Hands-down! Easily, Jen is the best physical therapist I’ve ever experienced. She sees people as individual works of art that each require their own unique approaches. She immediately sets out to problem-solve your body. When I first went to her, back in Dec. of ’09, I could barely put weight on my left foot due to a severe calf strain. This was a big crisis because I had planned to run my first ever marathon in less than a week. Jen needed only a few sessions to get me up and running, and sure enough I was able to complete the CIM un in Sacramento. Seriously, one week before then, I could not put weight on my foot, let alone so much as jog. In my mind, her achievement was nothing short of a divine miracle.

Jen Rubenstein is amazing. She is an ART artist, and always fixes my body such that when I leave, I swear I’m walking two inches taller(or at least not lopsided or whatever odd ailment du jour from being active while balancing a desk job). She is super nice and friendly, and she’s always learning new things and sharing them with you. She takes a holistic approach. She knows the body — muscles, nerves, energy flows, etc. etc. so well. She’s an athlete herself(uhm, a crazy intense one!) and she is all about getting you into peak form. I have referred several people to her(someone with an awkward hip mishap, back issues, etc.) and every single one of them came out fixed. I thought I was going to see her once a week for a month or two, but she was so awesome, I ended up going every week for like six months because she’s just that good. Prices are totally reasonable, and your body will thank you for it in the long run. In short: GOSEEJEN!

Jennifer is an amazing massage therapist who knows what she is doing. =) I have never in my life recieved a real massage until I met this woman. She is very attentive and boy does she gets those tight muscles mushy again. What I love about her the most is, she actually spends time working on troubled areas of your body and let me just say; you will come out a whole new person. SHE’S THEBEST!!!

Jen is great at finding what’s not working right & I walk out a new man every time she works on me. I’ve had serious neck & shoulder issues & Jen has made it easier to get my work done(sit at my desk on a computer). To top it all off, she’s a nice person.

Jen is amazing!!! She’s the only person who can make me cry and I’d say thank you. Jen is no ordinary masseuse. She does ART(active release technique) and has all other sorts of special moves for those with injuries and über-tight muscles. So she’s fantastic for athletes and the rare injury-prone overworked stressed out wuss(me). I’ve had my issues for the last 2 years and Jen’s one of the few people I can count on to make me feel better. I’ve definitely tried a number of therapists and Jen is definitely the best. She’s on high demand at one of her locations and always the 1st one booked as she’s always specially requested.

Jen is the reason I was able to do both Ironman Arizona and Ironman Canada in the same year(2007). She also helped me with the SF Marathon(2008). If you want to function and have your muscles/body love you, go see Jen. Jen is a pro’s pro. CMT+ART is the way to go.
