Cathay Pacific Cargo

Cathay Pacific Cargo is handled by Menzies (a private cargo handling agent).
I needed to come here the other day for a cat being shipped to Hong Kong. I was told to be there no later than 8 AM as the cat had to be checked in no later than this time.
Upon arrival I was happily greeted by two individuals who let me know the person that would be helping me was not in the office yet. I was asked to «please have a seat and wait.» Ok no problem I thought … after all I am about to have a baby any day now so a load off my little toes was welcomed. However I waited for an hour for this lady to show up and when she finally did, she was slow, disoriented, and nonfunctional. She sent me clear across the parking lot lugging the kitty so they could get a weight, but when I got over there nobody seemed to know what I needed. She also couldn’t figure out how to turn the credit card machine on and was asking me for assistance.
I have used Cathay Pacific Cargo before and they are usually decent, but my most recent experience was just plain silly. Come on Menzies … get it together!
