I can’t really evaluate their store or services, since I’ve never been there — but I called them on a business-​related question. A man answered the phone and then proceeded to spend the next 10 minutes lecturing and berating me because my speech was not clear enough! He wouldn’t let me hang up even though I tried to get off the phone several times. I am hearing impaired and have a speech defect, and this man would not stop attacking me. This must be the worst phone experience I have ever had. He was thoroughly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not set foot within a mile of this place now.
