I participated in a 21 day Core Vitality Detox. I was your typical too much sugar, too much caffeine, too much fat… just too much. I expected through the program that I would become more mindful around food and my body, what I didn’t expect was how profound the experience would be.
Lawrence and Amit were great at guiding me through some of the rough spots and the program really helped ground me in a way that after the 21 days my body craved healthy whole foods.
I would definitely recommend the program to anyone who is struggling with food and the quick «bad» choice. You can learn many «quick» healthy choices that just make your body feel so much better.
