Nice Cuts

Jackie rocks! I have had my cut at the most $ of places and Jackie cuts just as good if not better! I have very long hair so my service usually consists of a trim and some layering… and every time perfecto and easy thanks to Jackie! So happy I stumbled upon her, such a gem!

Jackie has been my go-​to savior for over a year. As a walk in client, she always makes time for a fantastic haircut.
I’m not too particular about my hair as I’m a guy and it grows very quickly, however I’ve found this aspect as a means of expression and Jackie always rises to the occasion. Shaving, grooming, dying, washing, cuts — all around celebrity status stuff! Ha!
She is a meticulous hairdresser with a heart of gold. I always have a relaxing time while in her company and while at Nice Cuts. She is the reason why I return.
The facilities is always clean and the price point is relative to many other barber/​salons. It’s within walking proximity which also makes it convenient.
Nice cuts is an all around win, win, win!

No frills. I’m a no frills girl though, so no problems. Haircut as a walk-​in. In and out in 20 minutes. I live around the corner and didn’t need a snooty Marina haircut for $ 75. $ 18 dollars for fast & polite service. Easy haircut was even, quick, and professional. No complaints! I would recommend for anyone who’s not looking for a full on salon experience.

Tina did an amazing job on my haircut and was very friendly. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been getting my haircut here by Tina for several years. She’s a great stylist and takes her time to get it right. So many stylists these days just chop but she paces herself and looks at what she’s doing to your hair from all angles. I’ve recommended her to others and will continue to do so. She always recognizes me and has often times fit me in even when they’re just about to close. Above all, she’s a really nice person with a big smile! I imagine any salon would be happy to have her but she’s content where she is. I won’t go anywhere else for a haircut!

Another place I miss after moving from the area — for the price, you get a good cut and usually not have to endure a long wait. The shop is clean, they seem to know what they’re doing and you get out in 15 – 20 min.

Nice Cuts is great. I come all the way from the East Bay on a regular basis. They’re always very nice and polite, yet never overly chatty. Very, very attentive to detail. Great overall service. Usually the same 2 people there but I’ve had 3 different people total, all good. Never a long wait. Ten times better than Supercuts for the same price! I couldn’t recommend them any higher for anyone who wants great value.

I have been going to Tiffany at Nice Cuts for probably 15 years. Her child was in first grade and now he is going off to college.
She is excellent– she could be cutting hair in a top salon, but she is quiet, nice, and not at all flashy. I moved to the east bay years ago and have tried to find an affordable yet decent haircutter. I end up paying a lot more. I have had my hair cut at fancier places, but I don’t need the cup of coffee, the product pushing, or someone who wants me back every six weeks. Tiffany accepts me for who I am. And, I am 100% serious– none of the expensive egotistical «personality» hair cutters listen to what I want, respect me, or can cut my hair as consistently good as Tiffany!
She deserves a better place to work, but I am so glad she has always been there, and so good to me. She is total find, with in the crazy fashion hair world!

simple and to the point …

OK so Ive had some bad haircuts in my life before; most of them self-​inflicted, one of them at the hands of an octogenarian ex-​gangster who made my hair smell like cigs. Then I went to nice cuts to get what I thought would be, well, a nice cut. The price looked delicious at a mere $ 14 dollars, but of course that doesnt take into account the haircut youll be getting two days later to fix whatever disaster your «nice cut» turned out to be.
Honestly when a guy can look in the mirror and genuinely think «holy shit what happened to my head», you know you either have a bad haircut. or blacked out the night before and ran into a tree. I couldnt tell you my butchers name, but she was a mean looking woman who took no longer than 10 minutes to transform me into a medieval pig farming apprentice. She seriously smeared poo all over me instead of product.
Moral of the story, you won’t get a nice cut. Maybe I got the wrong «stylist», maybe this was karma catching up to me, maybe I was meant to be an extra in Braveheart II. Maybe I definitely won’t go to this place again.

This is a great place for an excellent haircut at a very reasonable price! My husband has his hair cut here too. Tiffany, who usually does our hair, seems to understand exactly what is needed, and is always charming as well as very competent. Great value for money!

I’ve been going here for about 12 years and have always been happy. The haircuts are only $ 14 and I have had several friends become customers here also. I’ve only had three different stylists over the years and go every 3 weeks or so. The prices on the products are cheaper than the Beauty Store on Chestnut.

Ain’t no Cinta, but hey, it’s only $ 14 for a men’s haircut. I liked how my hair turned out.

A half step up from Supercuts, Nice Cuts is a decent place for a quick and easy haircut. I admit I’ve been «chopped» a few times, so best to ask for something conservative.

I’ve been coming here for a few months and am totally happy. Haircuts are currently a totally reasonable $ 12 and they always do a nice job, nothing is ever rushed. They make sure you are satisfied before you leave. I really enjoy coming here!

Adequate
