is football season. To have the USC game on two TVs was horrible. So since I was there I stayed and figured give them a chance.
The drinks take forever and are not that good. I ordered my appetizers, was recommended something better and in the end they ran out of certain foods. So I get my original food cold. My company and myself were buzzed so we just started eating. I would say 10 minutes after the waitress came out with the plates and dressing for our food bit we already tore it up so what was the point. Then instead of my same drink of a 34 oz I get brought an 8 oz.
So its a sports bar. After the ufc fight they had a band playing horrible music while a sports fan as myself wanted to listen to the game which I couldn’t. Poor management and no understanding of sports and bad service and bad food. I have to put star for this to post? Oh and I left no tip for the rudeness and all the ignoring my hostess gave me and I was the one paying.

Place is good if you’re into cholos and chusma I guess…

The place is much needed in the area seeing that there aren’t many bars around, and honestly it’s a really nice place. Good music plays, but it’s the people that go that worries me. A LOT of cholos and cholas. Girls in club dresses with sharpie eyebrows. Lol I mean c’mon!!!
Why??? It would have been awesome if I wasn’t scared lol

My brother and I use to come here a lot before i got banned (long story). The prices are really expensive but no one makes White Russians like Liz. The wings are not the worst thing but at times they do come out cold. It is really chill and fireball Fridays are the shit. The security are either not paying attention or too strict on the most ridiculous things, there is no between.
One thing that does bother me is they never have dessert and i use to come here all the time. I would ask for cookies or brownies but all they would have is vanilla ice cream. Not cheap either i could get a cone and flavored ice cream for half the price. Its a cool place to chill once in a while but honestly i only go because of Liz.

This is a great place to watch sports have a great time with friends and business partners. I Have been here several times always very satisfied with the food and drinks. They could work a little more in the personal but overall everybody is great.
