It is a very basic laundromat and what I expected as a tourist venturing into China town to do laundry. One machine ate all 17 of my quarters but I called the owner and he was down here within minutes. And there is a nice man sitting out front playing beautiful Chinese music so not a bad experience

The dryers eat quarters, are extremely inefficient, and I think they’re also a fire hazard based on the occasional smell of burning. I’ll be hiking the hill to Coin-Op Wash & Dry next time.

Worst laundromat ever. The machines eat your money and good luck getting a refund. The coin insertion component was coming out of one machine and there is no sign stating«out of order» on any machine whether they work or not. There are no staff on site so no one can help you if you do get ripped off, there is just a number to call on the wall that doesn’t connect. Go to literally any other laundromat than this one. Walk an extra block in the rain with bags of clothes. Just don’t go here!!!

The ninth circle of hell. Avoid. Driers are the worst and eat your money. Tonight there was a bum scratching at himself while eating cookie crumbs off the floor.

A customer lost a quarter and I lost 75 cents from the dryer machine. It’s cause the machines are sooo old! After I went to North Beach Coin-Op Laundry along the same street, I don’t think I’d ever come back — the machines are new and cheaper.
