TL;DR: Nova Locksmith is awesome.
Don’t you hate it when I walk out your door and have it automatically lock behind you and then you realize that you forgot your key inside?
Well, that happened to my friend last night. I had arrived at his place for a potluck and we were going back down Marques to open the door for people. He forgot his keys inside.
At first, we tried to see if we could climb back in somehow. Bad idea. We finally got around to calling Nova, and Alex promptly showed up (about 10 min after we called). And then within 5 minutes after he arrived he got the door open for us.
Prompt, effective, and courteous service. Can’t ask for more.

Alex solved a problem on a home with ancient locks, heavy duty hardware and a knob with no key. He checked all the doors (this involved climbing over backyard fences – he stuck he landing!) and chose the one most likely to open. He repaired the cosmetic damage to the weather stripping, etc. I will definitely call him again, though I hope I don’t need to!

Locked myself out of my house and could not have asked for better service. Alex came by promptly and bailed me out within 30 mins. While he replaced my lock, I also got a crash course on basic locksmithing. :) Thanks for the help Alex!

Great service. Less then 15 minutes came to the address of the apartment to rescue me and my girlfriend.
