This is a unethical business. I was sold a $ 2000 diamond setting for my loose diamond, and 2 days later two accent diamonds fell out. The salesman told me I was too rough with the ring. I had only worn it for one special occasion. He fixed it the first time, but he charged me for the repair. When it happened again, he told me to get out of the store, he didn“t want my business and the fault was mine. Beware purchasing anything in this store, it is cheap made in China junk!

the watch services are a sham. He returned the watch to me and it was making a high pitched sound and it didn’t work. I demanded my money back and brought it to a real watchmaker. lesson learned.

Walked in to have my Seiko watch battery changed. I returned an hour later, was told the battery was changed, paid $ for the service. All afternoon long, the watch was stuck at 12:15 pm. I returned the next day to be told that there must be something else wrong with the watch. So I asked them to for a ‘diagnosis’. Was informed that they do not have a watchmaker on the premise and have to send it out somewhere. Feel cheated while those people SMILE taking my money! What Liars!!! When I paid for the battery change, Why didn’t the clerk tell me my watch was not working??? or There was something else not right? Buyer Beware!!!

HOOOOOOOORRRIBBBBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! okay so this is what happened: –I brought in my watch to change batteries(A DESIGNERRRWATCH, expensive.) –he used a HAMMER to take of the cover thingy of my watch and broke the twisting thing(the stem) HEBROKEITTT and he kept saying sorry, he said he will call in a expert to fix it. –so the owner called and told me the watch was moldy and rusty, so technecly he was blaming it on me… –He said he is charging me $ 85! but I told the owner that the guy fixing my watch said he wouldn’t charge me since HE broke it, but now he”s charging me $ 85… wtf –He eventually he said he’d charge $ 30 instead. and told me to pick the watch up the next day — I went to pick it up then. he fixed the stem(winding thing) that he broke BUT the watch DIDNTWORK(and it did before i brought it in to change batteries) –he said sorry again. and that the watch was old and rusty etc. EXCUSESSS! and he doesnt know how to fix it. — he told me to go somewhere else to fix it and i still had to pay for it

I’m not much of a jewelry fan, but Puli is an authorized Citizen dealer with absolutely unbelievable sub-grey market prices. That little«50% Off» sticker they have over their front door display is no lie – even after tax, they’re cheaper than the shadiest New York websites, AND you get the warranty.

My son threw my Rolex movement watch again the heater and the movement stoped working. Puli Trading charged me $ 100 with 1 year warantee to fix the watch. I am happy with the work and the price. I hope it will work for more than one year.

scampered in on a lark hoping that someone could repair my oh so cheap and dearly beloved locket chain(which i had ‘fixed’ with framing wire that worked for all intents and purposes but also stabbed the hell out of the back of my neck). and yes! they could! and did! for a sweet $ 5 and so kindly. oh clement street, how you surprise and delight me with your strange little stores that i mostly assume are fronts for other, more sordid business, but then deliver when needed.

Strange name for an Asian jewelry store. They have a huge variety of jewelry and watches. i had my watch battery replaced here. Most watch batteries here are $ 7. Took 5 minutes, but they scratched the back of my watch in 3 places.

Puli Trading… I’ve never heard of this place… what is it… hahahaha… You can’t tell by it’s name. This is like an Asian Jewelry Store. They sell Jewelry. Watches, rings, necklaces and many other stuff. Just as I was walking by this Jewelry Store… I had been looking for a new watch as well as trying to find someone to replace my old watch battery for cheap. I walk in here and asked how much to replace my watch battery. $ 7.00 said the man. Wow! I gave him my watch and in 5 minutes or less it was done! Got a chance to look at some watches while I waited… nice watches and jewelry. Not a large selection… but enough to keep me occupied till my watch was repaired. Some watches were 50% off… great deal! The only thing here… kind of broken English was the language. If you can deal with that… then your ok. I’ll considering getting a watch here.
