Wide open floor plan ? Good music playing ? Unique clothing ? Dope staff ? The fact I fit a Med 5 stars all day. You walk in and are immediately greeted by a friendly staff. They answer all your questions no matter how dumb it sounds(what’s Cukui?) Overall a great experience

Whenever I visit different cities, I’m always on the hunt for local businesses I can rep back home and I was pleased to find out that Cukui opened up a store in SF. You definitely made this San Deezy Native a very happy one and I hope to visit when I head back up in October. THEDIGS and SERVICE: Every boutique I’ve visited all had themes indicative to the goods they sell, and Cukui does it best with their clean lines and minimalism, dotted with artwork and photography that support their designs. Their customer service is just as equally superior like the clothes they sell because despite all my questions and indecisiveness, they were patient, kind and down to earth. Whether you represent Aloha, the Bayanihan Spirit, Fa’a Samoa, Chicano pride or whatever else, I can guarantee you’ll find that kind of vibe with the fellas that hold down this joint and even more so with the goods they display. THETHREADS: First off, expect to drop quality coin for quality threads. They have a fine selection of men’s clothing on the line ranging from tanks to sweaters and tees as well hats and other accessories. They also have a good amount of women’s clothing(which, like I’ve mentioned in a previous review, is hard to come by when it comes to these kinds of joints) with a variety of designs and styles for whatever you’re fixing to pick up. I can’t wait to see the new goods they’ve got planned. There are few places where I’d go wild and out with the spending if I knew the products had some sort of meaning to me and Cukui is definitely on top of my list. You’ve got good people with a great brand encompassing the unique blend of people representing the Bay while beautifully integrating their roots into goods worth sharing. Not only does that give you a quality product, but it gives you a piece of the heritage woven into goods produced by the people bringing their talents to you.
