I used to work just across the street from this place. I only ate here one time, and should have noticed by the fact they have 0 business that it was a bad choice. The service is just terrible, I was standing at the front counter for 10 minutes before someone showed up from in the back. The wings they serve have the thinnest nasty effing sauce, they were slimy and undercooked, pretty sure they bought pre-​made Costco wings and cooked them in spit. Take everyone’s advice, DO NOT EAT HERE.

What is amazing is that they have Buffalo wings in their name and they suck. I mean really suck. How do you screw up Buffalo wings??? And store bought wing sauce would be 100 times better than whatever they are using. The rice plates are also horrible too. They can’t go to Safeway and buy some decent teriyaki sauce? It isn’t that hard guys. Buy some sauce, cook a chicken breast and make some rice. It’s not like you are building the friggen space shuttle.
The burgers are actually pretty good. Same for the steak sandwich. Onion rings are very good. That they stock and deliver decent beer almost got them two stars but then I remembered the food and they got sucked back to one star.
If you want a decent burger or steak sandwich delivered with some beers, this place is OK but I would not drive out of my way to eat their food.

I CANNOT believe people like THIS place!!!
First of all their customer service sucks, their deliveries are hidious, and the food is AWFUL!!!
I work for a 24-​hr operational department, and my staff has been getting jipped, robbed and practically spat on by this place. And for what?
DO NOT order from this place, they will refuse to refund your money on deliveries even if THEY forget to enclose your order in the delivery! They hang the phone up on you if you call to inquire why your delivery is now over 1.5 hrs. late, and the food is NEVER delivered HOT.
I have included myself in the office lunch pool two times, and in my opinion, two times TOO MANY! I’m amazed they are still in business.
The best WINGS? MINE! But I cannot afford to open a café, sorry folk!
Eat sensibly and DON’T eat at NY Buffalo Wings!!!
