The most ghetto KFC I’ve been to.
You can tell that this place is not that well-​maintained. I ordered a famous bowl and it came out warm and quickly turned cold. I didn’t even finish it just because I was disgusted with the taste of cold mashed potatoes…
The restaurant was definitely not clean. As I was eating, I saw remnants of marijuana… And there was a homeless guy in the back sorting out bottles from his garbage. Totally unsanitary!

I Like K.F.C. but this location has to be the worst of all. I’ve bought chicken where it was So dried out from sitting under the hot lights for who knows how long, bought a 2 piece special and the drumstick looked like someone took a big bite out of it and when I returned to exchange it got a Lot of hassle. Don’t even try to order deep fried wings because you will get some that have been sitting in the warmer for hours, so dried out or they will tell you they’re all out. Service is Terrible. Never crowded, business looks like declining Looks like bunch of high school kids having a party!!! If you live in Sunset district go to K.F.C on 22^nd & Taravel. Night and Day difference!!! Sorry to have to write this but it’s so true. Would be a great location for Undercover Boss to film at. Hope Headquarters gives it a flip, its a great location.

Came here because I was hungry and in the neighborhood. The phở resturants were crowded and I didn’t feel like eating Chinese or Indian food again. The Irving Pizza is bad (see my review). This location gave some bad mashed potatoes and gravy. No apology for the hassle and inconvenience.

This place is always dirty and grimy. You need to get a restroom token from the worker to get into the restroom and every time I’ve been I that restroom, it has been filthy. Pee on the floor, and that horrendous smell just makes you not want to eat there. And that filthy mop bucket area just outside the bathrooms is disgusting. Flies hover around that area because it stinks. Black duct tape cover tears in the dining area seats. 2 stars because at least the food was good and there was no wait on the Sunday night that I went. But on Tuesdays when they have that chicken deal, be prepared to wait in a long line.

Avoid this place if you can. They have a KfC and Taco Bell joined together but there are a lot of flys in this restaurant. I’m not sure how they passed the health regular code flys probably invest all the other food too. Btw, you need to ask for a coin in order to use the restroom…

There is this amazing cashier– I don’t know his name. He’s a tall Asian guy with glasses who provides the best customer service.
I ordered hot wings, and he gave me a few more because I had to wait for it to be cooked. He always greets people with a smile and makes sure your needs are met.
Hot wings were fresh and crunchy. Effing delicious =P

While waiting in line there was one customer in front of me ordering a large order. The manager or co/​manager was ringing her up and was getting frazzled or lost how to place her order on the register.
She received help from a kid who had a trainer shirt on that provided no help to her but stood there over her shoulder just to watch for about 7 – 10 mins rather than open up the 2^nd register to take care of the other customers in your fast food establishment. Lack of leadership skills with both of them.
Once I’m up in line, the trainer takes my order in which I ask for 3 pieces of breast meat. The trainer looks around and says they are out of white meat. How you going to be out of options on a Sunday at dinner service? White meat is one of the most sought after pieces!
This is unacceptable as I used to be the supervisor on Taraval and know that you need to be prepared with all your materials stocked up for lunch and dinner service. In addition, you gotta keep the line moving especially if your not being of any help anywhere else. Didn’t really seem like management was in house yesterday but a bunch of rookies. No wonder why everyone goes to Taraval instead. Including me…

I ate a couple of doors down for dinner. I wanted to take out some food for home to family. I couldn’t get past the stench of urine at the entrance here at KFC. Funny how the homeless have staked out their territory at this location. I did a complete 180 degree walk out. I can only imagine how many potential customers have done the same. It is my hope that the managers get out there and power wash everything everyday and deter people from trashing their restaurant. I would never eat here!

The only thing that tasted decent was the soft drink!
Where did they get the taco meat? From the homeless gang out front? Tastes how they smell!

I’ve been living in this neighborhood for over 10 yrs and this KFC used to be one of the friendliest, most well-​run fast-​food restaurants in the City. No More! Over the past few yrs, it’s become 1 of the worst around town. The employees are no longer friendly, instead, you usually get ‘attitude’; The service is awful-​your order gets mixed up, they don’t serve you in the right order so if you just ordered a burrito or side dish, you could be waiting a long time even tho you ordered it Before these other lge. orders; and the dining area is usually filthy.
And within the past yr., they have this very rude food-​prep guy named ‘Mike’ (the name that was given to me), who just recently went postal on me, yelling obscenities at me, calling me «dick» and «asshole» b/​c I had complained about him before. None of the co-​workers intervened, and their was No Manager on the premises when I asked to see him. Can you imagine such a thing as that, a popular fast-​food establishment like KFC tolerating such belligerently rude behavior toward its customers??? Well, go to this KFC, if you dare to!

Ordered a large box of wedges which Costs around 4.50 and they give me some small ass box that is obviously not large and only fills one third of the box. Wtf is this

The worst service I have ever gotten at fast food restaurant. I was told 16 minutes till my chicken was ready, instead it took 40 minutes AND they got my order wrong. Then they said it would be another 16 minutes, and when I tried to verify they got in my face saying how they never ever say 16 they always say 20, completely ridiculous. Will not be returning. The cashier was nice I guess, kinda.

How are you gonna open if you can’t sell what you can’t cook? Well I guess tell every customer that our fryers are down and your only choice are the leftover chicken that’s in the heater or order from the Taco Bell menu, that sucks when I was craving chicken!

They. are. so. slow.
I ordered a bucket and some burritos/​tacos and it took them like 30? minutes to get my order ready… So much for fast food…
Both of the workers on shift seemed fairly inexperienced: the cashier was having trouble balancing assembling the order and taking orders and the guy making the tacos and burritos seemed like he was struggling too.
Worst thing is, while those two were struggling outside, the manager (I assume) was chatting back in the kitchen with some other dude. Like… really? You got a long line of customers waiting to get their orders and get their orders taken, maybe come and help?
The taco guy gave me a free burrito for waiting so long though so that was nice. Anyways, I would not be coming back here ever again (unless I’m dying to use my coupons).

This is probably THE worst KFC/​Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten at. I am ashamed to say I have eaten there quite a few times as it is near a friends place. The employees are the main problem. They are rude, sloppy, and generally a physically unattractive bunch. In one instance a friend of mine was accused of paying for his meal with a counterfeit $ 20 bill and the bill was not counterfeit. Once the manager was brought in and it was ascertained that it was, in fact, a legitimate bill no apology was given. Instead my friend was kicked out of the resteraunt because he got a bit upset with the bozo who accused him of something he didn’t do.
They take forever to fill your order and sometimes the lines are very long because of it. When you finally DO get it the food is frequently sub-​par or simply not what you ordered.
The bathroom is filthy and I have noticed roaches.
They play awful music at a volume so loud I have trouble hearing myself think let alone my partner across the table trying to speak to me!
I would SERIOUSLY try to avoid this place. The store is located in a neighborhood FULL of good resteraunts that won’t send you home with diarrhea!

This facility looks terribly dirty & the Employees stand & sit outside Smoking before returning to handle Food. Im terribly turned off! Shameless overprocessed Fast Food at the bottom of the Ranks!

What a joke. Honestly, the 1 star review is not for the food (I love fried chicken), but for the service. There is this one worker who looks like she really doesn’t want to be there, and honestly, I would be a lot happier if she wasn’t there. One time, some friends were outside waiting — just waiting and talking normally — and the lady decides to call them annoying under her breathe right in front of me. Second time I come in, everyone who carries TPumps is banned because 1 person spilled one time in the dining room. Seriously? Oh, and the dining room is pretty trashy too. Oil and grease EVERYWHERE. On the table, chairs. everywhere.

I don’t even know why I’m wasting my time rating a fast food spot. I’m only giving a one star because my classic chicken KFC was soggy. Not what I remembered as a kid

–chicken premade? slow selling? was soggy, the skin easily fell off.
–not really fried chicken. chicken initially boiled/​broiled, then breaded and fried.
–should be labeled «twice cooked chicken».
–still tasted a little juicy, acceptable. but not as fried chicken.
