ALDO shoes are OK, at best. The problem is the service this company provides. The wait time is horrible and every call center agent I’ve spoken with has been extremely rude. ALDO shoes will not allow you to exchange for another size, only go through the hassle of returning, waiting a month for a refund and making an entirely new purchase. NO THANKS! I’ll go somewhere else. Once I did return the shoes (finally) I had to call ALDO to process my refund, they just sat on it for a week and did nothing! They explained that you have to call and ask for a refund. WHAT!!! Who sends back an item and doesn’t want their money back? Just HORRIBLE service

I love Aldo shoes and clearly it started to make some good looking wallets and bags. Although quality isn’t 5 stars, I still like the styles. And market street 846 locations customer service is awesome. The girl with a very cool short hair, offered me a great help and she was a sweetheart. I am going to write very bad review on Aldo’s other stores customer service on their Unilocal page. I hope Aldo hire more people like her to provide excellent service instead of treat customer like sh*t and turn them down.

Came here when California was having the biggest storm since 1998 (It was alight not too intense in San Francisco lol I survived) But the only reason I survived is because Michelle held my rain boots for me at the store until I got off of work that day! Sara and Andrew also helped me by choosing which rain boots looked good on me lol
They were wonderful and helped me with a 20% discount card which helped me out a lot because my paycheck went straight to my rent :(lol Overall wonderful service and super friendly staff :)
